judging whether the operator of the first functional unit has a first operation authority or not;
if the first operation authority exists, first processing data information is obtained based on the first operation instruction;
acquiring a second operation instruction of a randomly screened second functional unit operator for the same real estate data information as the first functional unit operator, and obtaining second processing data information based on the second operation instruction;
and acquiring the first processing data information and the second processing data information, comparing, outputting target processing result information, and storing.
2. The real estate data sharing method based on WCF technology of claim 1 wherein obtaining the first processed data information and the second processed data information for comparison, outputting target processing result information, and storing, specifically comprises:
judging whether the first processing data information and the second processing data information are consistent;
if the target processing result information is consistent with the target processing result information, outputting the target processing result information to the sharing platform for storage;
and if the real estate data information is not consistent with the real estate data information, acquiring a third operation instruction of the upper-level functional unit operator for the same real estate data information, and obtaining third processed data information based on the third operation instruction.

The real estate data sharing method based on WCF technology of claim 2 wherein third operation instructions of an upper level functional unit operator for the same real estate data information are obtained, and after third processed data information is obtained based on the third operation instructions, the method further comprises:
and if the third processed data information is consistent with the second processed data information, outputting first warning prompt information to the first functional unit operator.

The real estate data sharing method based on WCF technology of claim 2 wherein third operation instructions of an upper level functional unit operator for the same real estate data information are obtained, and after third processed data information is obtained based on the third operation instructions, the method further comprises:
and if the third processed data information is consistent with the first processed data information, outputting second warning prompt information to the second functional unit operator.
5. The real estate data sharing method based on WCF technology of claim 3 wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring the number of times that the first processed data information and the third processed data information of the first function unit operator are inconsistent within a first preset time, comparing the number of times with a first preset number of times, and if the number of times is greater than or equal to the first preset number of times, generating first assessment information.
6. The real estate data sharing method based on WCF technology of claim 4 wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring the number of times that the second processed data information and the third processed data information of the operator of the second functional unit are inconsistent within a second preset time, comparing the number of times with a second preset number of times, and if the number of times is greater than or equal to the second preset number of times, generating second assessment information.
7. The real estate data sharing method based on WCF technology of claim 1 wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring target query request verification information of operators of different department functional units, and verifying based on pre-stored request verification information; and if the verification is passed, outputting corresponding query information.
8. The real estate data sharing method based on WCF technology of claim 7 wherein the method further comprises:
and if the target inquiry request verification information of the operators of the same department and functional unit passes verification based on the prestored request verification information within the third preset time, outputting the corresponding inquiry information within the fourth preset time.
9. The real estate data sharing method based on WCF technology of claim 7 wherein the method further comprises:
and if the target query request verification information of the operators of the same department and functional unit is not verified based on the pre-stored request verification information within the fourth preset time, marking the operators of the department and functional unit as the access limiting department.
