Abstract
The invention provides a safety protection method and a control device of an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner. The method comprises the following steps: when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates, the illuminance detection element detects ambient illuminance A; and when the ambient light illumination A meets the preset condition, the air conditioner outdoor unit is stopped.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a safety protection method and a control device for an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner.
Background
During the operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, when maintenance or test is carried out, the top cover plate or the panel of the outdoor unit needs to be opened, and maintenance testers often stretch hands into the outdoor unit due to lack of safety consciousness or carelessness, so that safety accidents such as blade wrenching and electric control board electric shock are caused, and an effective safety protection method is not available at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a safety protection method for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, a control device and an air conditioner, wherein whether a top cover plate and/or a panel of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is opened or not is reflected by a magnitude of a detection value of a illuminance detection element on the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner is controlled to be shut down, and accidents are prevented.
The invention provides a safety protection method of an air conditioner outdoor unit, which comprises the following steps:
step S100, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner runs, a illuminance detection element detects ambient illuminance A;
and step S200, when the ambient light illumination A meets the preset condition, the air conditioner outdoor unit is stopped.
Further, the preset conditions include: the ambient light illumination A exceeds the early warning threshold B and continues to be higher than the initial threshold A0 for a first preset time T later.
When the ambient light illumination A meets the preset condition, the opening of a top cover plate and/or a panel of the air conditioner outdoor unit is indicated, the air conditioner outdoor unit is shut down, and accidents are prevented.
Further, the initial threshold a0 is less than the pre-warning threshold B.
Further, the value range of the initial threshold A0 is 0.01-0.1 LUX, and the value range of the early warning threshold B is 1-10 LUX.
The reason why the shutdown threshold of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is the initial threshold a0 instead of the pre-warning threshold B is that if the top cover plate or the panel is opened within the first preset time T, the ambient light source is blocked, so that the detection value is reduced to be below the pre-warning threshold B, but the detection value is above the initial threshold a0, if the shutdown threshold is the pre-warning threshold B, the program misjudgment is caused, and the outdoor unit is not shut down when the outdoor unit is shut down, so that the safety protection effect cannot be achieved.
The value range of the first preset time T is as follows: 0s < T <10 s.
Considering the test requirement of the inspector, if the illuminance detection element is shielded within the first preset time T after the top cover plate or the panel is disassembled and the detection value a is reduced below the initial threshold value a0, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner continues to operate, and therefore, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is stopped only after the detection value is continuously higher than the initial threshold value a0 for a while.
Further, step S200 further includes: when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is shut down, the indoor unit of the air conditioner sends out voice prompt and/or displays fault codes.
And the maintenance tester is reminded to pay attention to the operation safety, so that accidents are prevented.
Further, after the air conditioner outdoor unit is shut down, the air conditioner outdoor unit can be restarted only by remote control.
And after the maintenance test work is confirmed to be completed, restarting the air conditioner.
The invention also provides a safety protection control device of the air conditioner outdoor unit, which comprises the following components:
the detection unit is used for detecting the illuminance of the current environment;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the actual illuminance detection value with a preset threshold value;
and the control unit is used for controlling the air conditioner outdoor unit to continuously operate or stop according to the comparison result of the actual illuminance detection value within the preset time and the preset threshold value.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises the safety protection control device of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Furthermore, the detection unit is a illuminance detection element, and the illuminance detection element is arranged on a main control panel of the air conditioner outdoor unit and is provided with a hole at a corresponding position of the electric control box body.

fig. 2 is a schematic view of a safety protection control device of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner.
Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
A safety protection method of an air conditioner outdoor unit comprises the following steps:
step S100, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner runs, a illuminance detection element detects ambient illuminance A;
and step S200, when the ambient light illumination A meets the preset condition, the opening of a top cover plate and/or a panel of the air conditioner outdoor unit is explained, and the air conditioner outdoor unit is stopped.
The preset conditions include: the ambient light intensity A exceeds the early warning threshold B, is equal to or more than the initial threshold A0 continuously within a first preset time T.
The initial threshold value A0 is properly higher than the ambient light actually detected by the light intensity detecting element when the outdoor unit is installed well, so as to prevent the misjudgment caused by the fluctuation of the light intensity.
The ambient light illuminance a is lower than the initial threshold a0, which indicates that the top cover plate and/or the panel of the outdoor unit is intact, and the outdoor unit is operating normally, and is higher than the initial threshold a0, which indicates that the top cover plate and/or the panel of the outdoor unit may be opened.
Considering the test requirement of the detection personnel, after the top cover plate or the panel is disassembled, if the illuminance detection element is shielded within the first preset time T, and the detection value A is reduced to be below the initial threshold value A0, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner does not need to be stopped, and can continue to operate.
The value range of the first preset time T is as follows: 0s < T <10 s.
The early warning threshold value B and the initial threshold value A0 are program preset values, and the initial threshold value A0 is smaller than the early warning threshold value B, wherein the value range of the initial threshold value A0 is 0.01-0.1 LUX, and the value range of the early warning threshold value B is 1-10 LUX.
Step S300 further includes: when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is shut down, the indoor unit of the air conditioner sends out voice prompt and/or displays fault codes.
And the maintenance tester is reminded to pay attention to the operation safety, so that accidents are prevented.
The safety protection method further comprises the following steps: after the air conditioner outdoor unit is shut down, the air conditioner outdoor unit can be restarted only by remote control.
And after the maintenance test work is confirmed to be completed, restarting the air conditioner.
Example 2
A safety protection control device of an air conditioner outdoor unit comprises:
the detection unit is used for detecting the illuminance of the current environment;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the actual illuminance detection value with a preset threshold value;
and the control unit is used for controlling the air conditioner outdoor unit to continuously operate or stop according to the comparison result of the actual illuminance detection value within the preset time and the preset threshold value.
Example 3
An air conditioner comprises the safety protection control device of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
The detection unit is a illuminance detection element which is arranged on a main control panel of the air conditioner outdoor unit and is provided with a hole at a corresponding position of the electric control box body.
When the air conditioner outdoor unit is installed well, the top cover plate and/or the panel block the open hole of the electric control box body, and the illuminance detected by the illuminance detection element is very low; when the top cover and/or the panel are opened, light irradiates the illuminance detection element through the opening on the electric control box body, the illuminance detection element detects that illuminance is increased, the control device judges that the top cover plate and/or the panel of the outdoor unit are opened according to the illuminance, and the air conditioner is controlled to stop.
