Abstract
The invention discloses an arbitrary direct insertion type LED point light source lamp module system without connecting wires, which comprises a plurality of modularized LED circuit substrates (3) consisting of a positive electrode circuit board (6), a negative electrode circuit board (7) and an insulating layer (8); a direct-insert LED light source (1) is inserted into the modularized LED circuit substrate and serves as a light-emitting component of the module system; and a light source pin (2) of the LED light source is in contact with the anode circuit board and the cathode circuit board, and the circuit board is powered on to realize the light emission of the LED light source. According to the invention, the anode and the cathode of the light source are not required to be directly connected with the power supply through the traditional lead, so that the light source can be freely arranged at different positions of the modularized LED circuit substrate, and therefore, designers and ordinary users can conveniently adjust the arrangement mode of the LED light source at any time, and the LED light source is very flexible and convenient and can be safely used in any environment scene.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an arbitrary direct insertion type LED point light source lamp module system without connecting wires comprises a plurality of modularized LED circuit substrates, wherein each modularized LED circuit substrate is composed of an anode circuit board, a cathode circuit board, and an insulating layer above the anode circuit board and the cathode circuit board; and a direct-insert LED light source is inserted into the modularized LED circuit substrate and is used as a light-emitting component of the module system.
Preferably, the positive circuit board and the negative circuit board are composed of honeycomb mesh conductors, and the LED light source pins penetrate through any position of the insulating layer to be plugged with the honeycomb conductor coils of the circuit boards and fully contact with the honeycomb conductor coils. When the positive and negative circuit boards are connected with a power supply through the wires and the power supply driver, the honeycomb netted conductor is electrified, and the direct-insertion LED light source is electrified to emit light.
The positive electrode and the negative electrode of a light source pin of the LED light source respectively penetrate through the insulating layer above the positive circuit board and the insulating layer above the negative circuit board to be spliced with the positive circuit board and the negative circuit board; the anode circuit board and the cathode circuit board are connected with the power driver through power lines, and the LED light source is enabled to emit light after the power is switched on.
Because the insulating coating is arranged outside the upper ends of the positive and negative electrodes of the light source pins of the direct-insertion LED light source, and the lower ends of the light source pins are conductors without the insulating coating, the direct-insertion LED light source can be inserted into the conductors at any positions of the positive and negative circuit boards of the modularized LED circuit substrate.
And the power line of the power driver comprises two common leads which are respectively connected with the anode circuit board and the cathode circuit board and provide direct current power supply for the modularized LED circuit substrate.
Further, the modularized LED circuit substrate comprises a plurality of modularized LED circuit substrates, and the modularized LED circuit substrates form a circuit substrate module; the circuit substrate module is connected with a power supply through a power supply driver and supplies power to the LED light source.
The invention adopts the direct-insert LED light source with the positive and negative pins, does not need wire connection, realizes the arbitrary arrangement at different positions of the circuit substrate, and has the characteristics of flexibility and convenience, and safe use by common users in any environment scene.
Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention is based on different principles, and different technical effects are generated:
the direct-insertion type LED lamp module system realizes that the LED light source with the positive and negative pins is inserted into any position on the circuit substrate, and then the positive circuit board and the negative circuit board on the substrate are in contact with the LED light source pins to provide direct current power supply, so that the LED light source does not need to be wired on site during use, and is more convenient and flexible. The positive and negative circuit boards in the modularized LED circuit substrate are isolated by the insulating layer, each module unit can be cut, and the size and the shape of the substrate can be selected according to requirements. The ends of the two long and short pins of the LED light source, which are not wrapped by the insulating layer, are in contact with the positive and negative circuit boards in the modularized LED circuit substrate, and the LED light source emits light after the circuit substrate is electrified. Detailed Description

The modularized LED circuit substrates are a plurality of modularized LED circuit substrates, and a circuit substrate module 10 is formed by the modularized LED circuit substrates 3 according to needs and is driven by a module driving power supply 4.
The modularized LED circuit substrate 3 is connected with a driving power supply 4 through a power line 5 corresponding to a positive circuit board 6 and a negative circuit board 7, the driving power supply 4 is connected with a power supply to supply power for the modularized LED circuit substrate, and the LED light source 1 emits light.
In the embodiment, the LED circuit substrate is inserted into any position of the honeycomb-shaped conductor coil 9 of the lighting circuit substrate through the pin of the direct-insertion type LED light source, so that the connection of wires is not needed, the arbitrary setting of different positions of the circuit board is realized, and the LED circuit substrate has the characteristics of flexibility and convenience.
The direct-insertion type LED lamp module system realizes that the LED light source with the positive and negative pins is inserted into any position on the circuit substrate, and then the positive circuit board and the negative circuit board on the substrate are in contact with the LED light source pins to provide direct current power supply, so that the LED light source does not need to be wired on site during use, and is more convenient and flexible.
