Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first valve body 2 is injection molded of a plastic material, and the first valve body 2 includes a water mixing chamber 21, a first water inlet pipe 22, a second water inlet pipe 23, and a first water outlet pipe 24, and the first water inlet pipe 22, the second water inlet pipe 23, and the first water outlet pipe 24 are respectively communicated with the water mixing chamber 21.
The first fixing plate 12 is provided with a first connecting lug 121, the first water inlet pipe 22 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the water mixing chamber 21, the first water inlet pipe 22 is connected with an external water supply pipeline, the first water inlet pipe 22 end of the first water inlet pipe 22 is provided with a third connecting lug 221 and a first annular groove 222, the third connecting lug 221 is fixedly connected with the first connecting lug 121 through a bolt, and one end of the first annular groove 222, far away from the water mixing chamber 21, is provided with a first inclined surface 2221.
The second water inlet pipe 23 includes a first branch pipe 231, a second branch pipe 232, a third branch pipe 233, and a fourth branch pipe 234, the first branch pipe 231 and the third branch pipe 233 are each parallel to the axial direction of the mixing chamber 21, and the second branch pipe 232 and the fourth branch pipe 234 are each parallel to the first water inlet pipe 22. The first branch pipe 231 is connected with the water mixing chamber 21, one end of the second branch pipe 232, which is close to the third branch pipe 233, is provided with a first connector 2321, a first sealing element 81 is arranged on the first connector 2321, the first end of the third branch pipe 233, which is close to the fourth branch pipe 234, is provided with a second connector 2331, and a second sealing element 82 is arranged on the second connector 2331. Because the first valve body 2 is injection molded, there must be a relief position for the insert, such as the first interface 2321 and the second interface 2331, during the injection molding process. The first sealing member 81 is disposed at the first interface 2321 and the second sealing member 82 is disposed at the second interface 2331, so that the first interface 2321 and the second interface 2331 can be effectively sealed, and water is prevented from leaking at the first interface 2321 and the second interface 2331 when entering the first valve body 2.
Referring to fig. 6, first seal 81 includes a first plug 811, a third collar 812, and a third seal ring 813. The peripheral wall of the first plug 811 is provided with a fifth clamping groove 8111, the fifth clamping groove 8111 penetrates through the first plug 811, the first interface 2321 is provided with a sixth clamping groove 2322, and the first plug 811 is sleeved on the first interface 2321, so that the fifth clamping groove 8111 is communicated with the sixth clamping groove 2322. The third collar 812 passes through the fifth slot 8111 and then engages with the sixth slot 2322, so as to achieve quick installation of the first plug 811. In addition, a first groove 2323 is further formed in the peripheral wall of the first interface 2321, the third sealing ring 813 is embedded in the first groove 2323, and the third sealing ring 813 is respectively abutted against the first interface 2321 and the first plug 811 to prevent water of the first valve body 2 from leaking from the first interface 2321.
The second sealing member 82 comprises a second plug 821, a fourth clamping ring 822 and a fourth sealing ring 823, a seventh clamping groove 8211 is formed in the peripheral wall of the second plug 821, the first clamping groove penetrates through the second plug 821, an eighth clamping groove 2332 is formed in the second interface 2331, the second plug 821 is sleeved on the second interface 2331, the seventh clamping groove 8211 is communicated with the eighth clamping groove 2332, and the fourth clamping ring 822 penetrates through the seventh clamping groove 8211 and is clamped with the eighth clamping groove 2332, so that quick installation of the second plug 821 is achieved. In addition, a second groove 2333 is further formed in the peripheral wall of the second port 2331, the fourth sealing ring 823 is embedded in the second groove 2333, and the second sealing ring 66 is respectively abutted against the second port 2331 and the second plug 821 to prevent water entering the first valve body 2 from leaking from the second port 2331.
In addition, the first fixing plate 12 is further provided with a second connecting lug 122, the fourth branch pipe 234 is provided with a fourth connecting lug 2341, and the fourth connecting lug 2341 is fixedly connected with the second connecting lug 122 through a bolt. The fourth branch pipe 234 is further provided with a second annular groove 235, and one end of the second annular groove 235 away from the water mixing chamber 21 is provided with a second inclined surface 2351.
Referring to fig. 7, a first clamping groove 241 is formed in a peripheral wall of the first water outlet pipe 24, the first clamping groove 241 penetrates through the first water outlet pipe 24, a third clamping groove 61 is formed in a peripheral wall of a first end of the connecting pipe 6, the first water outlet pipe 24 is sleeved on the first end of the connecting pipe 6, the first clamping groove 241 is communicated with the third clamping groove 61, the multifunctional bathroom control box 100 further comprises a first clamping ring 91, and the first clamping ring 91 penetrates through the first clamping groove 241 and then is clamped with the third clamping groove 61, so that quick connection between the connecting pipe 6 and the first water outlet pipe 24 is achieved. In addition, a third groove 62 is formed in the peripheral wall of the first end of the connecting pipe 6, a first sealing ring 63 is embedded in the third groove 62, and the first sealing ring 63 abuts against the first water outlet pipe 24 and the connecting pipe 6, so that water is prevented from leaking from the joint of the first water outlet pipe 24 and the connecting pipe 6. Of course, as an alternative, the first clamping groove 241 is omitted from penetrating the first water outlet pipe 24, the third clamping groove 61 penetrates the first end of the connecting pipe 6, the first end of the connecting pipe 6 is sleeved on the first water outlet pipe 24, the third clamping groove 61 is communicated with the first clamping groove 241, and the first clamping ring 91 is clamped with the first clamping groove 241 after penetrating the third clamping groove 61.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the first valve core 3 is disposed in the water mixing chamber 21, and the first valve core 3 is used for controlling the water inflow of the first water inlet pipe 22, the water inflow of the second water inlet pipe 23 and the water outflow of the first water outlet pipe 24, so that a user can realize the opening and closing of the multifunctional bathroom control box 100 and the adjustment of the output water temperature by controlling the action of the first valve core 3. Specifically, the first valve core 3 includes a first housing 31, a first body 32 and a first control lever 33, the first housing 31 is embedded in the water mixing chamber 21 of the first valve body 2, a first water gap 311, a second water gap 312 and a third water gap 313 are provided on the bottom of the first housing 31, wherein the first water gap 311 is communicated with the first water inlet pipe 22, the second water gap 312 is communicated with the second water inlet pipe 23, and the third water gap 313 is communicated with the first water outlet pipe 24.
The first body 32 is installed in the first housing 31 and abuts against the bottom of the first housing 31, and the first body 32 can rotate and slide with respect to the first housing 31. The first body 32 is provided with a water mixing cavity 321, and an opening of the water mixing cavity 321 is arranged towards the bottom of the first shell 31.
The first operating lever 33 is connected to the first body 32, and the first operating lever 33 is used for driving the first body 32 to slide along the sliding direction X and/or rotate around the first rotating direction R1 relative to the first housing 31, so as to adjust the water temperature and/or control the opening and closing of the multifunctional bathroom control box 100.
When the multifunctional bathroom control box 100 needs to be opened, the first control rod 33 controls the first body 32 to slide towards the third water gap 313 along the sliding direction X, so that the water mixing cavity 321 on the first body 32 is communicated with the first water gap 311, the second water gap 312 and the third water gap 313, and water entering the water mixing chamber through the first water inlet pipe 22 and the second water inlet pipe 22 is mixed in the water mixing cavity 321 and then flows to the second valve body 4 through the third water gap 313 and the first water outlet pipe 24. When the water temperature needs to be adjusted, the first control rod 33 controls the first body 32 to rotate around the rotation axis of the first body along the first rotation direction R, so as to adjust the proportion of the overlapping area of the water mixing cavity 321 and the first water gap 311 and the second water gap 312, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the water temperature. Preferably, the first lever 33 is provided with a first handle, which enables a user to control the first valve core 3 more conveniently.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13, the second valve body 4 is injection molded of a plastic material, and the second valve body 4 includes a first output pipe 41, a second output pipe 42, a third water inlet pipe 43, a water inlet chamber 44, a water outlet chamber 45, and a second water outlet pipe 46. The third water inlet pipe 43 is communicated with the water inlet chamber 44, a second clamping groove 431 is formed in the peripheral wall of the third water inlet pipe 43, the second clamping groove 431 penetrates through the third water inlet pipe 43, a fourth clamping groove 64 is formed in the peripheral wall of the second end of the connecting pipe 6, the third water inlet pipe 43 is sleeved on the second end of the connecting pipe 6, the second clamping groove 431 is communicated with the fourth clamping groove 64, the multifunctional bathroom control box 100 further comprises a second clamping ring 92, and the second clamping ring 92 penetrates through the second clamping ring 92 and then is clamped with the fourth clamping groove 64, so that the connecting pipe 6 and the third water inlet pipe 43 can be connected quickly. In addition, a fourth groove 65 is further formed in the peripheral wall of the first end of the connecting pipe 6, a second sealing ring 66 is embedded in the fourth groove 65, and the second sealing ring 66 abuts against the third water inlet pipe 43 and the second end of the connecting pipe 6, so that water is prevented from leaking from the joint of the third water inlet pipe 43 and the connecting pipe 6. Of course, as an alternative, the second clamping groove 431 is omitted from penetrating the third water inlet pipe 43, the fourth clamping groove 64 penetrates the second end of the connecting pipe 6, the second end of the connecting pipe 6 is sleeved on the third water inlet pipe 43, the fourth clamping groove 64 is communicated with the second clamping groove 431, and the second clamping ring 92 is clamped with the first clamping groove 241 after penetrating the fourth clamping groove 64.
The cover 40 covers the opening of the water outlet chamber 45, and the cover 40 and the water outlet chamber 45 enclose a first water chamber 47 and a second water chamber 48 which are independent of each other. Wherein, adopt the helicitic texture to connect between lid 40 and the play water chamber 45, and be provided with fifth ring channel 401 on the one side of lid 40 back to play water chamber 45, be provided with a plurality of ribs 402 in the fifth ring channel 401, in addition, be provided with sixth sealing washer 403 between lid 40 and the play water chamber 45, sixth sealing washer 403 is used for sealing the gap between lid 40 and the play water chamber 45, guarantee that can keep apart each other between first water cavity 47 and the second water cavity 48 to prevent that water from leaking from the gap between lid 40 and the play water chamber 45.
The first output pipe 41 communicates with the water inlet chamber 44 and the first water chamber 47, and the first output pipe 41 is parallel to the axial direction of the water mixing chamber 21, the first water chamber 47 has a water outlet 471, and the tap 71 is mounted on the housing 1 and communicates with the water outlet 471, so that water flowing into the first water chamber 47 can be discharged from the tap 71. The second output pipe 42 communicates with the water inlet chamber 44 and the second water chamber 48, and the second output pipe 42 is parallel to the axial direction of the water mixing chamber 21, and the second water outlet pipe 46 communicates with the second water chamber 48, so that water flowing into the second water chamber 48 can be discharged from the second water outlet pipe 46, and the second water outlet pipe 46 is used for connection of external bathroom equipment, such as a shower head. In addition, the water outlet chamber 45 is located between the water inlet chamber 44 and the water mixing chamber 21, and the third water inlet pipe 43 and the first water outlet pipe 24 are parallel to the second branch pipe 232.
The second water outlet pipe 46 includes a fifth branch pipe 461 and a sixth branch pipe 462, the fifth branch pipe 461 is connected to the water outlet chamber 45, the fifth branch pipe 461 is parallel to the first water inlet pipe 22, the sixth branch pipe 462 extends vertically out of the housing 1, i.e., the fifth branch pipe 461 extends out of the housing 1 through the second fixing plate 13, the upper cover 14 and the decorative cover 15, respectively. The fifth leg 461 has a third port 4611 at an end remote from the water outlet chamber 45, and the third port 4611 is provided with a third seal 83. Because the second valve body 4 is injection molded, there must be an avoiding position of the insert, such as the third interface 4611, during injection molding; and a third seal 83 is provided at the third port 4611 so that the third seal 83 can seal the third port 4611 to avoid leakage of water at the third port 4611 when entering the second valve body 4.
As shown in fig. 11, the third seal 83 includes a third plug 831, a fifth snap ring 832, and a fifth seal ring 833. The peripheral wall of the third plug 831 is provided with a ninth clamping groove 8311, the ninth clamping groove 8311 penetrates through the third plug 831, the third interface 4611 is provided with a tenth clamping groove 4612, and the third plug 831 is sleeved on the third interface 4611, so that the ninth clamping groove 8311 is communicated with the tenth clamping groove 4612. Fifth catch ring 832 is engaged with tenth catch groove 4612 after passing through ninth catch groove 8311 to achieve quick installation of third plug 831. In addition, a fifth groove 4613 is further disposed on the peripheral wall of the third interface 4611, a fifth sealing ring 833 is embedded in the fifth groove 4613, and the fifth sealing ring 833 is respectively abutted with the third interface 4611 and the third plug 831, so as to prevent water entering the second valve body 4 from leaking from the third interface 4611.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the second valve core 5 is disposed in the water inlet chamber 44, and the second valve core 5 is used to control the third water inlet pipe 43 to communicate with the first water outlet pipe 41 so as to discharge the water discharged from the first valve body 2 from the water outlet 471, or to control the third water inlet pipe 43 to communicate with the second water outlet pipe 42 so as to discharge the water discharged from the first valve body 2 from the second water outlet pipe 46. Specifically, the second valve core 5 includes a second housing 51, a second body 52 and a second operating lever 53, the second housing 51 is embedded in the water inlet chamber 44, the second body 52 has a second accommodating cavity, the second body 52 is provided with a fourth water gap 511, a fifth water gap 512 and a sixth water gap 513, the fourth water gap 511 is communicated with the second accommodating cavity and is communicated with the third water inlet pipe 43, the fifth water gap 512 and the sixth water gap 513 are arranged at the bottom of the second accommodating cavity, the fifth water gap 512 can be communicated with the first output pipe 41 and the second accommodating cavity, and the sixth water gap 513 can be communicated with the second output pipe 42 and the second accommodating cavity.
The second body 52 is installed in the second accommodating chamber and is adjacent to the bottom of the second accommodating chamber, and a through hole 521 is provided in the second body 52 of the second body 52, and the through hole 521 penetrates the second body 52 in the axial direction of the first output pipe 41. The second lever 53 is connected to the second body 52, and the second lever 53 is used to drive the second body 52 to rotate about the axis of the second body 52 along the second rotation direction R2, so that the through hole 521 communicates with the second accommodating chamber and the fifth water gap 512 or the through hole 521 communicates with the second accommodating chamber and the second water gap, so that the water discharged from the first valve body 2 is discharged from the water outlet 471 or from the second water outlet pipe 46. Preferably, the second lever 53 is provided with a second handle, which enables a user to control the second valve core 5 more conveniently.
The tap 71 is fixedly sleeved on the third water outlet pipe 72, and a first water outlet pipeline 711 is arranged on the tap 71. The third outlet pipe 72 is rotatably mounted on the second valve body 4 about its own axis and communicates with the water outlet 471 of the second valve body 4. The third water outlet pipe 72 includes a third body 721, a first switch piece 722 and a second switch piece 723, a second water outlet pipeline and a third water outlet pipe 72 pipeline are disposed on the third body 721, wherein the first water outlet pipeline 711 is communicated with the second water outlet pipeline, the third water outlet pipe 72 pipeline penetrates through the third body 721 along the axial direction of the third body 721, the third water outlet pipe 72 is used for connecting with external bathroom products, such as a bathtub tap, and the third water outlet pipe 72 is used for supplying water to the external products through the third water outlet pipe 72 pipeline.
The first switching piece 722 is fixedly installed on the third water inlet end of the third water outlet pipe 72, the first switching piece 722 is provided with a seventh water gap 7221 and an eighth water gap 7222, wherein the seventh water gap 7221 is communicated with the second water outlet pipeline, and the eighth water gap 7222 is communicated with the third water outlet pipe 72. The second switch piece 723 is fixedly mounted on the second valve body, the second switch piece 723 is located at the water outlet 471, and the first switch piece 722 is adjacent to the second switch piece 723. The second switching piece 723 is provided with a ninth water port 7231 and a tenth water port 7232, and both the ninth water port 7231 and the tenth water port 7232 are communicated with the water outlet 471 of the second valve body 4. The first switch plate 722, the second switch plate 723 and the third water outlet pipe 72 are coaxially arranged, so that when the third water outlet pipe 72 rotates around the axis of the third water outlet pipe 72, the seventh water gap 7221 on the second switch plate 723 can be controlled to be communicated with the ninth water gap 7231, or the eighth water gap 7222 on the second switch plate 723 can be controlled to be communicated with the tenth water gap 7232, and water flowing out from the water outlet 471 flows out from the water tap 7171 or flows out to an external bathroom product (such as a bathtub tap) through the third water outlet pipe 72.
Referring to fig. 16, the multifunctional shower control box 100 further includes a first stop ring 93, a second stop ring, a first nut 95, and a second nut 96. Wherein, the first stop ring 93 is provided with a first notch, and the length of the first notch is one quarter to one fifth of the circumference of the first stop ring 93; the second stop ring is provided with a second notch, and the length of the second notch is one-fourth to one-fifth of the circumference of the second stop ring.
The first nut 95 is sleeved on the first water inlet end of the first water inlet pipe 22, a third annular groove 951 is arranged on the first nut 95, the first stop ring 93 is embedded between the first annular groove 222 and the third annular groove 951, and the first stop ring 93 is adjacent to the first inclined surface 2221. The first nut 95 is used for being connected with an external water supply line, and the first stop ring 93 is used for fastening the first nut 95 on the external water supply line by self tension and preventing the first nut 95 from being loosened.
The second nut 96 is sleeved on the second water inlet end of the second water inlet pipe 23, a fourth annular groove is formed in the second nut 96, the second stop ring is embedded between the second annular groove 235 and the fourth annular groove, and the second stop ring is adjacent to the second inclined surface 2351. The second nut 96 is used for being connected with an external water supply pipeline, and the second stop ring is used for enabling the second nut 96 to be tightly connected with the external water supply pipeline through self tension and preventing the second nut 96 from loosening.
Preferably, the first water inlet pipe 22, the second water inlet pipe 23, the first water outlet pipe 24, the second water outlet pipe 46, the first output pipe 41 and the second output pipe 42 are respectively provided with reinforcing ribs, so that the reinforcing ribs can protect all the pipe bodies and prevent the pipe bodies from being deformed or exploded when the water pressure is excessive.
In summary, through the design of the multifunctional bathroom control box, the multifunctional bathroom control box has the advantages of low cost and reliable structure.
Bathroom system embodiments:
The bathroom system comprises a water supply pipeline, a shower head and a multifunctional bathroom control box, wherein the multifunctional bathroom control box is the multifunctional bathroom control box in the embodiment of the multifunctional bathroom control box, the water supply pipeline is connected with a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe of the multifunctional bathroom control box, and the shower head is connected with a second water outlet pipe of the multifunctional bathroom control box.
