Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle bodies, in particular to a plug cover with a one-way drainage function and a vehicle body floor.
Background
In automotive body design, the passenger compartment is generally defined as the dry zone and the exterior of the body as the wet zone. It is generally required that the passenger compartment not be flooded after the vehicle has been subjected to wading, rain, and car washes. However, accidents always occur, such as the passengers accidentally turning over the water cup, or passengers carrying water on the umbrella into the vehicle, or the vehicle is not tightly sealed. At this time, it is desirable that the low-lying area of the vehicle body floor has a drainage function, but does not allow external water to flow backward into the vehicle. Therefore, a need exists for a closure with a one-way drainage function to meet this function. How to design the blanking cover with the one-way drainage function becomes a technical problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a blanking cover with a one-way drainage function and a vehicle body floor, which can drain accumulated water in the vehicle body floor and prevent external water from flowing backwards.
In order to achieve the purpose, the plugging cover with the one-way drainage function comprises a plugging cover body and a plugging cover valve core arranged on the plugging cover body, wherein the plugging cover body is provided with a water leakage port communicated with the inner side and the outer side of a plugging hole, the plugging cover valve core seals the water leakage port under the action of water pressure from the outer side to the inner side and opens the water leakage port under the action of water pressure from the inner side to the outer side; the plugging valve core is made of elastic materials and comprises an upper side wall attached to the water leakage port from the outer side; the plug valve core is in an inverted cylindrical shape with a bottom and further comprises a flat top and a notch, and the notch is arranged at the joint of the side wall and the flat top to reduce the wall thickness of the position.
Preferably, the blanking cover body comprises a cylinder, an upper elastic buckle and a lower blanking cap, the inner diameter of the cylinder is matched with the outer diameter of the blanking cover valve core, the upper elastic buckle extends from the upper edge of the cylinder to the circumferential direction, and the lower blanking cap extends from the lower edge of the cylinder to the circumferential direction.
As the preferred scheme, 4 upper elastic buckles are distributed on the upper edge of the cylinder body at intervals.
Preferably, a sealing ring is arranged at the position, facing the lower surface of the plugging hole, of the outer edge of the lower plugging cap.
Preferably, the water leaking ports are arranged on the side wall of the cylinder at intervals, and the inner diameter of the cylinder is matched with the outer diameter of the plug valve core.
Preferably, a valve core hook extends inwards from the inner wall of the cylinder body, and the valve core hook is matched with the upper end surface of the cap-plugging valve core to fix the cap-plugging valve core in the central hole of the cylinder body.
Preferably, the lowest position of the center of the lower plugging cap is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is in a stepped hole shape with a large upper part and a small lower part and is communicated with the hollow part of the cylinder, and the lower edge of the plugging cover valve core is abutted against the upper stepped surface around the water outlet.
In order to achieve the above object, another aspect of the present invention provides a vehicle body floor, which includes a drain hole with a low-lying portion, the drain hole is provided with the above-mentioned cap, the cap body is integrally formed by a plastic material, and the cap valve core is integrally formed by a rubber material.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the blanking cover with the one-way drainage function and the vehicle body floor, the effect of the valve core of the blanking cover arranged in the blanking cover body is different from that of internal water and external water, so that accumulated water in a passenger cabin can be drained, water outside the vehicle can be prevented from flowing backwards into the vehicle, the structure is simple, and the process is easy to realize.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
The plug cover with the one-way drainage function in the preferred embodiment of the invention can be arranged in a low-lying area of the floor of the vehicle body, can drain accumulated water in the passenger compartment out of the vehicle and can prevent water outside the vehicle from flowing backwards into the vehicle so as to solve the problems.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a partial structure of a vehicle body floor 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a drain hole 11 is a drain hole of a depressed area of a front floor, and a cap 20 (shown in fig. 2 and 3) with a one-way drain function is disposed in the drain hole 11 to prevent water from accumulating in the depressed area of the vehicle body floor 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the capping with one-way drainage function according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes two parts, a capping body 21 and a capping valve core 22, and the capping valve core 22 is engaged with the capping body 21 to form a capping for capping the drainage hole 11 on the vehicle body floor 10.
Referring to fig. 4, the cap body 21 includes a cylinder 211, an upper elastic buckle 212, and a lower cap 213. The outer diameter of the cylinder 211 is matched with the aperture of the liquid discharge hole 11, and the inner diameter of the cylinder 211 is matched with the outer diameter of the cap valve core 22. The upper elastic buckles 212 extend from the upper edge of the cylinder 211 in the circumferential direction, and in the illustrated embodiment, four upper elastic buckles 212 are distributed at intervals on the upper edge of the cylinder 211 and are buckled on the upper surface of the vehicle body floor around the liquid discharge hole 11. The lower plugging cap 213 extends from the lower edge of the cylinder 211 in the circumferential direction, and the lower surface of the lower plugging cap 213 is a spherical crown with a large diameter, thereby realizing the plugging of the lower surface of the vehicle body floor around the liquid discharge hole 11. The side wall of the cylinder body 211 is provided with water leakage ports 214 at intervals, so that a water circulation channel from the outside of the cylinder body 211 to the inside of the cylinder body 211 is realized. In the illustrated embodiment, the side wall of the cylinder 211 is provided with 4 drainage holes 214 at equal intervals around the circumference. The lowest part of the center of the lower plugging cap 213 is provided with a water outlet 215, and the water outlet 215 is in a stepped hole shape with a large upper part and a small lower part and is communicated with the hollow part of the cylinder body 211. The drainage port 215 is in a stepped hole shape, so that the lower edge of the valve core 22 is conveniently clamped on the upper step, and the drainage port 215 at the bottom is conveniently positioned at the lowest point.
In order to fix the capping valve core 22, a valve core hook 2111 extends inwards from the inner wall of the cylinder body 211, and the valve core hook 2111 contacts with the upper end surface of the capping valve core 22 to fix the capping valve core 22 in the central hole of the cylinder body 211.
In order to further prevent water outside the vehicle from entering the vehicle, a circle of sealing ring 2131 is arranged on the outer edge of the lower blocking cap 213 facing the lower surface of the vehicle body floor 10, and the sealing ring 2131 enables the lower blocking cap 213 to be in direct contact with the lower surface of the vehicle body floor 10 more closely, so that external water is prevented from permeating into the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 5, the capping valve core 22 is an inverted cylinder with a bottom and has a sidewall with different thickness. The blanking plug 22 is composed of a flat top 221, a notch 222 and a sidewall 223. The flat top 221 is arranged at the top, the central hole of the cylinder body 211 is sealed, the wall thickness of the connecting part of the side wall 223 and the flat top 221 is reduced by the groove 222, the side wall 223 is convenient to deform under the water pressure, and the effect of draining water is achieved.
As shown in fig. 6, the cross-sectional structure of the closure with the drainage function is cut along the upper elastic catch 212 of the closure body 21. As can be seen from the figure, the cap valve body 22 is caught in the cylinder 211 of the cap body 21 by the valve body catching hook 2111 of the cap body 21. When water on the outside enters from the water outlet 215 at the bottom of the cap body 21, the side wall 223 of the cap valve core 22 is pressed against the inner wall of the cylinder 211, thereby preventing the water on the outside from flowing backward into the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 7, a cross-sectional view of the closure with a drainage function is cut along a region of the closure body 21 other than the upper elastic catch 212. When water is in the passenger compartment, the accumulated water tries to be discharged along the water leakage port 214 on the cylinder body 211 of the blanking cover body 21, the side wall 223 of the blanking cover valve core 22 is pressed by the pressure generated by the water to deform, and the water enters the inside of the cylinder body 211 after passing through the water leakage port 214 and is discharged out of the vehicle along the water discharge port 215 at the bottom.
In the above-mentioned blanking cap 20 with the one-way drainage function, the blanking cap body 21 is made of plastic, and the blanking cap valve core 22 is made of rubber.
The above-described block cover 20 with a one-way drainage function can be applied to a low-lying area such as a driver's step on the vehicle body floor 10 in the passenger compartment, a spare tire groove bottom, and the like, for blocking the drain hole 11.
The plug cover with the one-way drainage function has a simple structure, is easy to realize in process, can replace the original two-way sealing plug cover on the floor of the vehicle body, does not need to increase extra cost, and can realize the one-way drainage effect.
The plug cover with the one-way drainage function can be applied to liquid drainage holes arranged on the floor of a passenger vehicle body during coating electrophoresis, and the liquid drainage holes can be conveniently sealed by the plug cover at the later stage of coating.
According to the plugging cover with the one-way drainage function and the vehicle body floor, the effect of the valve core of the plugging cover arranged in the plugging cover body is different from that of internal water and external water, so that accumulated water in a passenger cabin can be drained, water outside the vehicle can be prevented from flowing backwards into the vehicle, the structure is simple, and the process is easy to realize.
