Abstract
本发明涉及一种高效烧烫伤药及其制备方法，所述的高效烧烫伤药包含茶油3~7份、芦荟胶7~15份等成分，本发明利用热乙醇进行芦荟大黄素的提取，充分利用回收的芦荟胶制成所述的高效烧烫伤药，本发明还包含黄连4~12份、冰片2~5份，能有效治疗中/轻度的烫伤，消炎能力强，清热解毒、滋润皮肤，促进创伤面的愈合，愈合后不留疤痕。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烫伤药，尤其涉及一种高效烫伤药及其制备方法。
技术背景
芦荟是一种营养价值很高的食品，它广泛应用于医药、食品以及化妆品等各个领域，不管用于哪个领域，基本都是需要去皮的，也就是说芦荟胶的数量其实是非常大的。利用芦荟进行烧伤治疗，是非常有效的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明充分利用芦荟胶所包含的营养，并进行科学合理的搭配，从而提供一种高效烧烫伤药，包含如下重量比的成分：茶油3~7份，芦荟胶7~15份。
其中，芦荟胶中含有有效成分芦荟大黄素，有关研究表明，芦荟胶含有的芦荟大黄素为0.4%，芦荟大黄素作为大黄的抗菌有效成分，可从芦荟胶中提取，具有抗肿瘤活性、抗菌活性和免疫抑制作用，芦荟大黄素对烫伤具有较好的疗效；当然，仅仅只有芦荟大黄素，成分太单一，对烫伤的疗效也会有所折扣，因此，本发明还包含茶油等成分。
茶油是山茶果提炼而成的食用油，又名油茶籽。茶油整个生长过程中不施农药、化肥等，不含芥酸、胆固醇、黄曲霉素等对人体有害物质。茶油色泽金黄或浅黄，品质纯净，澄清透明，气味清香，味道纯正，是中国政府提倡推广的纯天然木本食用植物油，也是国际粮农组织首推的卫生保健植物食用油。茶油具有清热化湿、杀虫解毒等作用，常用于痧气腹痛、疥癣、汤伤，并具有良好的稳定性和抗氧化性，保质期长，易于消化吸收。茶油中单不饱和脂肪酸的含量超过橄榄油，单不饱和脂肪酸的含量高达80%，同时富含较高的维生素E，是橄榄油的两倍，此外还含有角鲨烯与黄酮类物质，对抗癌、抗炎有着极佳的作用；利用茶油与芦荟胶所制成的高效烫伤药能快速杀菌，消炎能力强，促进烧烫伤面的快速愈合，滋润修复肌肤，不留疤痕。此法所致的高效烧烫伤药用于治疗二度及以下的中/轻度烧烫伤，治愈时间为2~6天，治愈率为97%。
为了进一步实现所述的高效烧烫伤药，所述的高效烫伤药还包含如下重量比的成分：黄连4~12份，冰片2~5份。黄连性味甘凉，有清热解毒的作用；冰片，又名片脑、桔片等，是龙脑香科植物龙脑香的树脂和挥发油加工品提取获得的结晶，近乎于纯粹的右旋龙脑，可用于用于闭证神昏、目赤肿痛、喉痹口疮、疮疡肿痛、溃后不敛等，冰片经粘膜和皮下组织均很容易被吸收，结合黄连和冰片的作用，能更为高效的治愈烧烫创口，解毒杀菌，使得烧烫伤面的愈合更为快速、有效。
为了进一步实现所述的高效烧烫伤药，所述的高效烧烫伤药包含的各成分重量比如下：茶油6份，芦荟胶13份，黄连12份，冰片3份，此比例的成分配置高效烧烫伤药，非常适合用于治疗二度及以下的中/轻度烧烫伤，治愈时间为2~4天，治愈率为98%。
本发明还提供上述高效烧烫伤药的制备方法，所述的制备方法包含如下步骤：
A、取芦荟胶洗净搅碎，加入浓度为60~65%的乙醇10~25份以及水8~16份，搅拌至少3min，搅拌的速度控制为1800~2000r/min，得到混合液；
B、对步骤A所得的混合液进行过滤，取得滤液，对所得的滤液进行加热和搅拌操作，所述的加热和搅拌操作同时进行，搅拌速度控制为1200~2400r/min，加热直至45~49℃， 并保持该温度范围5~25min，得到芦荟胶精华；
C、将茶油加热并保持温度在50~60℃，加入步骤B所得的芦荟胶精华并进行搅拌，搅拌速度控制为1200~2400r/min，搅拌持续6~10min。
具体实施方式
下面结合较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
烫伤药利用如下重量比的成分配置：茶油3份、芦荟胶7份。
使用本例治疗二度及以下的轻度烫伤，治愈时间为2~6天，治愈率为97%，烧烫伤口不留疤痕。
Claims (3)
1.一种高效烧烫伤药，其特征在于，是由茶油6份，芦荟胶13份，黄连12份，冰片3份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效烧烫伤药的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的制备方法包含如下步骤：
A、取芦荟胶洗净搅碎，加入浓度为60~65%的乙醇10~25份以及水8~16份，搅拌至少3min，搅拌的速度控制为1800~2000r/min，得到混合液；
B、对步骤A所得的混合液进行过滤，取得滤液，对所得的滤液进行加热和搅拌操作，所述的加热和搅拌操作同时进行，搅拌速度控制为1200~2400r/min，加热直至45~49℃，并保持该温度范围5~25min，得到芦荟胶精华；该步骤还包含黄连研粉操作，取所述的黄连研磨成黄连粉；
C、将茶油加热并保持温度在50~60℃，加入步骤B所得的芦荟胶精华和黄连粉并进行搅拌，搅拌速度控制为1200~2400r/min，搅拌持续6~10min，加入所述的冰片，搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效烧烫伤药的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤B保持在45~49℃范围内8~12min。
