The invention relates to a rod-shaped object storage device, in particular to a rod-shaped object storage device with variable volume and first-in first-out, and belongs to the technical field of tobacco processing.
Background
On a cigarette production line, one or more buffers are required to be arranged between upstream cigarette forming equipment and downstream cigarette packaging equipment and used for balancing normal production of the upstream and downstream equipment, namely, when the downstream cigarette packaging equipment fails or stops, produced cigarette cigarettes are required to be fed into the buffers for temporary storage so as to maintain normal production of the cigarette forming equipment, and when the upstream cigarette forming equipment fails or stops, the buffers are used for providing the cigarette cigarettes for the downstream cigarette packaging equipment so as to ensure normal operation of the cigarette packaging equipment. The prior art buffer is divided into two buffer modes, namely a first-in first-out buffer mode and a first-in last-out buffer mode. The first-in and last-out buffer storage mode can enable the cigarettes stored first to stay in the buffer for a long time, so that the cigarettes with special fragrance can be retained for a long time to reduce the original fragrance of the cigarettes. Therefore, such cigarettes are not suitable for first-in last-out buffering.
Although the first-in first-out buffer method is the preferred method for tobacco production, the first-in first-out buffer device in the market generally has the problem of larger occupied space, and the problem of smaller buffer capacity is caused by the reduction of occupied space. In addition, the existing buffer has a plurality of adverse factors in space layout and flexible disassembly, transportation or production and storage requirements, which have long plagued the production of manufacturers. Accordingly, there is a need for improvements in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a rod-like object storage device with variable volume and first-in first-out.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme that the rod-shaped object storage device with variable volume and first-in first-out comprises a cabinet body with an inlet and an outlet on the cabinet body, and is characterized in that a plurality of layers of conveying channels are arranged on the cabinet body, each two layers of conveying channels are composed of two symmetrical conveying belts, the head end and the head end of each conveying belt are arranged in parallel with the tail end, one head end and the other tail end of each conveying belt are respectively connected with a blanking baffle plate which moves oppositely and is provided with a groove on the inner side, the grooves on the inner side of the blanking baffle plate which moves oppositely are opposite and are staggered up and down, so that two groups of blanking baffle plates which move oppositely are formed on the cabinet body, and along with the opposite movement of the two groups of blanking baffle plates, an S-shaped blanking channel with reduced width or an S-shaped stock channel with increased width is formed in the longitudinal direction of the cabinet body.
The two groups of blanking baffles which move in opposite directions are respectively connected with the corresponding vertical sliding plates, the two vertical sliding plates are respectively connected with the corresponding two or same horizontal screw rods in a threaded manner through the corresponding nuts, one end of each horizontal screw rod is connected with the bearing with the seat, the other end of each horizontal screw rod is connected with the power machine, so that the horizontal screw rods are driven by the power machine to rotate, and the two nuts, the two vertical sliding plates and the two groups of blanking baffles are driven to synchronously and oppositely move along the horizontal screw rods, so that the width adjustment of the S-shaped blanking channel is realized.
The vertical sliding plate is provided with a plurality of guide blocks at intervals, and the guide blocks are in sliding connection with corresponding guide rods fixed on the cabinet body and used for determining the movement direction of the vertical sliding plate and guaranteeing the width adjustment stability of the blanking channel.
And among the layers of conveying channels, a material conveying and storing channel is formed between every two layers of conveying channels.
The cabinet body is two rectangular columns back to back, or a plurality of polygonal columns back to back, or a plurality of rectangular columns combined into a whole in parallel, or a cylindrical column.
The invention has the advantages and effects that by adopting the technical scheme, the width of the storage channel can be increased, the storage capacity can be enlarged, or the width of the storage channel can be reduced, the storage capacity can be reduced until the storage channel is formed into a channel for only discharging, and after the materials enter, the storage channel can be sequentially stored from top to bottom, so that the materials can be sequentially sent out from the outlet at the lowest end, a first-in first-out storage mode is realized, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, flexible width adjustment, stable and reliable performance, especially longitudinal extension, and no occupation of land when the storage capacity is increased. Is an ideal rod-shaped object storage device.

The invention provides a bar-shaped object storage device with variable volume and first-in first-out, which comprises a rectangular column body 6 with an inlet 2 and an outlet 10, wherein a shell cover 8 is arranged outside the rectangular column body 6, ten layers of conveying channels are arranged on the rectangular column body 6, each two layers of conveying channels are composed of two symmetrical conveying belts 1 and 7, the head end and the tail end of each of the two conveying belts 1 and 7 are arranged in parallel with the tail end, the head end of one conveying belt 7 on the right side and the tail end of the other conveying belt 1 on the left side are respectively connected with right and left blanking baffles 5 and 3 with grooves 9 on the inner side moving oppositely, grooves 9 on the inner side of the blanking baffles moving oppositely are opposite and staggered up and down, so that two groups of blanking baffles moving oppositely are formed on the rectangular column body 6, and an S-shaped blanking channel 11 with reduced width or an S-shaped storage channel 12 with increased width is formed on the longitudinal direction of the rectangular column body 6 along with the opposite movement of the two groups of blanking baffles; the two sets of blanking baffles which move oppositely are respectively connected with the corresponding left vertical sliding plate 4 and the corresponding right vertical sliding plate 4, the left vertical sliding plate 4 is respectively connected with the corresponding two horizontal screw rods 13 and 18 in a threaded manner through corresponding nuts, the inner ends of the two horizontal screw rods 13 and 18 are connected through a coupler 19, the left end of the horizontal screw rod 18 is connected with a bearing 15 with a seat, the right end of the horizontal screw rod 13 is connected with a power machine 14 so as to drive the two horizontal screw rods 13 and 18 to rotate under the driving of the power machine 14, the two nuts, the left vertical sliding plate 4, the two sets of blanking baffles 3 and 5 are driven to synchronously and oppositely move along the horizontal screw rods 13 and 18, the width of an S-shaped blanking channel is adjusted, a plurality of guide blocks 16 are arranged on the vertical sliding plate 4 at intervals, the guide blocks 16 are in sliding connection with corresponding guide rods 17 fixed on the rectangular column 6, the device is used for guiding the moving direction of the vertical sliding plate 4 and guaranteeing the width adjustment stability of the blanking channel, wherein a material conveying and storing channel is formed between every two layers of conveying channels in the ten layers of conveying channels.
