Splitting machine and splitting method for regular-hexagon reconstituted tobacco
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of reconstituted tobacco slitting, in particular to a regular-hexagon reconstituted tobacco slitting machine and a slitting method thereof.
Background
With the continuous deepening of tar and harm reduction projects in the tobacco industry, the application of reconstituted tobacco in the cigarette industry is more and more common. The reconstituted tobacco becomes one of the important measures for reducing tar and harm in the cigarette industry. The reconstituted tobacco becomes one of the important raw materials of cigarette products, and can be applied to cigarette formulas in a larger scale, so that the tobacco industry is promoted to develop a higher floor.
The slicing machine is one of important devices in a reconstituted tobacco production line, and has the main functions of providing a small piece of tobacco with uniform shape and size meeting the process requirements for subsequent shredding processing, facilitating packaging and transportation, ensuring the processing process of the small piece of tobacco to be uniform with raw tobacco and improving the uniformity of mixed tobacco shreds.
Limited by the structure of processing equipment, the geometric shape of the traditional reconstituted tobacco sheet is usually square or rhombus; in the traditional slicer with regular hexagonal blades, a movable knife is instantaneously sheared into a half regular hexagon by contacting with a fixed knife when a trapezoidal notch of the movable knife and the fixed knife rotates at a high speed, as shown in figure 1. However, the method has high requirements on clearance fit of the cutter body, and is difficult to manufacture and assemble, and difficult to realize. Meanwhile, due to the fact that a knife edge is in small clearance with blades and is in frequent contact in a large range, the moving knife and the fixed knife are quickly abraded, the service life of the knife is greatly shortened, the normal operation time of equipment is greatly influenced by the abrasion resistance of the knife, and therefore mass production of the regular hexagonal blades of reconstituted tobacco cannot be achieved all the time, and a splitting machine capable of achieving mass production of the regular hexagonal blades is not available in the industry.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention. In the following description, for the purpose of clearly illustrating the structure and operation of the present invention, reference will be made to the accompanying drawings by way of directional terms, but terms such as "front", "rear", "left", "right", "up", "down", etc. should be construed as words of convenience and should not be construed as limiting terms.
The splitting machine for the orthohexagonal reconstituted tobacco shown in fig. 2-8 comprises a frame, a shell 2 fixedly arranged on the frame, provided with a knife gate 11 at the upper part and a discharge port 12 at the lower part, a cutter roller 3 rotatably arranged in the shell 2 and provided with a plurality of movable knife rests 6 uniformly and annularly along the outer wall thereof, a fixed knife rest 8 fixedly arranged in the shell 2, a power device 4 arranged on the frame and used for driving the movable knife rests 6 to rotate, a movable knife 7 arranged on the movable knife rest 6 and a fixed knife 9 arranged on the fixed knife rest 8; one end of the movable knife 7 facing the fixed knife 9 is called a front end, and the front end part of the movable knife 7 is trapezoidal and is bent to a certain radian in the rotating direction of the cutter roller 3; two adjacent fixed tool rests 8 are arranged in a staggered mode, and the staggered distance is equal to 1.5 times of the side length of the regular hexagonal reconstituted tobacco; the front end of the movable knife 7 and two adjacent sides of the front end are provided with cutting edges.
In this embodiment, a plurality of supporting portions 10 in the shape of an isosceles triangle are arranged at intervals on the end portion of the fixed knife 9 adjacent to the movable knife 7; a cutting opening for cutting the front end of the knife 7 is formed between two adjacent supporting parts 10. The waist length of the supporting part 10 is half of the side length of the regular hexagon reconstituted tobacco. When the blade is cut, the blade is torn along the cutting force direction, the fixed knife 9 and the movable knife 7 are in contact with each other to cut half of the side length of the regular hexagon blade (realized by matching the supporting part 10), and the half of the remaining side length is naturally formed by tearing along the cutting edge direction of the movable knife 7. The power device can adopt the existing driving equipment, such as a speed reducing motor and the like.
As a preferable technical scheme, a groove 13 is formed at the joint of the supporting part 10 and the fixed knife 9, and the groove 13 in the embodiment is arc-shaped, so that the reconstituted tobacco paper can be buffered in the cutting process, and the breakage is reduced.
As a preferable technical scheme, the cutting edge at the front end of the movable knife 7 is in a concave arc shape, so that a structural form with double sharp corners is formed, and when cutting is performed, the double sharp corners contact the reconstituted tobacco paper firstly, and then the cutting is continuously performed by the cutting edges at the front end and two sides of the movable knife 7, so that a continuous sequential cutting state is formed, and the cutting resistance and the shredding rate can be further reduced. Obviously, the front edge of the movable blade 7 may also be in the shape of a biconcave arc, as shown in fig. 9-11, i.e., in the form of three sharp corners, and this structure can improve the directional cutting position accuracy of the movable blade 7, reduce the contact surface between the edge and the reconstituted tobacco, and improve the service life of the movable blade 7.
In the invention, the movable knife 7 adopts the arc-shaped bent design, so that the movable knife has the functions of directional cutting and tearing. The shell 2 is used as a cover plate of the cutter roller 3 and also used as a guide plate of blade materials to guide the materials to flow to the lower discharge hole 12 of the machine body. A knife gate 11 for feeding is provided between the upper part of the machine body and the top of the housing 2.
A slitting method of a slitting machine for regular-hexagon reconstituted tobacco adopts the slitting machine; the cutting method is realized by reasonably matching the rotating speed of the cutter roller 3 with the speed of the reconstituted tobacco paper 5, and is specifically designed as follows:
rotating speed n of cutter roller is v/(L multiplied by P/2)
In the formula: n is the rotating speed required by the cutter roller and has the unit r/min; v is the paper feeding speed of the incoming material of the reconstituted tobacco paper, and the unit is m/min; l is the cutting length of the slice, unit m; p is the number of cutter rows.
A specific calculation case is described below:
the width of the paper web is mm, B = 3600;
the slice specification mm is a regular hexagon with 20 side lengths (the length of a diagonal is 40);
running vehicle speed (paper feed speed) m/min: 130-180 parts;
moving blade arrangement and number (blade): 24 rows, 1536 sheets;
then:
a) calculating the rotating speed of the cutter roller 3:
calculating formula: n ═ v/(L × P/2)
Taking a paper feeding speed of 150m/min as an example: and n is 150/(0.03464 × 24/2) 360.85 r/min.
The cutting process is described as follows:
when the blade is in work, each group of blades is formed by tearing off two rows of moving blades 7 which are arranged in a staggered way. The regular hexagonal blade forming process is as shown in fig. 12-14.
a) The first knife after 5 sheets of reconstituted tobacco paper are edged is as shown in figure 12, the solid line part in the figure is the contact cutting part of the fixed knife 9 and the movable knife 7, and the dotted line part is formed naturally by tearing the blade along the cutting edge direction. At this time, half of the first row of regular hexagonal blades are cut and formed.
b) The second knife is shown in fig. 13, the second row of moving knives 7 and the first row of moving knives 7 are staggered by a certain width, the solid line part in the figure is the contact cutting part of the fixed knife 9 and the moving knife 7, and the dotted line part is formed naturally by tearing the blade along the cutting edge direction. The knife cuts the first row of formed blades to yield. Half of the second row of regular hexagonal blades has been cut to shape.
c) The third row of moving blades 7 is the same as the first row of moving blades 7 as shown in fig. 14, the solid line part in the figure is the contact cutting part of the fixed blade 9 and the moving blade 7, and the dotted line part is formed naturally by tearing the blade along the cutting edge direction. The second row of formed blades is produced after the blades are cut off by the knife. Half of the third row of regular hexagonal blades has been cut to shape.
The subsequent cutting of the blades is analogized, and the formed blades are produced in the cutting of each row of moving blades. The invention fully utilizes the physical characteristics of the reconstituted tobacco material, reduces the contact surface between the knife edge and the reconstituted tobacco, and can effectively prolong the service life of the movable knife.
