Thiamethoxam belongs to a second generation neonicotinoid insecticide and has high activity and safety. The thiamethoxam not only has contact poisoning, stomach toxicity and systemic activity, but also has the characteristics of wide insecticidal spectrum, high activity, long lasting period and the like, and has good control effect on homoptera and thysanoptera pests.
metalaxyl-M is R isomer of ordinary metalaxyl, and is a high-efficiency systemic fungicide. The product has protective and therapeutic effects, high drug effect, low residue, and good environmental compatibility, and is a systemic bactericide with preventive and therapeutic effects.
Pyraclostrobin is a novel methoxy acrylate broad-spectrum bactericide, and can control most diseases of ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, deuteromycetes, oomycetes and the like. Pyraclostrobin has strong inhibitory effect on spore germination and growth of intraleaf mycelium, and has protection and therapeutic activity. The composition has the characteristics of permeability, local systemic activity, long lasting period and rain wash resistance, and is widely used for preventing and treating diseases of wheat, rice, peanuts and other field crops.

EXAMPLE 1 indoor bacteriostatic test of Agents on maize head smut pathogen
Pathogenic bacteria to be tested: collecting corn head smut pathogenic bacteria in 2015 year, separating and purifying
The test method comprises the following steps: on the basis of the pilot test, the drug stock solution was diluted with acetone to 5 concentrations in series. After the metalaxyl-M and the pyraclostrobin are combined, the inhibiting activity of the metalaxyl-M and the pyraclostrobin on pathogenic bacteria can be obviously improved, the metalaxyl-M and the pyraclostrobin have a synergistic effect on the pathogenic bacteria when the ratio is 1: 1-10: 1, and have an additive effect when the ratio is 1: 10.
After the thiamethoxam is combined with the bactericides metalaxyl-M and pyraclostrobin, the thiamethoxam can improve the inhibitory activity of the bactericides on the germination of the hypha smut pathogenic bacteria spores, and the EC50 value of the ternary composition is obviously smaller than the EC50 value of the bactericide after compounding. Particularly, when the ratio of metalaxyl-M, pyraclostrobin and thiamethoxam is 1: 20, compared with the 1: 1 compounding of metalaxyl-M and pyraclostrobin, the toxicity is improved by 1.53 times, and the obvious synergistic effect is shown.
EXAMPLE 2 indoor toxicity test of Agents against corn aphids and soil insects
