Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of stranded wires, in particular to an anti-corrosion aluminum-clad steel stranded wire which comprises an inner core and an inner protective shell, wherein the inner core is positioned at the inner side of the inner protective shell, the outer side of the inner core is wrapped with an inner protective layer, the inner protective layer is a steel sheet layer, a filling layer is arranged between the inner side of the inner protective shell and the inner protective layer, the filling layer is an anti-static paper sheet layer, an extension layer is compounded and bonded on the outer surface of the inner protective shell, and an anti-corrosion layer is compounded and bonded on the outer surface of the extension layer; the corrosion-resistant layer comprises a polyester resin layer which is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the extension layer, an epoxy resin layer is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the polyester resin layer, and a siliceous rubber layer is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the epoxy resin layer. According to the invention, the corrosion-resistant layer and the extension layer are added to the stranded wire, so that the corrosion-resistant effect and the stretching effect of the stranded wire are respectively improved, the stranded wire can be more durable in use, and the later maintenance is more convenient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of stranded wires, in particular to an anti-corrosion aluminum-clad steel stranded wire and a production method thereof.
Background
The stranded wire is realized by rotating a stranded single wire around a stranded wire shaft at an equal angular speed and advancing the stranded wire at a constant speed, copper and aluminum are commonly used, and the copper and aluminum wires can be stranded into wire electric cores of various wire cables with different specifications of sections and different types;
the stranded wire on the existing market does not have an anti-corrosion effect, is low in strength and easy to wear, so that the stranded wire is easy to damage in the using process, the later maintenance is very complicated, and the economic expenditure is increased.

The invention aims to solve the defect that the prior art does not have corrosion resistance, and provides an anti-corrosion aluminum-clad steel strand and a production method thereof.

the corrosion-resistant layer comprises a polyester resin layer which is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the extension layer, an epoxy resin layer is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the polyester resin layer, and a siliceous rubber layer is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the epoxy resin layer.
Preferably, the extension layer is including the PVC layer of compound bonding inner protective shell surface, the surface complex on PVC layer bonds and has the TPE layer, the up end on TPE layer and the lower terminal surface of polyester resin layer contact each other, and the TPE layer is the same with the thickness on PVC layer.
Preferably, the thickness ratio of the siliceous rubber layer to the epoxy resin layer to the polyester resin layer is 1:1: 2.
Preferably, the inner protective shell is an aluminum protective shell.
The invention provides an anti-corrosion aluminum-clad steel strand and a production method thereof, and the anti-corrosion aluminum-clad steel strand has the beneficial effects that: according to the anti-corrosion aluminum-clad steel strand and the production method thereof, the anti-corrosion effect and the stretching effect of the strand can be respectively improved by adding the anti-corrosion layer and the extension layer to the strand, so that the strand can be more durable in use, and the later maintenance is more convenient.

Referring to fig. 1-3, an anti-corrosion aluminum-clad steel strand comprises an inner core 6 and an inner protective shell 1, wherein the inner core 6 is located at the inner side of the inner protective shell 1, the outer side of the inner core 6 is wrapped with an inner protective layer 4, the inner protective layer 4 is a steel sheet layer, a filling layer 5 is arranged between the inner side of the inner protective shell 1 and the inner protective layer 4, the filling layer 5 is an anti-static paper sheet layer, an extension layer 3 is compositely bonded on the outer surface of the inner protective shell 1, an anti-corrosion layer 2 is compositely bonded on the outer surface of the extension layer 3, the anti-corrosion layer 2 comprises a polyester resin layer 23 compositely bonded on the outer surface of the extension layer 3, an epoxy resin layer 22 is compositely bonded on the outer surface of the polyester resin layer 23, a siliceous rubber layer 21 is compositely bonded on the outer surface of the epoxy, the inner protective shell 1 can be protected from corrosion and abrasion.
The extension layer 3 comprises a PVC layer 32 which is compositely bonded on the outer surface of the inner protection shell 1, a TPE layer 31 is compositely bonded on the outer surface of the PVC layer 32, the upper end face of the TPE layer 31 is in contact with the lower end face of the polyester resin layer 23, the TPE layer 31 and the PVC layer 32 are the same in thickness, the thickness ratio of the siliceous rubber layer 21 to the epoxy resin layer 22 to the polyester resin layer 23 is 1:1:2, the inner protection shell 1 is specifically an aluminum protection shell, the TPE and the PVC are light in texture, and have the effects of static electricity prevention and insulation, so that the ductility of the stranded wire can be improved while the corrosion-resistant layer 2 is elastically supported.

m1, annealing: heating the steel sheet to 300 ℃, preserving heat for 2 hours, and rapidly cooling in air or soap liquid;
m2, normalizing: heating the steel sheet to 330 ℃, and preserving heat for 1 hour;
m3, quenching: heating the steel sheet to 700 ℃, preserving heat for 3 hours, and cooling in the air;
m4, tempering the steel sheet after the step M3 is completed, and the annealing treatment of the monofilament specifically comprises the steps of heating the copper wire to 200 ℃, preserving heat for 2 hours after the heating is completed, and discharging the steel sheet after the copper wire is slowly cooled to room temperature or 500 ℃ along with the furnace.
S2, after the step S1 is completed, bundling and stranding a plurality of inner cores, guiding the bundled and stranded copper wires into an inner protective shell, and guiding an anti-static paper sheet into the inner protective shell;
and S3, bonding the prepared extension layer on the outer side of the inner protective shell through thermal adhesive, and simultaneously uniformly coating the thermal adhesive on the outer surface of the extension layer to bond the corrosion-resistant layer on the outer surface of the extension layer. Through carrying out heat treatment on the steel sheet, the toughness, the fracture resistance and the rigidity of the steel sheet can be improved, so that the steel sheet cannot be corroded in the using process.

S2, after the step S1 is completed, bundling and stranding a plurality of inner cores, guiding the bundled and stranded copper wires into an inner protective shell, and guiding an anti-static paper sheet into the inner protective shell;
and S3, bonding the prepared extension layer on the outer side of the inner protective shell through thermal adhesive, and simultaneously uniformly coating the thermal adhesive on the outer surface of the extension layer to bond the corrosion-resistant layer on the outer surface of the extension layer. Through carrying out heat treatment on the steel sheet, the toughness, the fracture resistance and the rigidity of the steel sheet can be improved, so that the steel sheet cannot be corroded in the using process.

S2, after the step S1 is completed, bundling and stranding a plurality of inner cores, guiding the bundled and stranded copper wires into an inner protective shell, and guiding an anti-static paper sheet into the inner protective shell;
and S3, bonding the prepared extension layer on the outer side of the inner protective shell through thermal adhesive, and simultaneously uniformly coating the thermal adhesive on the outer surface of the extension layer to bond the corrosion-resistant layer on the outer surface of the extension layer. Through carrying out heat treatment on the steel sheet, the toughness, the fracture resistance and the rigidity of the steel sheet can be improved, so that the steel sheet cannot be corroded in the using process.

the corrosion-resistant layer (2) comprises a polyester resin layer (23) which is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the extension layer (3), an epoxy resin layer (22) is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the polyester resin layer (23), and a siliceous rubber layer (21) is compositely adhered to the outer surface of the epoxy resin layer (22).

The anti-corrosion aluminum-clad steel strand as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extension layer (3) comprises a PVC layer (32) which is compositely bonded on the outer surface of the inner protective shell (1), a TPE layer (31) is compositely bonded on the outer surface of the PVC layer (32), the upper end surface of the TPE layer (31) is in contact with the lower end surface of the polyester resin layer (23), and the thickness of the TPE layer (31) is the same as that of the PVC layer (32).
3. The corrosion-resistant aluminum-clad steel strand as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness ratio of the siliceous rubber layer (21), the epoxy resin layer (22) and the polyester resin layer (23) is 1:1: 2.
4. The corrosion-resistant aluminum-clad steel strand as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner protective shell (1) is an aluminum protective shell.
5. The production method of the corrosion-resistant aluminum-clad steel strand according to claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, carrying out heat treatment on the steel sheet in the inner protective layer:
