By implementing the embodiment of the invention, the document content corresponding to the fault code in the maintenance document can be automatically called according to the data information transmitted by the excimer laser, so that the convenience of troubleshooting of operators is improved.

When the server analyzes the fault code E201, the corresponding keyword 'gas pressure abnormity' is extracted according to the fault code E201, and then document content in a maintenance document configured (also can be understood as stored) in the server is displayed by a display according to the keyword 'gas pressure abnormity'. The document content in the maintenance document records a processing scheme corresponding to the fault;
in addition, in a preferred embodiment, when the fault code is detected, the server controls the display to display the operation steps of the processing scheme corresponding to the document content and the historical operation information machine equipment supplier contact information of the excimer laser, in addition to calling the corresponding document content in the maintenance document for display. In order to improve the use safety of the excimer laser, a fingerprint identification module is added, the identity of an operator is identified, when an operator needs to use the excimer laser, firstly, fingerprint information needs to be input through the fingerprint identification module, the server matches the fingerprint information stored in the database after receiving the fingerprint information, if the fingerprint information is matched to be consistent, the authentication is passed, then, the molecular laser is unlocked, it should be noted that the unlocking of the molecular laser refers to the unlocking of a software operating system corresponding to the molecular laser, it can be understood that the login verification function of a software system can be performed by an operator only when the fingerprint verification is passed, and the operation system corresponding to the excimer laser, then, the molecular laser is aligned to operate through the operating system, so that the use safety of the excimer laser is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the server is further connected with a camera device; and the server is also used for controlling the camera device to start recording when the identity authentication of the operation passes.
In a preferred embodiment, the server is further configured to store, in real time, data information transmitted by the quasi-localized laser and video information recorded by the camera.
Preferably, the camera device is a 4-way camera, two network ports are arranged on the server, one network port is used for being connected with an external network, so that a connection relation is established with an external control terminal, remote maintenance or control using through the external control terminal can be realized, the other network port is connected with a switch, and meanwhile, the switch is connected with the 4-way camera. Thereby the camera device and the server are connected.
When the identity authentication of the operator passes, the server can control the camera device to start recording and record the whole operation process of the operator. And then stored for later inspection.
By implementing the embodiment of the invention, the document content corresponding to the fault code in the maintenance document can be automatically called according to the data information transmitted by the excimer laser, the convenience of troubleshooting of operators is improved, in addition, the identity of the operator is verified through the fingerprint identification module, the use safety of the excimer laser is improved, and the operation of non-related personnel is avoided, so that unnecessary loss is brought.

the server is used for receiving the data information transmitted by the excimer laser, analyzing the data information, and then calling document contents corresponding to fault codes in maintenance documents according to the fault codes when the fault codes are analyzed;
and the display is used for receiving the document content transmitted by the server and displaying the document content.
2. The excimer laser console of claim 1, wherein the server is further configured to control the display to display operating status information for identifying a current operating status of the excimer laser and operation procedure prompt information when the normal code is parsed.
