The analog input module, the digital input module and the time timing module are respectively connected with a CPU controller, the CPU controller is connected with a driver, the driver is connected with a stepping motor proportional valve combination, the stepping motor proportional valve combination is connected with a main distributing valve, the main distributing valve is connected with a speed regulator servomotor, and the speed regulator servomotor is connected with a water turbine water guide mechanism.
The speed regulator servomotor is respectively connected with a first main sensor and a second main sensor, and the first main sensor and the second main sensor are both connected with an analog quantity input module;
the CPU controller is connected with the digital output module, and the digital output module is connected with the relay.
The driver is used for controlling the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the stepping motor proportional valve combination; the stepping motor proportional valve combination is used for controlling the main pressure distribution valve and determining the position of a valve core of the main pressure distribution valve.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a control device for a fault of a main sensor of a speed regulator comprises a CPU controller 1, a driver 2, a stepping motor proportional valve assembly 3, a main pressure distributing valve 4, a speed regulator servomotor 5, a first main sensor 7, a second main sensor 8, an analog input module 9, a digital output module 10, a relay 11, a digital input module 12, and a time counting module 15.
The first main sensor 7 and the second main sensor 8 are a main sensor a and a main sensor B in fig. 1, respectively. The main relay sensor is a main servomotor sensor.
The analog input module 9, the digital input module 12 and the time timing module 15 are respectively connected with the CPU controller 1, the CPU controller 1 is connected with the driver 2, the driver 2 is connected with the stepping motor proportional valve combination 3, the stepping motor proportional valve combination 3 is connected with the main pressure distribution valve 4, the main pressure distribution valve 4 is connected with the speed regulator servomotor 5, and the speed regulator servomotor 5 is connected with the water turbine water guide mechanism 6;
the speed regulator servomotor 5 is respectively connected with a first main sensor 7 and a second main sensor 8, and the first main sensor 7 and the second main sensor 8 are both connected with an analog input module 9;
the CPU controller 1 is connected with a digital output module 10, and the digital output module 10 is connected with a relay 11.
The driver 2 is used for controlling the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the stepping motor proportional valve combination 3.
The stepping motor proportional valve combination 3 is used for controlling the main pressure distribution valve 4 and determining the position of a valve core of the main pressure distribution valve.
The main distributing valve 4 controls the speed regulator servomotor 5, and the speed regulator servomotor 5 controls the water guide mechanism 6 of the water turbine.
The device also comprises a control box 16, wherein a power line 17 is arranged on the left side of the control box 16, and a heat dissipation grid 18 is arranged on the right side of the control box 16; the handle 19 is installed on the upper side of the control box 16, and the touch screen 20, the indicator light 21, the operation button 22, the power switch button 23 and the terminal strip 24 are installed on the front surface of the control box 16. The control box 16 is internally provided with a power supply module 25, a CPU controller 1, an analog input module 9, a digital output module 10, a relay 11, a digital input module 12 and a time timing module 15. The power cord 17 is connected with a power module 25 in the control box, and the power module 25 converts the AC220V power into DC24V to supply power to the control box; the switch power supply button 23 is connected with the power supply module 25 through a lead to control the power supply of the internal loop of the control box; the touch screen 20 is connected with the CPU controller 1 in the control box 16 through Ethernet to perform data transmission, and is used for displaying the collected data, fault records and event information of the system; the indicator light 21 is connected with the relay 11 through a lead to indicate signals; the operation button 22 is connected with the analog input quantity module 9 to send out a guide vane opening given signal 13 and a main position given signal 14; the terminal block 24 is connected to the signal lines of the first main sensor 7 and the second main sensor 8 by wires or connected to the analog input signal and the analog input signal by wires.
When the main sensor of the hydraulic turbine governor is in fault, the touch screen 20 records fault and events, and the indicator light 21 indicates fault and gives a buzzer alarm. When the device normally operates, the guide vane opening given signal 13 and the main position given signal 14 can be sent to the CPU controller 1 by operating the button 22, and the specific use method is as follows:
in the first step, the power cord 17 is connected to an external power supply, the power module 25 converts the power output DC24V power supply, the switch power button 23 controls the power supply to the control box 16, and the power indicator light of the indicator light 21 is turned on.
Secondly, when the device normally operates, the touch screen displays signals collected by the first main sensor 7, signals collected by the second main sensor 8, action event records of the stepping motor proportional valve combination 3 and action records of the main distributing valve 4; when the main sensor of the hydraulic turbine governor is in a falling fault, the touch screen 20 displays fault records of the first main sensor 7 and the second main sensor 8, displays action event records of the stepping motor proportional valve combination 3 and the main distributing valve 4, and displays fault indication and buzzing alarm signal indication of the indicator light 21.
Thirdly, when the device normally operates, the guide vane opening given signal 13 and the main position given signal 14 can be sent out through the operation button 22 and transmitted to the CPU controller 1, and the CPU controller 1 can judge through logic and execute the second step.
The CPU controller 1 preferably uses a 3CP340.6 module of the beigalileo PLC.
The drive 2 is preferably of the RD-053 series SANY 0.
The step motor proportional valve combination 3 preferably adopts a German BOSCH high-performance proportional servo valve and a motor type conversion device as redundant electro-hydraulic converters.
The main distributing valve 4 is preferably WBLDT-150 type, and the diameter of the main valve core is 150 mm.
The speed regulator servomotor 5 preferably adopts a speed regulator model WBLDT-150, the diameter of a servomotor piston is 850mm, the maximum stroke of the servomotor is 575mm, and the total working volume of the servomotor is 0.65m for carrying out the speed regulation.

The touch screen 20 is preferably a TP1900 touch screen.
The indicator light 21 is preferably a siemens APT three-color warning LED light.
The POWER module 25 is preferably a POWER ONE series LXN-2660-6M2 product.
A control method for preventing the main sensor of the governor of the hydraulic turbine from falling off, CPU controller 1 according to the actual analog quantity input of the input module 9 of analog quantity, judge whether the opening degree of guide vane feedbacks and guide vane opening degree and give the signal 13 to be in the deviation value, and then combine the input module 2 of digital quantity and time timing module 15, judge whether the governor of the hydraulic turbine governor takes place the main sensor of the governor and falls off the phenomenon, namely whether the main fault takes place;

A control method for preventing a main sensor of a hydraulic governor from falling off is characterized in that when a control system of the main sensor of the hydraulic governor is prevented from normally operating, control logic judgment of faults of the main sensor of the governor is completed in a CPU (central processing unit) controller 1, the logic control flow is shown in figure 2, and the specific control steps are as follows:
step S0: the system is initialized in the governor CPU controller 1, and after the initialization is completed, step S1 is performed.
Step S1: comparing a difference value between a guide vane opening feedback value sampled by a speed regulator servomotor sensor and a guide vane opening given value, and judging whether an absolute value of the difference value is smaller than an opening set value or not; if the condition is not met, executing step S1, adjusting the position of a valve core of a main distributing valve by the speed regulator along with the main distributing middle position, and controlling the speed regulator of the water turbine; if the condition is satisfied, execution of step S2 continues to determine the guide vane opening degree change rate.
Step S2: comparing the change time of the guide vane opening difference value, and executing the step S1 when the time of the guide vane opening feedback value and the time difference value given by the guide vane opening are smaller than the set time set value; when the time difference between the guide vane opening feedback value and the guide vane opening is greater than the set time set value, judging that the main sensor of the speed regulator is in fault, and executing step S3;
step S3: carrying out fault judgment processing on the fault, triggering a speed governor serious fault relay and a shutdown alarm relay, and manually cutting the speed governor;
step S4: judging whether the speed regulator is switched to be manual, and if the speed regulator is switched to be manual, performing fault checking processing by maintenance personnel; if the manual operation is not switched, executing step S5 to judge whether the delay time is up;
step S5: judging whether the time of delaying for 20 seconds is up after the speed governor is switched to the manual mode, if not, continuing returning to the step S3 for fault judgment processing; if the operation is not switched to manual operation, a secondary mechanical accident shutdown process is triggered in a protection loop of the monitoring system to perform accident shutdown.
Step S6: the machine set is shut down in case of accident.
Through the design of the fault control logic of the main sensor of the speed regulator, whether the main sensor falls off or not can be detected in real time according to each stage of the operation of the unit, so that major faults such as the falling off of the main sensor and the like are prevented, and the safe and stable operation of the unit is ensured. Particularly, the control logic judgment of the faults of the main sensor ensures the measuring reliability of the main sensor and improves the protection reliability of the whole unit.
