Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric pole production, in particular to an electric pole spraying maintenance device.
Background
In the manufacturing process of the concrete pole, the concrete pole needs to be maintained after demoulding, so that the concrete pole achieves certain performance. At present, the maintenance method of the concrete electric pole is to directly hoist the demolded electric pole into a water tank for standing for a period of time, then take out, hoist the electric pole into the water tank for standing, and the maintenance purpose can be achieved through repeated operation. However, the water tank of the maintenance method is smaller, the number of the contained electric poles is smaller, the electric poles are required to be hoisted frequently, the maintenance method is complex, a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed, and sometimes the electric poles are not sufficiently maintained or are not maintained in order to simplify the production and maintenance process of the electric poles, so that the quality of the electric poles is not too close, and potential safety hazards are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a spray maintenance device for an electric pole, which aims to solve the problems of complicated maintenance, low efficiency and consumption of a large amount of manpower and material resources of the existing electric pole.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
An electric pole spray maintenance device, comprising: the device comprises a bracket, a water tank, a water inlet assembly and a spraying assembly; two ends of the water inlet component are respectively communicated with the water tank and the spraying component, and the water inlet component is connected with the bracket; the spraying assembly is positioned at the outer side of the top of the bracket and comprises a remote spraying pipe and an atomization baffle rod; one end of the remote spray pipe is communicated with the water inlet assembly, and the other end of the remote spray pipe is provided with a nozzle; one end of the atomization baffle rod is connected with the remote spray pipe, and the other end of the atomization baffle rod is positioned on the spray path of the nozzle and is close to the nozzle.
According to the invention, the spraying assembly is erected at a high place through the support, high-pressure water is provided by the water inlet assembly, and the water is sprayed onto the arranged electric poles by the spraying assembly, so that the electric poles are maintained, and when the electric poles are maintained, the electric poles in a long distance and a large range can be maintained by only carrying out water supply operation on the water inlet assembly, so that the maintenance efficiency is greatly improved, the electric poles are not required to be hoisted, the manpower and material resources are saved, and the potential safety hazard in the hoisting process is reduced.
When high-pressure water meets a common atomization or spraying device, great pressure can be lost, so that atomized water cannot be sprayed to a far distance, and further, the maintenance of the electric pole in a long-distance and large-range cannot be met. According to the invention, high-pressure water is sprayed out through the nozzle, when the high-pressure water is sprayed out from the nozzle, the pressure loss is small because no other structure is used for blocking, the water flow is in a straight line, and when the straight line water flow is sprayed onto the atomization baffle rod through the blocking of the atomization baffle rod, atomization and scattering can be carried out, so that the maintenance of the electric pole in a long distance and a large range is realized.
Further, the remote spray pipe is bent, one end of the remote spray pipe, which is connected with the water inlet component, is vertically arranged, and one end of the remote spray pipe, which is provided with the nozzle, and the spraying path of the nozzle are horizontally arranged.
Further, the remote shower pipe is rotatably connected with the water inlet assembly.
The spray assembly can rotate through the remote spray pipe, so that the spray assembly has a larger working range, and the maintenance of the electric pole in a large range is realized.
Further, the remote shower pipe is rotatably connected with the water inlet assembly through a rotary joint.
Further, the diameter of the water outlet of the nozzle is smaller than the diameter of the inner cavity of the remote spray pipe.
The diameter of the water outlet of the nozzle is correspondingly reduced, so that the pressure of water sprayed by the nozzle can be increased, and the water can be changed and sprayed to a longer distance.
Further, one end of the atomization blocking rod, which is close to the nozzle, is perpendicular to the spraying path of the nozzle.
Further, the spraying assembly further comprises a short-range spraying pipe which is horizontally arranged, one end of the short-range spraying pipe is communicated with the long-range spraying pipe, an atomizer is arranged at the other end of the short-range spraying pipe, and the atomizer is located on the outer side of the lower portion of the nozzle.
The short-range spray pipe and the atomizer are used for spraying and curing the electric pole with a relatively short distance, and high-pressure water flow has relatively large pressure loss when passing through the atomizer, and the sprayed distance is relatively short after the high-pressure water flow is atomized, so that the spraying and curing of the electric pole with a relatively short distance is met.
Further, the water inlet assembly comprises a water inlet pipe, a water pump and a communicating pipe which are sequentially communicated; the water inlet pipe is also communicated with the water tank; the water pump is connected with a motor; the communicating pipe extends to the top of support and communicates with long-range shower, communicating pipe and support connection.
Further, the communicating pipe is connected with the spraying assembly through the supporting assembly; the support assembly comprises a first limiting ring, a second limiting ring, a rotating block and an inclined strut; the first limiting ring, the rotating block and the second limiting ring are sleeved on the communicating pipe in sequence, and the first limiting ring and the second limiting ring are fixedly connected with the communicating pipe, and the rotating block is rotationally connected with the communicating pipe; and two ends of the diagonal bracing are respectively connected with the rotating block and the remote spray pipe.
Because the water flow can cause larger reaction force to the spray assembly after being sprayed out, the support assembly can avoid deformation of the spray assembly or damage to the rotary joint. Through the connection of bracing and turning block, can not influence the rotation of spray assembly, simultaneously, the reaction force of bracing can balanced water pressure.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the invention, the spraying assembly is erected at a high place through the support, high-pressure water is provided through the water inlet assembly, and the spraying assembly sprays the water onto the arranged electric poles, so that the electric poles are maintained, and when the electric poles are maintained, the electric poles in a large range can be maintained by only carrying out water supply operation on the water inlet assembly, so that the maintenance efficiency is greatly improved, the electric poles are not required to be hoisted, the manpower and material resources are saved, and the potential safety hazard in the hoisting process is reduced.
(2) After the water is sprayed out by the nozzle, the linear water flow is atomized and scattered when being sprayed onto the atomization baffle rod under the action of the atomization baffle rod, so that the long length or the maintenance of the electric pole in a large range is realized, and meanwhile, the structure is simple and the cost is lower.
(3) The invention can also carry out spray maintenance on the electric pole with a relatively close distance, and can enlarge the spray maintenance range of the electric pole.
