线缆组件10还包括与线缆14、连接器主体16和线缆密封件13直接接触的保持器12。保持器12构造成将线缆密封件13保持在连接器主体16内,并阻止线缆密封件13的运动,该运动可能是由于线缆14的振动和布线引起的。
保持器12还构造成被安装到线缆14上,并且具有以下附加技术益处,即,在线缆14附接到连接器主体16之后安装到线缆14上。该技术优点消除了在任何套圈或电气端子附接到线缆14上之前,将线缆14穿过单件式保持器插入的要求。保持器12还构造成附接到连接器主体16,如将在下面更详细地描述的。
图2是示出了其它部件的线缆组件10的分解图,这些部件可能从图1的视图中隐藏。
图3示出了从图1的线缆组件10分离出的保持器12的立体图。保持器12包括线缆夹24,线缆夹24可纵向地滑动地安装至一对相对的倾斜表面26(参见图4),倾斜表面26位于保持器12的内表面28上。保持器12包括第一半部30和相对的第二半部32,第二半部32与第一半部30相同。第一半部30构造成与第二半部32配合。第一半部30和相同的第二半部32各自包含线缆夹24,线缆夹24在图3中示出为被构造成在一对线缆14安装到图1的连接器主体16中之后装配该对线缆14。保持器12和线缆夹24可以构造成被安装到包括单根线缆14的连接器主体16上,或者可以构造被安装到包括多根线缆14的连接器主体16上。
图4是与保持器12的第二半部32分离的保持器12的第一半部30的分解图,并且示出了从第一半部30移除的线缆夹24以更清楚地观察保持架12的内部表面28。由于第一半部30和第二半部32的性质相同,因此仅将详细描述第一半部30,并且对第一半部30的描述也将适用于第二半部32。第一半部30在底侧36上包括至少一个第一锁定凸片34,该第一锁定凸片34构造成与连接器主体16的外表面40上的第一锁定斜坡38接合(参见图1)。第一半部30还在第一侧46和第二侧48两者上包括在第一侧46和在第二侧48两者上的至少一个第二锁定凸片42和至少一个第二锁定斜坡44(在第一侧46上的分别示为42A和44A)(在第二侧48上的分别示为42B和44B),第一半部30的第二侧48与第一侧46相对。在图4所示的示例中,第一侧46的特征在于:第二锁定凸片42A位于第一半部30上的向前位置52中,并且第二侧48的特征在于:第二锁定斜坡44B位于该向前位置52中。替代地,第二侧48的特征可以在于:第二锁定凸片42B位于向前位置52(未示出)中,并且第一侧46的特征可以在于:第二锁定斜坡44A位于向前位置52(未示出)中。
图5是示出其中线缆夹24处于前级位置54时的第一半部30的剖视图。一对相对的倾斜表面26相对于线缆14的纵向轴线56倾斜(如从倾斜表面26延伸的虚线所示),并且定向成总体平行于倾斜表面26。线缆夹24包括构造成与倾斜表面26接合的倾斜斜坡58。线缆夹24通过锁定特征部60可释放地锁定在前级位置54中,锁定特征部60从倾斜斜坡58的顶表面62突出。锁定特征部60设置在由覆盖倾斜表面26的臂66限定的孔64内,倾斜表面26从保持架12的背侧68突出。孔64还构造成在线缆夹24从前级位置54移动到夹持位置70时保持锁定特征部60,如将在下面描述的。
图6A至6B示出了将保持器12附接到连接器主体16的过程。保持器12构造成在平行于纵向轴线56的方向上、朝向连接器主体16、沿着线缆14移动。图6A示出了保持器12,其中线缆夹24处于前级位置54中,并且保持器12上的第一锁定凸片34尚未与连接器主体16上的第一锁定斜坡38接合。当保持器12附接到连接器主体16时,倾斜斜坡58的前缘72(参见图4)与连接器主体16的后缘74接合并且线缆夹24从前级位置54移出,从而倾斜斜坡58沿着倾斜表面26移动到夹持位置70(参见图6B),由此使线缆夹24施加垂直于线缆14的径向力76。由于由线缆14受到的振动或其它力,因此径向力76阻止了线缆14的运动,因此改进了线缆组件10的可靠性。线缆夹24优选地以在线缆14的外径78尺寸的75%至85%之间的长度来接合线缆14。
再次参考图4,线缆夹24限定了与线缆14直接接触的接触表面80。接触表面80限定了在接触表面80下方延伸的多个沟槽82,从而,线缆14的外套部18的一部分设置成当线缆夹24施加径向力76时位于多个沟槽82内,如图6B所示。
再次参考图4,线缆夹24还包括面84,面84垂直于线缆14的纵向轴线56延伸,面84构造成在保持器12附接到连接器主体16上时与线缆密封件13接合。面84在线缆密封件13上维持压缩力,该压缩力将线缆密封件13保持在设计位置,以阻止污染物进入连接器主体16。
图7A示出了组装在一对线缆14上方的保持器12的背侧68。保持器12还包括设置在多条线缆14之间的夹具锁86。图7B示出了从线缆组件10分离出的图7A的保持器12的分解图。夹具锁86包括第一夹具86A和对应的第二夹具86B,第一夹具86A位于保持器12的第一半部30上,第二夹具86B位于保持器12的相对的第二半部32上。第一夹具86A和对应的第二夹具86B构造成在保持器12安装到线缆14上时彼此接合,并且能使径向力76围绕其中存在多条线缆14的线缆14一致地施。
再次参考图3,保持器12可包括多个端子位置保证柱88(TPA柱88),这些端子位置保证柱88构造成在保持器12被附接到连接器主体16时接合被设置在连接器主体16内的内套圈90,如图6A至6B所示。多个TPA柱88延伸远离保持器12的背侧68并且平行于线缆14的纵向轴线56来对准。多个TPA柱88穿过形成在线缆密封件13中的通道92、接触内套圈90并且施加轴向力(未示出)以确保内套圈90被正确地座置。
因此,提供了线缆组件10。线缆组件10是在其它线缆组件上的改进,因为线缆组件10包括带有线缆夹24的两件式保持器12,其造成在线缆14组装到连接器主体16中后安装到线缆14上。线缆夹24为线缆14、特别是通常在高压应用中使用的大直径线缆14(例如,大于5mm)提供应力消除。
虽然已经根据本发明的优选实施例描述了本发明,但是本发明并不旨在受限于此,而是仅受以下的权利要求书中所阐述的范围限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“上”、“下”等的使用不标示任何重要性、位置、定向的次序,而是用术语“第一”、“第二”等于来区别不同的构件。此外,术语“一”、“一个”等的使用不表示数量的限制,而是表示存在至少一个所引用的项目。

Claims (18)

1.一种线缆组件(10),包括:
线缆(14);
连接器主体(16),所述连接器主体(16)附接到所述线缆(14);
线缆密封件(13),所述线缆密封件(13)设置在所述连接器主体(16)内并围绕所述线缆(14),所述线缆密封件(13)构造成阻止污染物进入到所述连接器主体(16)中;以及
保持器(12),所述保持器(12)与所述线缆(14)、所述连接器主体(16)和所述线缆密封件(13)直接接触,所述保持器(12)构造成将所述线缆密封件(13)保持在所述连接器主体(16)内,构造成在所述线缆(14)附接到所述连接器主体(16)之后安装到所述线缆(14)上,并且还构造成附接到连接器主体(16),保持器(12)包括第一半部(30)和相对的第二半部(32),所述第二半部(32)与所述第一半部(30)相同,所述第一半部(30)构造成与相对的所述第二半部(32)配合,所述第一半部(30)和相对的所述第二半部(32)每一个包括线缆夹(24),所述线缆夹(24)纵向地滑动地安装至一对相对的倾斜表面(26),并且相对于所述线缆(14)的纵向轴线(56)倾斜,所述倾斜表面(26)位于保持器(12)的内表面(28)上,其中,所述线缆夹(24)包括被构造成与所述倾斜表面(26)接合的倾斜斜坡(58),并且其中所述倾斜斜坡(58)沿着所述倾斜表面(26)移动,由此使所述线缆夹(24)在所述保持器(12)被连接到所述连接器主体(16)上时施加垂直于所述线缆(14)的径向力(76)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述保持器(12)构造成沿着所述线缆(14)移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述倾斜斜坡(58)总体平行于所述倾斜表面(26)来定向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,当所述保持器(12)附接到所述连接器主体(16)时,所述倾斜斜坡(58)的前缘(72)与所述连接器主体(16)的后缘(74)接合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述线缆夹(24)还包括面(84),所述面(84)垂直于所述线缆(14)的纵向轴线(56)延伸,所述面(84)构造成在所述保持器(12)附接到所述连接器主体(16)上时与所述线缆密封件(13)接合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述第一半部(30)和相对的所述第二半部(32)在底侧(36)上包括至少一个第一锁定凸片(34),所述至少一个第一锁定凸片(34)构造成与所述连接器主体(16)的外表面(40)上的第一锁定斜坡(38)接合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述第一半部(30)和相对的所述第二半部(32)在所述第一半部(30)和相对的所述第二半部(32)的外表面(40)的第一侧(46)以及相对所述第一侧的第二侧(48)两者上包括至少一个第二锁定凸片(42)和至少一个第二锁定斜坡(44)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述第一侧(46)的特点是所述至少一个第二锁定凸片(42)位于向前位置(52)中,并且所述第二侧(48)的特点是所述至少一个第二锁定斜坡(44)位于所述向前位置(52)中。
9.根据权利要求7所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述第二侧(48)的特点是所述至少一个第二锁定凸片(42)位于向前位置(52)中,并且所述第一侧(46)的特点是所述至少一个第二锁定斜坡(44)位于所述向前位置(52)中。
10.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述线缆组件(10)还包括多条线缆(14),并且所述保持器(12)还包括设置在所述多条线缆(14)之间的夹具锁(86)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述夹具锁(86)包括第一夹具(86A)和对应的第二夹具(86B),所述第一夹具(86A)位于所述保持器(12)的第一半部(30)上,所述第二夹具(86B)位于所述保持器(12)的相对的第二半部(32)上,所述第一夹具(86A)和对应的所述第二夹具(86B)构造成在将保持器(12)安装到所述线缆(14)上时彼此接合。
12.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,当所述保持器(12)附接到所述连接器本体(16)时,所述线缆夹(24)从前级位置(54)移动到夹持位置(70)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述线缆夹(24)通过锁定特征部(60)可释放地锁定在所述前级位置(54)中,所述锁定特征部(60)从所述倾斜斜坡(58)的顶表面(62)突出,所述锁定特征部(60)设置在由覆盖所述倾斜表面(26)的臂(66)限定的孔(64)内,所述锁定特征部(60)从所述保持架(12)的背侧(68)突出,所述孔(64)构造成当所述线缆夹(24)从所述前级位置(54)移动到所述夹持位置(70)时保持所述锁定特征部(60)。
14.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述保持器(12)包括多个端子位置保证柱(88)(tpa柱(88)),所述端子位置保证柱(88)构造成接合被设置在所述连接器主体(16)内的内套圈(90),多个所述端子位置保证柱(88)从所述保持器(12)的背侧(68)平行于所述线缆(14)的纵向轴线(56)延伸。
15.根据权利要求14所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述多个端子位置保证柱(88)穿过形成在所述线缆密封件(13)中的通道(92)。
16.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述线缆夹(24)以所述线缆(14)的外径(78)尺寸的75%至85%的长度来接合所述线缆(14)。
17.根据权利要求1所述的线缆组件(10),其特征在于,所述线缆夹(24)限定了接触表面(80),所述接触表面(80)与所述线缆(14)直接接触,所述接触表面(80)限定了在所述接触表面(80)下方延伸的多个沟槽(82),从而,所述线缆(14)的外套部(18)的一部分设置成在所述线缆夹(24)施加径向力(76)时位于所述多个沟槽(82)内。
18.一种线缆组件(10),包括:
线缆(14);
连接器主体(16);
线缆密封件(13);以及
两件式保持器(12),所述两件式保持器(12)与所述线缆(14)、所述连接器主体(16)和所述线缆密封件(13)直接接触,所述两件式保持器(12)构造成将所述线缆密封件(13)保持在所述连接器主体(16)内,并且构造成在所述线缆(14)附接到所述连接器主体(16)之后安装到所述线缆(14)上,所述两件式保持器(12)包含安装至所述两件式保持器(12)的内表面(28)的线缆夹(24),其中,当所述两件式保持器(12)连接到所述连接器主体(16)时,所述线缆夹(24)施加垂直于所述线缆(14)的径向力(76)。
