the shell 2 comprises a shell 24, an operation screen 1 arranged on one side of the shell 24, a ticket inlet 22 and a ticket outlet 23;
the scanning module 5 is arranged in the shell 24 and positioned below the ticket inlet 22, and is used for scanning the reimbursement documents;
the rail cabin 3, the rail cabin 3 is positioned in the shell 24;
the platform bearing mechanism 4 is connected in the rail cabin 3 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction and is used for bearing and transmitting the reimbursement bills scanned by the scanning module 5;
the driving mechanism 6 is arranged in the shell 24 and used for driving the platform bearing mechanism 4 to slide up and down in the rail cabin 3;
and the controller is in signal connection with the scanning module 5 and is used for processing the information scanned by the scanning module 5 and controlling the operation of the driving mechanism 6.
In this embodiment, a scanning platform is disposed on one side of the housing 24, the ticket inlet 22 is located above the scanning platform, the scanning module 5 is located in the scanning platform and located below the ticket inlet 22, and the ticket inlet 22 and the ticket outlet 23 are both provided with an automatic gate, which is a prior art and therefore will not be described in detail, and the controller can control the automatic gate to open and close.
The scanning module 5 comprises a scanner and a support, the scanner is arranged in the scanning platform through the support, the scanner is an existing product, when an automatic gate at the ticket inlet 22 is opened, an operator places a reimbursement document on the scanner, the scanner can scan the reimbursement document to generate an electronic document, scanning information is displayed on the operation screen 1 through the controller, and the controller verifies the scanning information. After the check is correct, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to drive the platform carrying mechanism 4 to slide to the ticket inlet 22, and the reimbursement document is swallowed from the ticket inlet and is sent out to the platform carrying mechanism 4; when the controller judges that the scanning information is wrong, the reimbursement bill is swallowed from the bill inlet and is sent to the platform supporting mechanism 4, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to enable the platform supporting mechanism 4 to slide to the bill outlet 23, an automatic gate at the bill outlet 23 is controlled to be opened, and an operator takes out the reimbursement bill on the platform supporting mechanism 4.
The platform receiving mechanism 4 includes:
the two ends of the bearing plate are connected to a pair of side walls 36 of the rail cabin 3 in a sliding manner, and the center of the bearing plate is provided with an opening and closing port;
the pair of opening and closing doors 47 are connected to the bottom of the bearing plate in a sliding mode, when the pair of opening and closing doors 47 are closed, the opening and closing openings can be sealed, the reimbursement bills sent out by the scanning module 5 fall onto the pair of opening and closing doors 47, and the reimbursement bills fall onto the bottom of the track bin 3 when the pair of opening and closing doors 47 are opened;
the opening and closing mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the bearing plate and used for driving the opening or closing of the pair of opening and closing doors 47, and the controller controls the opening and closing of the opening and closing mechanism.
The mechanism that opens and shuts includes:
a pair of racks 416, wherein the racks 416 are connected to two sides of the bearing plate and are parallel to the opening and closing direction of the opening and closing doors 47;
a pair of first shafts 410, wherein the pair of first shafts 410 are connected to two sides of the bearing plate and are parallel to the pair of racks 416, and two ends of the pair of opening and closing doors 47 are respectively connected to the pair of first shafts 410 in a sliding manner through shaft sleeves 49;
a pair of speed reducing motors 413, each speed reducing motor 413 being fixed to the bottom of one opening/closing door 47;
a pair of second shafts 411, wherein each second shaft 411 is rotatably connected to the bottom of one opening and closing door 47 through a shaft bracket 412 and is in driving connection with a speed reducing motor 413 positioned on the opening and closing door 47 through a belt 66 wheel group 414;
two pairs of driving gears 48, each pair of driving gears 48 being respectively connected to both ends of a second shaft 411 and being engaged with a pair of racks 416;
the controller controls the reduction motor 413 to rotate, so that the second shaft 411 is driven to rotate through the belt 66 and the wheel group 414, and the driving gear 48 rotates along the rack 416, so that the pair of opening and closing doors 47 is opened or closed along the pair of first shafts 410.
The mechanism that opens and shuts still includes:
the pair of micro switches 415 are arranged on one side of the pair of opening and closing doors 47, and are in signal connection with the controller;
a pair of first photosensors 417, the pair of first photosensors 417 being provided on the opposite sides of the pair of opening/closing doors 47, and being signal-connected to the controller;
the limiting part 418 is arranged on one side of the bearing plate, and is positioned in the center of the bearing plate;
when the pair of opening and closing doors 47 are opened, the microswitch 415 touches the bottom side wall 36 of the bearing plate to send a touch signal, and the controller controls the speed reducing motor 413 to stop running according to the touch signal and reversely run after the preset time of stopping running, so that the reimbursement receipt falls into the bottom of the rail cabin 3; when the pair of opening/closing doors 47 is closed, the pair of first photoelectric sensors 417 detect the stoppers 418 and send out a detection signal, and the controller controls the deceleration motor 413 to stop operating according to the detection signal, so that the pair of opening/closing doors 47 is completely closed.
The top surface of the opening and closing opening is provided with a limit baffle 46, the limit baffle 46 is of a U-shaped structure with one side open, and the opening direction of the limit baffle 46 faces one side of the shell 24. The limit baffle 46 is used for limiting the specific position of the reimbursement bill falling into the track bin 3, so that the reimbursement bill can keep the same position when falling into the track bin.
The drive mechanism 6 includes:
the rack is arranged in the shell 24 and comprises a top rod and a pair of side rods connected to two ends of the top rod, and the pair of side rods are positioned on two sides of a pair of side walls 36 of the rail cabin 3;
the through motor 62, the through motor 62 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the ejector rod;
the pair of third shafts 64 are respectively connected to two output ends of the through-type motor 62 through a coupling 63 in a driving manner, and one ends of the pair of third shafts 64, which are deviated from each other, penetrate through the pair of side rods through the bearing frame 61;
a pair of first synchronizing wheels 65, wherein the pair of first synchronizing wheels 65 are respectively connected with one end of the pair of third shafts 64 which is deviated from each other, and are respectively and synchronously connected with second synchronizing wheels positioned at the bottoms of the pair of side rods through a belt 66;
the two ends of the bearing plate are fixedly connected with a pair of belts 66;
the controller controls the on/off and steering of the through motor 62 to drive the bearing plate to slide up and down through the rotation of the pair of first synchronizing wheels 65.
The centers of two ends of the bearing plate are fixedly connected with a fixed bracket 45 and a pressing plate 44, and the pressing plate 44 is fixedly connected with the fixed bracket 45 through bolts;
the pair of side walls 36 of the rail housing 3 are provided with slideways, the fixing bracket 45 is connected to the belt 66 through the slideways, and the belt 66 is positioned between the pressing plate 44 and the fixing bracket 45.
The pair of side walls 36 of the rail cabin 3 are provided with sliding grooves 35, the two ends of the bearing plate are provided with limiting brackets, the limiting brackets are provided with a first wheel 42 and a second wheel 43 which are vertical to each other in the axial direction, the first wheel 42 is connected in the sliding grooves 35 in a sliding mode, and the second wheel 43 is connected in the pair of side walls 36 in a sliding mode. The number of the sliding grooves 35 is one pair, and the limiting brackets at the two ends of the bearing plate are both one pair.
The bottom of the rail cabin 3 is provided with a storage platform 31 for storing reimbursement bills falling through a pair of opening and closing doors 47;
the two ends of the bearing plate are provided with second photoelectric sensors 41, and the bottoms of the pair of opening and closing doors 47 are provided with third photoelectric sensors 419;
the third photoelectric sensor 419 is used for detecting the distance between the opening and closing door 47 and the reimbursement bills stored on the storage platform 31 so as to control the descending distance of the platform supporting mechanism 4, and when the distance detected by the third photoelectric sensor 419 is smaller than the preset distance, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to stop driving;
the pair of side walls 36 of the rail cabin 3 are respectively provided with a detection piece at the ticket inlet 22 and the ticket outlet 23, when the second photoelectric sensor 41 detects the detection piece at the ticket inlet 22 or the ticket outlet 23, a position detection signal is sent out, and the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to stop driving according to the position detection signal.
The third photosensor 419 is also used to detect the detection pieces at the ticket entrance 22, i.e., the ticket entrance position 33, and the ticket exit 23, i.e., the ticket exit position 34, together with the second photosensor 41.
When the storage platform 31 is not provided with a reimbursement bill, and the second photoelectric sensor 41 and the third photoelectric sensor 419 detect the detection piece at the initial position 32, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to stop driving according to the detection signal of the initial position 32, controls the opening and closing mechanism to drive the opening and closing door 47 to open, and enables the reimbursement bill on the opening and closing door 47 to fall into the storage platform 31.
A pair of side walls 36 of the track cabin 3 are provided with a fourth photoelectric sensor 37, the fourth photoelectric sensor 37 is used for detecting whether the reimbursement bill stored on the storage platform 31 reaches a preset height, when the reimbursement bill reaches the preset height, that is, when the reimbursement bill is detected by the fourth photoelectric sensor 37, the fourth photoelectric sensor 37 sends a detection signal, and the controller sends out warning information on the operation screen 1 according to the detection signal of the fourth photoelectric sensor 37 to prompt a worker to process. In the present embodiment, the number of the fourth photosensors 37 is three.
The bottom of one side of casing 24 is equipped with door 21, and track storehouse 3 is U type structure, and the opening direction of track storehouse 3 towards one side of casing 24, and when the height of reimbursement document reached and predetermine the height, operating personnel can open door 21 according to warning information, takes out the reimbursement document.
In this embodiment, the outside of the storage platform 31 is provided with an opening, and the reimbursement document falls into the opening and covers the opening, so that the document can be taken out conveniently.
The working principle of the device for automatically processing the reimbursement receipt related by the invention is as follows:
the operator puts the reimbursement bill into the bill inlet 22, the scanning module 5 scans the reimbursement bill, and the reimbursement bill is put on the bearing plate through the bill inlet 22;
the controller checks the scanned information;
when the verification is not passed, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to operate to enable the platform supporting mechanism 4 to ascend, when the second photoelectric sensor 41 detects a detection piece at the ticket outlet 23, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to stop, so that the supporting plate of the platform supporting mechanism 4 is located at the ticket outlet 23, and an operator can take back the reimbursement receipt;
when the verification is passed, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to operate to make the platform supporting mechanism 4 descend, the third photoelectric sensor 419 detects the distance between the opening and closing door 47 and the reimbursement bills stored on the storage platform, when the distance is less than the preset distance, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to stop driving and controls the opening and closing mechanism to operate to make the pair of opening and closing doors 47 open along the first axis 410, when the microswitch 415 touches the bottom side wall 36 of the supporting plate to send a touch signal, the controller controls the opening and closing mechanism to stop operating, at the moment, the pair of opening and closing doors 47 are completely opened, the reimbursement bills fall into the storage platform 31, the controller controls the opening and closing mechanism to reversely operate to drive the pair of opening and closing doors 47 to close, when the first photoelectric sensor 417 detects the limiting piece 418 and sends a detection signal, the controller controls the opening and closing doors 47 to be completely closed, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to drive the platform supporting mechanism 4 to ascend, that is, the run-through motor 62 is controlled to operate, so as to drive the pair of third shafts 64 to rotate, so that the first synchronizing wheel 65 drives the belt 66 to ascend, and thus drives the bearing plate of the platform bearing mechanism 4 to ascend; when the second photoelectric sensor 41 detects a detection sheet at the ticket inlet 22, the controller controls the driving mechanism 6 to stop making the receiving plate be positioned at the ticket inlet 22, and the receiving plate is reset to the position of the ticket inlet 22, so that the reimbursement receipt storage process is completed;
the fourth photoelectric sensor 37 detects whether the reimbursement bill stored on the storage platform 31 reaches a preset height, and when the reimbursement bill reaches the preset height, the controller sends out warning information on the operation screen 1 according to a detection signal of the fourth photoelectric sensor 37 to remind a worker to open the door 21 to take out all reimbursement bills.

1. An apparatus for automated processing of reimbursed documents, comprising:
the ticket issuing system comprises a shell (2) and a ticket issuing system, wherein the shell (2) comprises a shell (24), an operation screen (1) arranged on one side of the shell (24), a ticket inlet (22) and a ticket returning port (23);

the two ends of the bearing plate are connected to a pair of side walls (36) of the rail bin (3) in a sliding mode, and an opening and closing opening is formed in the center of the bearing plate;

two pairs of driving gears (48), wherein each pair of driving gears (48) is respectively connected to two ends of one second shaft (411) and is meshed with one pair of racks (416);
the controller controls the speed reduction motor (413) to rotate, so that the second shaft (411) is driven to rotate through the belt pulley set (414), the driving gear (48) rotates along the rack, and the pair of opening and closing doors (47) is opened or closed along the pair of first shafts (410).
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the opening and closing mechanism further comprises:
the pair of micro switches (415), the pair of micro switches (415) are arranged on one side of the pair of opening and closing doors (47) which deviates from each other, and are in signal connection with the controller;
a pair of first photoelectric sensors (417), wherein the pair of first photoelectric sensors (417) are arranged on one side of the pair of opening and closing doors (47) which faces each other and are in signal connection with the controller;
the limiting piece (418), the limiting piece (418) is arranged on one side of the bearing plate;
when the pair of opening and closing doors (47) is opened, the microswitch (415) touches the bottom side wall of the bearing plate to send a touch signal, and the controller controls the speed reducing motor (413) to stop running according to the touch signal and reversely run after the speed reducing motor stops running for a preset time; when the pair of opening and closing doors (47) are closed, the pair of first photoelectric sensors (417) detect the limiting pieces (418) and send detection signals, and the controller controls the speed reducing motor to stop running according to the detection signals.
