Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides an evaluation method and a related system for a wind power plant design scheme, which are used for facilitating technical staff to evaluate each wind power plant design scheme so as to save the working time of the technical staff.
In practical application, the generating efficiency of the wind power plant depends on the abundance degree of wind energy resources, so the macro site selection and the micro site selection of the wind power plant are very important. The macro site selection of the wind power plant is a process of determining the site of the wind power plant by comparing and analyzing wind energy resources and other construction conditions of different areas in a larger area. After the site of the wind farm is determined by macro site selection, it is necessary to arrange wind turbines in the field area of the wind farm to ensure maximum efficiency in utilizing the wind energy resources in the area, which is the process of micro site selection.
Technicians commonly use a Geographic Information System (GIS), which is a technical system for collecting, storing and managing geographic data related to the whole or part of the space of the earth surface layer (including the atmosphere) under the support of a computer software and hardware system, to realize the design and micro-site selection of wind power plants. Technicians can simulate on-site micro site selection on a wind power plant model of a GIS system. After a technician designs an air outlet electric field scheme, the feasibility of the wind power plant design scheme needs to be evaluated, or a plurality of schemes need to be compared and analyzed, and a scheme meeting the expectation of the technician is selected. Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides an evaluation method of a wind power plant design scheme which can be applied to a GIS (geographic information system) and is used for assisting technicians in micro-site selection and layout design of a wind power plant.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for evaluating a wind farm design scheme and a related system according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, where an embodiment of the method for evaluating a wind farm design scheme according to the embodiment of the present application includes:
101. the geographic information system obtains a three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant.
After the site of the wind power plant is determined, technicians can import a high-precision image or a terrain file of the terrain of the wind power plant into the GIS system, the GIS system generates a three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant according to the high-precision image or the terrain file of the terrain of the wind power plant, and the technicians can perform operations such as wind turbine layout on the three-dimensional terrain model.
102. The geographic information system acquires design information of the wind power plant.
After the GIS system generates the three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant, a technician can design a fan layout scheme of the wind power plant on the GIS system, and the GIS system acquires wind power plant design information input by the technician on the GIS system. In this embodiment, the wind farm design information is information or data related to a wind farm design scheme, including but not limited to any information or related data related to constituent elements of the wind farm, and may be information obtained by a technician laying out a fan group on a three-dimensional terrain model, for example, information of layout sites of fans, technical parameters of the fans, a mainstream direction and a wind speed of the wind farm, and the like, where the fan group includes a plurality of fans.
103. The geographic information system generates one or more alternative designs from the wind farm design information.
After a technician inputs wind farm design information on the GIS system, the GIS system generates an alternative design scheme according to the wind farm design information acquired at one time. In this embodiment, a technician lays out a plurality of wind turbines on the three-dimensional terrain model, that is, inputs wind farm design information to the GIS system, and after finishing laying out, the GIS system saves the wind farm design information input by the technician this time and generates an alternative design scheme corresponding to the wind farm design information input this time. When a technician lays out the fans for multiple times and inputs design information of the wind power plant for multiple times, the GIS system correspondingly generates multiple alternative design schemes by indicating that the technician needs to design multiple alternative design schemes.
104. And the geographic information system generates evaluation information of alternative design schemes according to the wind power plant design information.
After the GIS system generates the alternative design scheme, the evaluation information of the alternative design scheme is generated according to the wind power plant design information of the alternative design scheme, and the evaluation information is an index which is obtained by the GIS system through a preset algorithm to carry out logic operation on the wind power plant design information and can be used for evaluating the alternative design scheme, such as the index of the number of hours, the power generation amount and the like. The GIS system obtains a value of an index which can be used for evaluating the alternative design scheme, namely evaluation information of the alternative design scheme through logical operation.
In this embodiment, the GIS system respectively acquires a three-dimensional terrain model of a wind farm and wind farm design information obtained by a technician laying out a fan unit on the three-dimensional terrain model, and generates an alternative design scheme according to the acquired wind farm design information, when the technician needs to evaluate a plurality of alternative design schemes, the GIS system only needs to generate evaluation information of the alternative design schemes according to the wind farm design information, the evaluation information can be used for evaluating the alternative design schemes, the technician can directly judge whether the evaluation information of the alternative design schemes meets own expectation, and then determines the wind farm design scheme to be obtained, the time for the technician to calculate the evaluation information is not required to be consumed, and the working time of the technician is saved.
Referring to fig. 2, the following description is given to wind farm design information and evaluation information in the embodiment of the present application by way of example, and an embodiment of an evaluation method for a wind farm design scheme in the embodiment of the present application includes:
201. the geographic information system obtains a three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant.
In this embodiment, the GIS system can acquire the three-dimensional terrain model of the wind farm to the technical staff arranges the fan sets on the three-dimensional terrain model.
In this embodiment, the GIS system acquires the three-dimensional terrain model of the wind farm, acquires and compiles high-precision images through the outgoing aerial survey of the unmanned aerial vehicle, then quickly establishes a three-dimensional geographic information environment, converts the three-dimensional geographic information environment into vectorized terrain data special for three-dimensional design, and guides the vectorized terrain data into the GIS system to generate the three-dimensional terrain model.
In addition, the mode of acquiring the three-dimensional terrain model by the GIS system also comprises the step of importing a three-dimensional terrain file made by three-dimensional terrain modeling software into the GIS system, the GIS system generates the three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant according to the three-dimensional terrain file, and the mode of acquiring the three-dimensional terrain model by the GIS system is not limited.
202. The geographical information system acquires layout site information of the fan and characteristic parameters of the fan.
After the GIS system generates a three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant, a technician can design a fan layout scheme of the wind power plant on the GIS system, and the GIS system acquires wind power plant design information input by the technician on the GIS system, wherein the wind power plant design information comprises layout site information of fans and characteristic parameters of the fans.
In this embodiment, the wind farm design information includes layout site information of the wind turbine and characteristic parameters of the wind turbine, where the layout site information of the wind turbine is information related to the layout site of the wind turbine, and specifically may include geographical information such as coordinates, longitude, latitude, and the like of the layout site of the wind turbine, and may also include information such as wind speed, wind frequency distribution, or geological structure of the layout site of the wind turbine; the characteristic parameters of the fan are parameters related to any characteristic attribute of the fan, and specifically may include technical parameters such as rated power, rated wind speed, blade number, cut-in wind speed, and the like of the fan, or information such as equipment cost, maintenance time, and the like of the fan.
In this embodiment, a technician may enter the characteristic parameters of the fan and the identity information of the fan in advance in the database of the GIS system, and associate the identity information of the fan with the characteristic parameters, where the identity information of the fan is any information capable of identifying the type or style of the fan, including but not limited to the type, brand, or manufacturer of the fan, so as to facilitate the technician to selectively arrange a certain fan through the identity information of the type, brand, or manufacturer of the fan when arranging the fan on the GIS system, and since the GIS system associates the identity information of the fan with the characteristic parameters in advance, the fan with a specific identity corresponds to a specific fan characteristic parameter, the GIS system may acquire the characteristic parameters of the fan from the database according to the identity information of the fan.
203. The geographical information system generates one or more alternative design solutions according to the layout site information of the wind turbine and the characteristic parameters of the wind turbine.
And after acquiring the layout site information of the fan and the characteristic parameters of the fan, the GIS system generates one or more alternative design schemes according to the layout site information and the characteristic parameters. The operation performed in this step is similar to the operation performed in step 103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described here again.
204. And the geographic information system generates evaluation information of the alternative design scheme according to the layout site information of the fan and/or the characteristic parameters of the fan.
After the GIS system generates the alternative design scheme, the evaluation information of the alternative design scheme can be calculated according to the layout site information of the fan of the alternative design scheme, the characteristic parameters of the fan and other information. In this embodiment, the evaluation information is a value of an index that can be used to evaluate the alternative design, and the value of the index may be a data type value.
For example, if the index for evaluating the alternative design is the power generation amount, the technician may set a formula for calculating the power generation amount on the GIS system in advance according to factors affecting the power generation amount, where the formula may include fan layout site information and/or characteristic parameters of the fan affecting the power generation amount of the wind farm, such as the wind speed of the layout site, the rated power of the fan, or the cut-in wind speed. Therefore, the GIS system can calculate and generate the generated energy information of the alternative design scheme according to the acquired layout site information and the characteristic parameters of the fan and a preset generated energy algorithm, namely the evaluation information of the alternative design scheme.
Similarly, if the index for evaluating the alternative design scheme is the number of hours of use, since the number of hours of use is closely related to the wind speed and the wind frequency distribution included in the layout site information of the wind turbine and the rated power, the maintenance time and other information included in the characteristic parameters of the wind turbine, a technician can preset an algorithm or a formula for calculating the number of hours of use on the GIS system according to the actual situation affecting the number of hours of use, and the algorithm includes the layout site information affecting the number of hours of use of the alternative design scheme and the characteristic parameters of the wind turbine. And the GIS system calculates the utilization hour number information of the alternative design scheme according to the calculation algorithm of the utilization hour number, namely the numerical value of the utilization hour number of the alternative design scheme.
It is understood that the evaluation information may be a value of the number of hours of utilization or a value of the amount of power generation, or may be a value of other index, and the skilled person may select other index for evaluating the alternative design in combination with the actual situation. For example, if a technician needs to evaluate an alternative design scheme by using the index of the effective wind hours, an algorithm of the effective wind hours can be preset on the GIS system, wherein the algorithm comprises characteristic parameters of the wind turbine such as cut-in wind speed, cut-out wind speed and hub height; if the civil engineering cost of the fan of the alternative design scheme needs to be evaluated, technicians can preset an algorithm for calculating the civil engineering cost of the fan on a GIS (geographic information system), wherein the algorithm comprises layout site information such as geological structures of fan layout sites. Therefore, the type of the specific index of the evaluation information is not limited as long as the evaluation information which can be used for evaluating the alternative design scheme and can be calculated by the GIS system according to the acquired layout site information and/or the characteristic parameters of the fan and the algorithm preset by the technical staff.
In this embodiment, the GIS system may calculate and generate the evaluation information according to one or more of the layout site information or the characteristic parameters, and the GIS system may calculate the evaluation information according to other types of wind farm design information, and since indexes of the evaluation information may be of various types, the type of the wind farm design information used for generating the evaluation information may be adjusted according to the index type and the calculation algorithm of the evaluation information. For example, if the GIS system needs to evaluate the candidate design solution by using the index of the average air density, the wind farm design information used for calculating the average air density should be the information of the average atmospheric pressure and the average air temperature of the wind farm, and is not limited to the wind farm design information such as the layout site information and the characteristic parameters. Therefore, the type of the wind power plant design information acquired by the GIS system is not limited, and under the condition that the evaluation information has multiple index types or calculation algorithms, the type of the wind power plant design information acquired by the GIS system can be adjusted along with the index types and the calculation algorithms of the evaluation information.
In the embodiment, the alternative design scheme is evaluated by using two evaluation indexes, namely the hours and the power generation amount, and the GIS system can calculate and generate evaluation information of the two indexes according to one or more items of layout site information or characteristic parameters so as to evaluate the alternative design scheme, so that the realizability of the scheme is improved.
In practical application, the design of the wind farm includes the design of the wind farm road and the design of the collecting line in addition to the process of fan layout, so that technicians may need to perform overall evaluation on the design of the wind farm by combining the design of the wind farm road and the collecting line. The following will describe in further detail a method for the GIS system to evaluate a wind farm design scheme including a wind farm road design or a collection line design.
Referring to FIG. 3, the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 describes a method for evaluating a wind farm design scheme including a fan group layout and a wind farm road design. The embodiment comprises the following steps:
301. the geographic information system obtains a three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant.
The operation performed in this step is similar to the operation performed in step 201 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and is not described again here.
302. The geographical information system acquires layout site information of the fan, characteristic parameters of the fan and road design information.
After the GIS system generates a three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant, a technician can lay out wind turbine sets on the GIS system, and the GIS system can acquire wind power plant design information input by the technician on the GIS system, wherein the wind power plant design information comprises layout site information of the wind turbines and characteristic parameters of the wind turbines. The operation of the GIS system to obtain the layout site information of the wind turbine and the characteristic parameters of the wind turbine is similar to the operation performed in step 202 in the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 2, and details are not repeated here.
Technicians can also design wind farm roads on a GIS system, and the wind farm roads provide access and transportation roads for personnel and vehicles in the wind farm. Therefore, the wind farm design information acquired by the GIS system may further include road design information input by a technician on the system, where the road design information is information obtained after a wind farm road is designed on a three-dimensional terrain model, and includes, but is not limited to, information such as road length, manufacturing cost per kilometer, or building material usage.
303. The geographical information system generates one or more alternative design schemes according to the layout site information of the wind turbine, the characteristic parameters of the wind turbine and the road design information.
Technical personnel perform layout of fan sets and road design of a wind power plant on a three-dimensional terrain model of the GIS, and layout site information, characteristic parameters and road design information of the fans are input into the GIS in the process. And the GIS system generates an alternative design scheme according to the wind power plant design information acquired at one time. In this embodiment, a process from the beginning of the layout of the fan group and the design of the wind farm road to the end of the layout and the design by a technician is regarded as a primary design of the technician, and therefore, the GIS system correspondingly generates an alternative design scheme according to the layout site information, the characteristic parameters, and the road design information of the fans input by the primary design. When technicians lay out fans and design wind power plant roads for multiple times and input wind power plant design information for multiple times, the GIS system correspondingly generates multiple alternative design schemes, wherein the multiple alternative design schemes need to be designed by the technicians.
304. And the geographic information system generates evaluation information of the alternative design scheme according to the layout site information of the fan, the characteristic parameters of the fan and the road design information.
After the GIS system generates the alternative design scheme, the evaluation information of the alternative design scheme can be calculated according to the layout site information, the characteristic parameters, the road design information and other information of the fan of the alternative design scheme. In this embodiment, the evaluation information is a value of an index that can be used to evaluate the alternative design, and the value of the index may be a data type value.
The evaluation information may be a value of the power consumption cost, a technician may set a formula and an algorithm for calculating the power consumption cost on the GIS system in advance according to factors affecting the power consumption cost, and the formula may include fan layout site information, characteristic parameters and road design information affecting the power consumption cost of the wind farm, such as the wind speed of the layout site, the rated power of the fan or the equipment cost of the fan, the construction cost of the wind farm road and other affecting factors.
It can be understood that, in addition to the electricity consumption cost, the evaluation information in this embodiment may also be values of other indexes, as long as the GIS system can calculate the evaluation information that can be used to evaluate the alternative design scheme according to the acquired fan layout site information, the characteristic parameters, and the road design information and according to an algorithm preset by a technician, and the type of the specific index of the evaluation information is not limited. For example, if the alternative design scheme needs to be evaluated by using the index of the electric operation and maintenance cost, a technician may determine an algorithm for calculating the electric operation and maintenance cost according to the factor affecting the electric operation and maintenance cost, and preset the algorithm on the GIS system, where the algorithm includes the fan layout site information, the characteristic parameters, the road design information, and other affecting factors.
The alternative design scheme of the wind power plant is evaluated by combining the factor of wind power plant road design, and the alternative design scheme can be more comprehensively evaluated.
The following is a further detailed description of a method for evaluating a wind farm design scheme including wind farm road design and collector line design by a GIS system. Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the method for evaluating the design scheme of the wind farm in the embodiment of the present application includes:
401. the geographic information system obtains a three-dimensional terrain model of the wind power plant.
The operation performed in this step is similar to the operation performed in step 201 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and is not described again here.
402. The geographical information system acquires layout site information of the fan, characteristic parameters of the fan, road design information and collection line design information.
A technician may also design the wind farm road on the GIS system, so that the wind farm design information acquired by the GIS system further includes the road design information, and the operation of acquiring the road design information by the GIS system is similar to the operation of acquiring the road design information by the GIS system in step 302 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and is not described here again.
Technical personnel can also carry out the design of collection circuit on GIS system, and the collection circuit collects the electric energy that many fans sent for the wind-powered electricity generation field to the circuit of transformer substation is carried to the electric energy that will collect, and the main component includes power equipment such as iron tower. Therefore, the wind power plant design information acquired by the GIS system further includes current collection line design information input by a technician on the system, wherein the current collection line design information is information obtained after the wind power plant iron tower is laid out on the three-dimensional terrain model, and includes but is not limited to information such as current collection line length, iron tower construction cost, cable construction cost and the like.
403. The geographical information system generates one or more alternative design schemes according to the layout site information of the wind turbine, the characteristic parameters of the wind turbine, the road design information and the power collection line design information.
A technical worker designs a layout of a fan set, a wind power plant road and a current collection circuit on a three-dimensional terrain model of a GIS system, and layout site information, characteristic parameters, road design information and current collection circuit design information of the fan are input into the GIS system in the process. And the GIS system generates an alternative design scheme according to the wind power plant design information acquired at one time. In this embodiment, a process from the beginning of fan group layout, wind farm road design, and collection line design to the end of layout and design by a technician is regarded as a primary design of the technician, and therefore, the GIS system correspondingly generates an alternative design scheme according to the layout site information of the fans, the characteristic parameters of the fans, the road design information, and the collection line design information input by the primary design. When a technician lays out the fans, designs the wind power plant road and the power collecting line for multiple times and inputs the design information of the wind power plant for multiple times, the fact that the technician needs to design multiple sets of alternative design schemes is explained, and then the GIS system correspondingly generates the multiple sets of alternative design schemes.
404. And the geographic information system generates evaluation information of the alternative design scheme according to the layout site information of the fan, the characteristic parameters of the fan, the road design information and the power collection line design information.
After the GIS system generates the alternative design scheme, the evaluation information of the alternative design scheme can be calculated according to the layout site information of the fan, the characteristic parameters of the fan, the road design information, the power collection line design information and other information of the alternative design scheme. In this embodiment, the evaluation information is a value of an index that can be used to evaluate the alternative design, and the value of the index may be a data type value.
The evaluation information may be a value of the power consumption cost, a technician may set a formula and an algorithm for calculating the power consumption cost on the GIS system in advance according to factors affecting the power consumption cost, and the formula may include fan layout site information, characteristic parameters, road design information, and collector line design information affecting the power consumption cost of the wind farm, such as wind speed of the layout site, rated power of the fan, or equipment cost of the fan, construction cost of the wind farm road, construction cost of the collector line, and other affecting factors.
It can be understood that, in addition to the electricity consumption cost, the evaluation information in this embodiment may also be values of other indexes, as long as the GIS system can calculate the evaluation information that can be used to evaluate the alternative design scheme according to the acquired fan layout site information, the characteristic parameters, the road design information, and the collector line design information and according to an algorithm preset by a technician, and the type of the specific index of the evaluation information is not limited. For example, if the alternative design scheme needs to be evaluated by using the index of the electric operation and maintenance cost, a technician may determine an algorithm for calculating the electric operation and maintenance cost according to the factors affecting the electric operation and maintenance cost, and preset the algorithm on the GIS system, where the algorithm includes the fan layout site information, the characteristic parameters, the road design information, the collector line design information, and other affecting factors.
The alternative design scheme of the wind power plant is evaluated by combining evaluation factors of wind power plant road design and power collection line design, the alternative design scheme can be evaluated more comprehensively, and technicians can conveniently make comprehensive evaluation on the alternative design scheme of the wind power plant.
In the embodiment of the application, a technician can preset conditions which should be met by the anticipated alternative design scheme on the GIS system, the GIS system can judge whether a certain alternative design scheme meets the requirements according to the preset conditions, and if the certain alternative design scheme meets the requirements, the alternative design scheme is determined to be a target design scheme to be obtained by the technician. For example, the condition preset by the technician may be that the number of hours of wind farm utilization of the target design should be above 1990h, and if the number of hours of wind farm utilization of the alternative design a is 2030.81h and the number of hours of utilization of the alternative design a satisfies the preset condition, the GIS system determines the alternative design a as the target design.
The mode of the GIS system determining the target design scheme may also be that after the GIS system generates the evaluation information of the alternative design scheme according to the wind farm design information, an evaluation result list of the alternative design scheme may be generated, the evaluation information of each alternative design scheme is listed in the list for reference and comparison by a technician, and the technician may compare and select the evaluation information of each alternative design scheme to determine a scheme meeting self-expectation. For example, the GIS system generates evaluation information for each of the candidate designs A, B, C, D, and the technician may compare and analyze the evaluation information for the 4 designs to determine the target design based on his or her expectations for the target design.
In the embodiment of the application, the evaluation information generated by the GIS system according to the wind farm design information of one alternative design scheme may be one or more, wherein the types of indexes of the evaluation information may be different. For example, the evaluation information of alternative design A may include values for power generation, hours of utilization, and cost of power generation, and a technician may evaluate a single solution more comprehensively and carefully in conjunction with a variety of evaluation information.
