Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can only relate to two parties: a presenter terminal and a participant terminal. The presenter terminal can synchronize the document for presentation, the page information corresponding to the page of the document currently displayed by the presenter terminal and the position information of the ink marks on the page to the participant terminal, and the participant terminal can synchronously display the content displayed on the presenter terminal on the screen of the participant terminal after receiving the synchronization data. Here, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may further relate to a server, where the server may forward the data information sent by the presenter terminal to the participant terminal and the data information sent by the participant terminal to the presenter terminal. In the process, the participants can watch the contents of the demonstration of the presenter on the participant terminals without the limitation of a video conference, the information transmitted to the participant terminals is only document contents and some state information, the synchronization of the conference contents can be completed only by using little flow, the resource occupation is less, and the conference contents can be used under the condition of power failure.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a conference presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is used in a presenter terminal, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps 101 and 103:
in step 101, a document for presentation is sent to the participant terminal.
Here, a local area network can be established, for example, a bluetooth-connected local area network is established, and the presenter terminal and the participant terminal are connected together through bluetooth, so that the presenter terminal and the participant terminal can communicate with each other and share resources under the support of corresponding network software, and thus, the presenter terminal can directly send documents for presentation to the participant terminal.
Alternatively, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a conference presentation system according to an exemplary embodiment, where the system includes a presenter terminal 21, a server 20 and a participant terminal 22, the presenter terminal 21 and the participant terminal 22 may both download corresponding application clients and connect to the server 20 through the application clients, and the presenter terminal 21 and the participant terminal 22 may establish a conference group in the server 20 through the application clients, and thus, the document for presentation sent by the presenter terminal 21 to the participant terminal may be: the presenter terminal 21 may send a presentation document to the server 20 instructing the participant terminals in the conference group to send, and upon receiving the presentation document, the server 20 may forward the presentation document to the participant terminal 22. Of course, the server 20 may also generate an access link after receiving the document for presentation, the access link indicating the address of the document for presentation in the server; the server 20 may send the access link to the participant terminal 22, and the user of the participant terminal 22 may access and obtain the document for presentation uploaded by the presenter terminal 21 by clicking on the access link.
In step 102, page information corresponding to the page of the document currently displayed by the presenter terminal is sent to the participant terminal, so that the participant terminal and the presenter terminal synchronously display the same page content.
Here, after the presenter terminal sends the document for presentation to the participant terminal, both the presenter and the participants in the conference can see the document for presentation through their own terminals, and in order to allow the participants and the presenter to view the current presentation content at the same time, the presenter terminal can send the page information corresponding to the page of the document currently displayed by the presenter terminal to the participant terminal, where the page information includes parameter information indicating the content displayed on the current page of the presenter terminal, and the participant terminal can control the participant terminal to synchronously display the same page content as the presenter terminal after receiving the page information.
Here, the presenter terminal may directly transmit the page information to the participant terminal, or may transmit the page information to the server and the server forwards the page information to the participant terminal.
In one possible embodiment, the page information includes a view mode of the document, a percentage of page magnification, and a percentage of the page content in the document.
For example, when the document for presentation is a word document, the page information that the presenter terminal needs to send to the participant terminal includes view modes (reading view/page view/web view/outline view/normal view) such as page view, percentage of page magnification such as 100%, percentage of the page content in the document such as percentage of the page content in the whole document is 0% -10%; therefore, after the participant terminal acquires the page information, the participant terminal can be controlled to display the word document according to the page view, display the word page according to the proportion of 100 percent, and adjust the content of the word page to 0 to 10 percent of the whole document. Thus, the participant terminal displays the same contents as the presenter terminal. Of course, the document for presentation may also be a ppt (power point) document, and at this time, the presenter terminal also needs to send the above-mentioned page information to the participant terminal.
Here, when the type of the document for presentation is an electronic form such as an excel document, the page information further includes a form sheet where the document is currently located, and thus, the participant terminal displays the same content in the same form as that displayed by the presenter terminal.
Here, the presenter terminal may send current page information to the participant terminal when detecting that the content of the currently displayed page changes; or the presenter terminal may send the current page information to the participant terminal upon detecting an operation that causes the page content to occur.
In step 103, when detecting the ink mark on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal, acquiring the position information of the ink mark on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal, and sending the position information to the participant terminal, so that the participant terminal displays the same ink mark at the same position of the currently displayed page of the participant terminal.
Here, the presenter often enters ink marks on the document to identify places in the document that need attention or attention from the participants when performing the presentation. In order to enable the participant to see the ink mark at the same time and further notice the place needing attention or attention, the presenter terminal can acquire the position information of the ink mark on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal and send the position information to the participant terminal when detecting the ink mark on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal, so that the participant terminal can control the participant terminal to display the same ink mark at the same position of the page currently displayed. Therefore, the participants can see the operations of the presenter on the document, such as page turning, marking and the like, in real time on the terminals of the participants.
Here, the presenter terminal may directly transmit the position information to the participant terminal, or may transmit the position information to the server and the server forwards the position information to the participant terminal.
It should be noted here that the presenter terminal may further send the detected operation instruction to the participant terminal when detecting various operation instructions, such as a selection instruction, a bolding instruction, an instruction for changing a font size, and the like, so that the participant terminal and the presenter terminal may synchronously execute the operation indicated by the operation instruction to ensure that the contents displayed by the presenter terminal and the participant terminal are the same.
In this embodiment, the presenter terminal can synchronize the page information corresponding to the page of the document currently displayed by the presenter terminal and the position information of the ink mark on the page to the participant terminal, and after the participant terminal receives the synchronization data, the content displayed on the presenter terminal can be synchronously displayed on the screen of the participant terminal.
In a possible embodiment, the step 103 of the above-mentioned conference presentation method can also be implemented as the following steps a1 to A3.
In step a1, first display position information of a page currently displayed by the presenter terminal on a display area of the presenter terminal is acquired.
In step a2, second display position information of the ink marker on the presenter terminal display area is acquired.
In step a3, the position information of the ink mark on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal is determined according to the first display position information and the second display position information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic display diagram of a presenter terminal display area according to an exemplary embodiment, where relevant data such as the size of the presenter terminal display area 30 can be confirmed, a coordinate system is established in the presenter terminal display area with the presenter terminal display area 30 as a reference system, and as shown in fig. 3, a point O at the upper left corner of the presenter terminal display area is taken as the origin of a rectangular coordinate system and can be written as O (0, 0), two straight lines perpendicular to each other in the display area are taken as the horizontal axis and the vertical axis of the coordinate system, and a coordinate system is established in the presenter terminal display area. Then, the presenter terminal may determine first display position information of the page 31 currently displayed by the presenter terminal on the presenter terminal display area 30, where the first display position information may be represented by coordinates in the coordinate system; and determines second display position information of the detected ink marks 32 on the presenter terminal display area 30, which is also expressed by coordinates in the above-mentioned coordinate system. Finally, the presenter terminal may determine the position information of the ink mark 32 on the page 31 currently displayed by the presenter terminal according to the first display position information and the second display position information, that is, two pieces of coordinate information.
In a possible embodiment, the ink mark may be a fixed format mark, and when the ink mark is a fixed format mark, the position information of the ink mark on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal includes a format type of the ink mark and position information of a fixed node of the format type on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal.
Here, the fixed node is a node that is capable of determining a specific shape of the ink mark. For example, FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating two types of ink marks according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4A, the format type of the ink mark is a regular prism format, and the presenter only needs to designate a fixed node when using the ink mark in the format: the positions of the starting point 41 and the ending point 42 may display ink marks having a specific structure in the shape shown in the diagram a in fig. 4. Therefore, for the ink mark in the regular prism format, the second display position information acquired by the presenter terminal may be the position of the ink mark in the regular prism format, the position of the start point on the display area of the presenter terminal, and the position of the end point on the display area of the presenter terminal. Accordingly, the information of the position of the ink mark on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal determined by the presenter terminal in the step a3 may include: the format of the ink mark is a regular prism format, the starting point is at the position on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal, and the end point is at the position on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal. After the presenter acquires the position information, the presenter can synchronize the position information to the participant terminal.
The ink mark in the fixed format shown in the diagram a in fig. 4 is only one of a plurality of mark types, and a fixed node in some mark format types may include not only a start point and an end point, but also one or more intermediate nodes, and in this case, the position information of the ink mark acquired by the presenter terminal on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal needs to further include the positions of the intermediate nodes on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal. In the embodiment, only the format type of the ink mark and the position information of each fixed node need to be transmitted, the transmitted information is less, and the determined ink mark is very accurate.
It should be noted here that the ink mark may also be an irregular mark, for example, as shown in a diagram B in fig. 4, for an ink mark with an irregular format as shown in a diagram B in fig. 4, the position of the current track point of the ink mark on the display area of the presenter terminal may be recorded with a fast frequency, for example, the position information of the track point on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal may be determined by recording the frequency of 100 points per second, and the determined position information is transmitted to the participant terminal.
The embodiment can determine the position information of the ink marks on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal quickly and accurately by the first display position information of the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal on the display area of the presenter terminal and the second display position information of the ink marks on the display area of the presenter terminal.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a conference presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, which is used in a participant terminal and includes the following steps 501 and 503:
in step 501, a document for presentation by a presenter terminal is received.
Here, referring to the content described in the foregoing embodiment, the participant terminal may directly receive the document for presentation sent by the presenter terminal, or may receive the document for presentation sent by the presenter terminal from the server, and the specific implementation process is not described in detail herein.
In step 502, page information corresponding to the page of the document currently displayed by the presenter terminal is received, and the participant terminal and the presenter terminal are controlled to synchronously display the same page content according to the page information.
In step 503, receiving the position information of the current ink mark on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal; and controlling the participant terminal to display the same ink marks at the same position of the page currently displayed by the participant terminal according to the position information of the ink marks.
Here, the presenter often enters ink marks on the document to identify places in the document that need attention or attention from the participants when performing the presentation. In order to enable the participant to see the ink mark at the same time and further notice the place needing attention or attach, the presenter terminal can acquire the position information of the ink mark on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal when detecting the ink mark on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal, and send the position information of the ink mark on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal to the participant terminal; therefore, after the participant terminal acquires the position information of the current ink mark on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal, the participant terminal can be controlled to display the same ink mark at the same position of the currently displayed page.
Here, the presenter terminal may determine the position information of the ink marker on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal according to the first display position information and the second display position information, that is, two pieces of coordinate information, as described in the above embodiment, and transmit the position information of the ink marker on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal to the participant terminal, which may determine that the ink markers having the same shape are displayed at the same position on the same page currently displayed by the participant terminal, and determine the position information of the ink marker on the display area of the participant terminal according to the position information of the page currently displayed by the participant terminal on the display area of the participant terminal and the position information of the ink marker on the page currently displayed by the participant terminal, and further display the ink marker at the corresponding position of the display area of the participant terminal, such that the participant terminal displays the same ink marks at the same location on the currently displayed page.
For example, as shown in a diagram in fig. 4, the format type of the ink mark is a regular prism format, and when using the ink mark in the format, the presenter only needs to specify a fixed node: the positions of the start point and the end point can display the ink marks with specific structures in the shapes shown as A in figure 4. The presenter terminal only needs to determine that the format of the ink mark is a regular prism format, the position of the starting point on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal and the position of the end point on the currently displayed page of the presenter terminal are sent to the participant terminal; the participant terminal can display the ink marks in the regular prism format at the starting point and the end point of the same position on the page currently displayed by the participant terminal according to the position of the starting point on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal and the position of the end point on the page currently displayed by the presenter terminal, so that the same ink marks can be displayed at the same position of the document.
It should be noted that the ink mark may also be an irregular mark, for example, for an ink mark with an irregular format as shown in fig. 4B, the position where the participant terminal receives a track point displays the corresponding ink at the same position, so that the same ink mark can be displayed.
In a possible implementation, the conference presentation method may further include the following steps B1 and B2.
In step B1, an operation command is received from the participant.
In step B2, in response to receiving the operation instruction, the operation indicated by the operation instruction is executed.
Here, during the demonstration, the participant may input some operation instructions to the participant terminal of the participant, and after receiving the operation instructions, the participant terminal may respond to receiving the operation instructions to execute the operation indicated by the operation instructions; the operation instruction can be a page turning instruction, so that the participant can freely review the previous contents on the terminal of the participant, and the omission of the previous important contents is avoided.
In some other embodiments, the participant terminal may also enter a markup-like instruction on its own participant terminal document in real time to tag some content to ask questions or confirm to the presenter. It should be noted here that, when asking questions or confirming to the presenter, the participant terminal may also transmit the page information of the page viewed by the participant and the position information of the ink marks to other participant terminals and the presenter terminal, so that other participants can know the content of the questions conveniently, and interaction between the presenter terminal and the participant terminal is realized.
