The working process is as follows: stone shovels into a hopper, enters a cleaning feeding section of a cleaning cylinder through the hopper, a cleaning feeding blade is welded in the cleaning feeding section, a driving mechanism drives the cleaning cylinder to rotate to drive the stone to advance to the cleaning section, a cleaning material curtain sheet of the cleaning section can lift and drop the stone, the stone is sufficiently cleaned, finally the stone enters a cleaning discharging section, a cleaning discharging sheet is arranged on the cleaning discharging section to enable the stone to enter a transition cylinder, a transition cylinder blade is welded in the transition cylinder, and the stone is input into a drying cylinder; the heating pipe is installed in the drying cylinder, after the power supply is turned on, the heating pipe generates heat to raise the temperature in the drying cylinder, and the heat-insulating material is coated in the drying cylinder to reduce the loss of heat in the drying cylinder; a drying feeding blade is welded in the drying feeding section, the rotation of the drying cylinder can drive the stone to advance to the drying section, a drying material curtain sheet is arranged on the drying section and can take the stone and fall down, so that the stone is fully contacted with the surrounding hot air, the evaporation of the moisture on the surface of the stone is accelerated, finally the stone enters a drying and discharging section, and the drying and discharging section is provided with a drying and discharging sheet so that the stone falls into a discharging chute to be discharged; the first wash port that the washing of wash bowl was arranged material section surface and is set up and the second wash port that transition section surface set up enable sewage and fully discharge, and sewage passes through the drain and discharges the sewage case, and the filter screen that the sewage incasement set up can filter the stone and the silt of tiny granule, and sewage can reuse.

Claims (10)

1. A stone cleaning and drying integrated device is characterized by comprising a cleaning and drying mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the cleaning and drying mechanism comprises a cleaning unit, a transition cylinder and a drying unit;
the cleaning unit comprises a cleaning cylinder (1) and a water pipe (2) extending into the cleaning cylinder (1), the cleaning cylinder (1) comprises a cleaning feeding section (11), a cleaning section (12) and a cleaning discharging section (13), a plurality of cleaning feeding blades (111) uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the cleaning feeding section (11), a plurality of cleaning material curtain groups are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning section (12) along the axial direction, each cleaning material curtain group comprises a plurality of cleaning material curtain sheets (121) uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the cleaning section, each cleaning material curtain sheet (121) is radially arranged along the cleaning section, and the cleaning material curtain sheets (121) of two adjacent cleaning material curtain groups are arranged in a crossed manner; the wall surface of the cleaning and discharging section (13) is provided with a plurality of first water discharging holes (131), and the inner wall of the cleaning and discharging section (13) is provided with a plurality of cleaning and discharging sheets (132) which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction;
the drying unit comprises a drying cylinder (3) and a heating pipe (4) extending into the drying cylinder (3), the drying cylinder (3) comprises a drying feeding section (31), a drying section (32) and a drying discharging section (33), a plurality of drying feeding blades (311) uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction are arranged on the inner wall of the drying feeding section (31), a plurality of drying material curtain groups are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the drying section (32) along the axial direction, each drying material curtain group comprises a plurality of drying material curtain sheets (321) uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the drying section, and the drying material curtain sheets (321) of two adjacent drying material curtain groups are distributed in a crossed manner; a plurality of drying and discharging sheets (331) which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction are arranged on the inner wall of the drying and discharging section (33);
a transition cylinder (5) is hermetically connected between the cleaning and discharging section (13) and the drying and feeding section (31), a plurality of transition cylinder blades (51) are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction in the transition cylinder (5), and a plurality of second drain holes (52) are formed in the wall surface of the transition cylinder (5); the cleaning cylinder (1), the drying cylinder (3) and the transition cylinder (5) are coaxially arranged, the end where the drying cylinder (3) is located is inclined downwards, the inclination angles of the cleaning cylinder (1), the drying cylinder (3) and the transition cylinder (5) are set to be 5 degrees, and stone materials can roll downwards conveniently;
the driving mechanism is positioned below the cleaning and drying mechanism and can drive the cleaning barrel (1), the drying barrel (3) and the transition barrel (5) to synchronously rotate.
2. The stone cleaning and drying integrated device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a supporting mechanism for supporting the driving mechanism and the cleaning and drying mechanism, a sewage recovering mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a discharging mechanism disposed below the cleaning and discharging section and the transition drum;
the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting frame (61) arranged below the cleaning and drying mechanism and a riding wheel (62) arranged between the cleaning and drying mechanism and the supporting frame (61); the riding wheels (62) are arranged on the supporting frame (61) through riding wheel supports (63), one riding wheel (62) is respectively arranged on two sides below the cleaning cylinder (1), and one riding wheel (62) is also respectively arranged on two sides below the drying cylinder (3); two ends of the riding wheel (62) are provided with annular limiting bosses, a cleaning cylinder rolling ring (14) is sleeved outside the cleaning cylinder (1), and the cleaning cylinder rolling ring (14) is positioned between the annular limiting bosses on the riding wheel (62) below the cleaning cylinder (1) and used for preventing the cleaning cylinder rolling ring (14) and the cleaning cylinder (1) from axially moving while supporting the cleaning cylinder rolling ring (14) and the cleaning cylinder (1) to rotate through the riding wheel (62); a drying cylinder rolling ring (34) is sleeved outside the drying cylinder (3), and the drying cylinder rolling ring (34) is positioned between annular limiting bosses on a riding wheel (62) below the drying cylinder (3) and used for preventing the drying cylinder rolling ring (34) and the drying cylinder (3) from axially moving while supporting the drying cylinder rolling ring (34) and the drying cylinder (3) to rotate through the riding wheel (62);
the driving mechanism comprises a motor (71), a first coupler (72), a speed reducer (73), a second coupler (74) and a gear shaft which are arranged on the support frame (61) and connected in sequence, and a gear (76) is arranged on the gear shaft; a gear ring (77) meshed with the gear (76) is fixedly sleeved outside the drying cylinder (3) and used for driving the gear (76) through a motor (71) to sequentially drive the gear ring (77), the drying cylinder (3) and the cleaning and drying mechanism to rotate.

The stone cleaning and drying integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sewage recovery mechanism comprises an arc-shaped groove (81) provided with a sewage discharge outlet and positioned below the cleaning and discharging section (13) and the transition cylinder (5), a sewage pipe connected below the sewage discharge outlet, and a sewage tank (82) arranged below the sewage pipe; a filter screen is arranged in the sewage tank (82).

The stone cleaning and drying integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a hopper (91), a feeding chute (92) connected below the hopper (91), and a hopper support frame (93) supporting the hopper (91); the lower end of the feeding chute (92) can be contacted with a cleaning feeding section (11) of the cleaning cylinder (1) for feeding.
5. The integrated stone cleaning and drying device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the discharging mechanism comprises a discharging chute (94) provided below the drying and discharging section of the drying drum (3).

The stone cleaning and drying integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water pipe (2) is fixed by a water pipe bracket (21), and the water pipe bracket (21) is fixed on the support frame (61); the water pipe (2) is provided with a nozzle, and the water pipe (2) is connected with an external high-pressure water pipe.
7. The stone cleaning and drying integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the heating pipe (4) is fixed by a heating pipe holder (41), and the heating pipe holder (41) is fixed on the support frame (61).
8. The stone cleaning and drying integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cleaning feeding blade (111) and the drying feeding blade (311) are both arranged obliquely;
the cleaning and discharging sheet (132) and the drying and discharging sheet (331) are both in a right-angle trapezoidal structure; the waist of the right angle of the right-angle trapezoid structure of the cleaning and discharging sheet (132) is welded on the inner wall of the cleaning and discharging section (13), and the upper bottom edge (short edge) of the right-angle trapezoid structure is close to the outlet of the cleaning cylinder (1); the waist of the right angle of the right-angle trapezoid structure of the drying and discharging sheet (331) is welded on the inner wall of the drying and discharging section (33), and the upper bottom edge (short edge) of the right-angle trapezoid structure is close to the outlet of the drying cylinder (3).

The integrated stone cleaning and drying device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cleaning curtain sheet (121) has an L-shaped cross-section to lift and drop stone to clean the stone sufficiently; the cross section of the drying material curtain sheet (321) is of an L-shaped structure so as to take up and drop the stone, so that the stone is fully contacted with the surrounding hot air, and the evaporation of moisture on the surface of the stone is accelerated.
10. The stone cleaning and drying integrated device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the drying cylinder (3) is internally coated with a heat insulating material to reduce the heat loss in the drying cylinder (3); the outside of the heating pipe (4) is protected by a lampshade so as to prevent stones from damaging the heating pipe (4) in the rolling process of the drying drum (3).
