Abstract
The corrugated pipe with the injection-molded fixed joint comprises a joint, a corrugated pipe and an injection-molded body, wherein the joint is provided with a positioning cylinder, the corrugated pipe is sleeved on the positioning cylinder, the injection-molded body is manufactured by an injection-molding method outside the joint and the corrugated pipe, and the corrugated pipe is fixed on the joint through the injection-molded body. The advantages are that: the corrugated pipe is connected through an injection molding method, so that the joint and the corrugated pipe can be connected more conveniently and firmly.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a corrugated pipe adopting an injection molding fixed joint.
Background
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the conventional thermal compression joint corrugated pipe includes a joint 40, a corrugated pipe 60 and a fixing sleeve 50, in order to facilitate the corrugated pipe 60 to connect the joint 40, the corrugated pipe 60 needs to adopt a structure in which straight sections 601 and corrugated sections 602 are cyclically alternated, when the joint 40 is connected with the corrugated pipe 60, the straight sections 601 of the corrugated pipe 60 are heated to be softened and then sleeved on the joint 40, then the fixing sleeve 50 is heated to be softened and then sleeved on the straight sections 601, and the straight sections 601 are fixed on the joint 40 by a contraction force generated after the fixing sleeve 50 is cooled.
The connection process of the existing joint is relatively complex, the connection is not tight and firm enough, and the risk of loosening exists. Meanwhile, due to the circularly alternating structure of the straight line section and the corrugated section of the corrugated pipe, the situation that the actual cutting size is longer than the required standard size due to the fact that the corrugated section needs to be avoided when the length of the corrugated pipe is cut can occur, and the assembling effect of the corrugated pipe on application places such as automobiles can be influenced. In addition, the minimum bending radius of the corrugated pipe is twice larger than that of the corrugated pipe with a full-corrugated structure due to the existence of the straight corrugated section, so that the bending with a small radius cannot be realized, and the installation space of the corrugated pipe is limited.

Preferably, the circumference of the positioning cylinder of the joint is also provided with an axial groove, so that when the joint and the corrugated pipe are connected in an injection molding manner, a protrusion corresponding to the axial groove appears on the injection molding body, and the axial groove and the protrusion are mutually meshed, so that the injection molding body, the joint and the corrugated pipe are not easy to axially loosen after being fixedly connected.
Preferably, the circumference of the positioning cylinder of the joint is also provided with radial grooves in the radial direction, so that when the joint and the corrugated pipe are connected in an injection molding mode, protrusions corresponding to the radial grooves appear on the injection molding body, and the radial grooves and the protrusions are mutually meshed, so that the injection molding body, the joint and the corrugated pipe are not easy to rotate after being fixedly connected.
Preferably, the axial grooves are provided with spaced reinforcing ribs, so that the axial tensile strength of the axial grooves can be increased.
Preferably, the front part of the positioning cylinder forms a conical surface which is gradually reduced towards the opening part, so that the connector can be conveniently inserted into the corrugated pipe.
Preferably, the rear part of the positioning cylinder forms a limiting body which is larger than the positioning cylinder and is used as a part of an injection body mould, so that the injection body can be more conveniently injected after the joint and the corrugated pipe are connected.
Preferably, the corrugated pipe has no straight-line section, and the length of the corrugated pipe is easier to cut.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the corrugated pipe is connected through an injection molding method, so that the joint and the corrugated pipe can be connected more conveniently and firmly.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a corrugated pipe using an injection-molded fixed joint includes a joint 10, a corrugated pipe 30, and an injection-molded body 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the corrugated pipe 30 uses full-section corrugations 301 without straight corrugations, so that the length of the corrugated pipe can be cut accurately according to the required standard size without being influenced by straight sections.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the joint 10 is provided with a positioning cylinder 104 for connecting and positioning the corrugated pipe 30 and the joint 10, and an injection molded body 20 is formed by an injection molding process to connect and fix the joint 10 and the corrugated pipe 30 and achieve rotation prevention and leakage prevention.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, 4 flat grooves 101 are uniformly arranged on the outer circle of the positioning cylinder 104 of the joint 10, correspondingly, a protrusion 201 is formed on the injection molded body 2, and the flat grooves 101 and the protrusion 201 are engaged with each other, so that the injection molded body 20, the joint 10 and the corrugated pipe 30 cannot rotate after being fixedly connected.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, 2 annular grooves 102 are formed on the outer circumference of the joint 10, and accordingly, a protrusion 202 is formed on the injection molded body 2, and the annular grooves 102 and the protrusion 202 are engaged with each other, so that the injection molded body 20, the joint 10 and the corrugated pipe 30 are less prone to axially loosening after being fixedly connected.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the 2 annular grooves 102 of the joint 10 are respectively provided with 2 ribs 103, which are spaced apart from each other, so that the axial tensile strength of the annular grooves 102 can be increased.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the injection molded body 20 is formed by filling plastic into the flat groove 101, the annular groove 102 and the corrugation 301 of the corrugated pipe 30 on the joint 10 during injection molding, so that the joint 10 and the corrugated pipe 30 are fixed into a whole to realize connection fixation, rotation prevention and leakage prevention.
The front part of the positioning cylinder is formed with a taper 105 which becomes smaller towards the mouth, facilitating the insertion of the connector into the bellows.
The rear of the positioning cylinder forms a stop 106 that is larger than the positioning cylinder as part of the mold for the injection molded body 20, so that the injection molded body 20 can be more easily injection molded after the connection of the joint and the bellows.
As shown in fig. 5, the corrugated tube used in the present invention has a full corrugated structure, the minimum bending radius is RA, the conventional corrugated tube 60 has a structure in which straight sections 601 and corrugated sections 602 are cyclically alternated, the minimum bending radius is RB, RB is 2 times of RA, and the bending with a small radius cannot be realized, so that the installation space of the corrugated tube is limited.
