The invention discloses an antibacterial hydrophilic non-woven fabric modifier which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of acrylic resin, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 4 parts of photoinitiator, 5 parts of antibacterial agent and 100 parts of solvent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial hydrophilic non-woven fabric modifier, which comprises the following specific steps:
step 1, adding 5 parts of acrylic resin and 10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate) into a reaction kettle, adding 100 parts of solvent, stirring at 500 revolutions per minute for 1000-10 minutes, and completely mixing;
step 2, adding 8 parts of polyethylene glycol when the mixture is completely mixed, stirring for 10 minutes at 500-1000 rpm;
step 3, adding 4 parts of photoinitiator, stirring for 10 minutes at 500-1000 rpm;
and step 4, adding 5 parts of antibacterial agent, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 500-.
And 5, discharging and packaging to obtain a finished product.
Comparative example 5 (antibacterial agent)
The invention discloses an antibacterial hydrophilic non-woven fabric modifier which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of acrylic resin, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 6 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 4 parts of photoinitiator and 100 parts of solvent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial hydrophilic non-woven fabric modifier, which comprises the following specific steps:
step 1, adding 5 parts of acrylic resin and 10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate) into a reaction kettle, adding 100 parts of solvent, stirring at 500 revolutions per minute for 1000-10 minutes, and completely mixing;
step 2, adding 6 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane and 8 parts of polyethylene glycol when the materials are completely mixed, stirring for 10 minutes at 500-1000 rpm;
step 3, adding 4 parts of photoinitiator, stirring for 10 minutes at 500-1000 rpm;
and step 4, discharging and packaging to obtain a finished product.
And (3) testing results:
9 pieces of the same nonwoven fabrics without impurities after washing with absolute ethanol were soaked in the antibacterial hydrophilic type nonwoven fabric modifier solutions of examples 1, 2, 3, 4 and comparative examples 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, taken out after 10 minutes, and then air-dried or dried at 80 degrees or less, and irradiated with a UV lamp for 20 seconds, whereby 9 pieces of the nonwoven fabrics with antibacterial hydrophilic properties and air permeability were obtained. The test results were as follows:
the test method comprises the following steps:
① the contact angle of the treated non-woven fabric is measured by putting 9 pieces of non-woven fabric into a contact angle tester, and the contact angle of the non-woven fabric is measured by dropping water drops on the treated non-woven fabric.
② the treated nonwoven fabric was observed under a microscope to observe the area of surface bacteria that were produced at the same time.

Comparative example 1, which does not contain an acrylic resin, has a general hydrophilic property and a good antibacterial property.
In comparative example 2, no polyethylene glycol was added, and the hydrophilic property was general and the antibacterial property was good.
Comparative example 3, in which MMA (methyl methacrylate) was not added, was superior in hydrophilic property and antibacterial property.
Comparative example 4, which does not contain tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, is superior in hydrophilicity and antibacterial property.
Comparative example 5 had no antibacterial agent, and was excellent in hydrophilic property and poor in antibacterial property.
The various embodiments listed above can be combined with each other without contradiction, and a person skilled in the art can combine the above explanations of the embodiments as a basis for combining technical features in different embodiments.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (9)
1. An antibacterial hydrophilic non-woven fabric modifier is characterized in that: the antibacterial hydrophilic non-woven fabric modifier comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of acrylic resin, 5-8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 8-10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 4-6 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 3-4 parts of a photoinitiator, 4-5 parts of an antibacterial agent and 80-100 parts of a solvent.
2. The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antibacterial agent is one or more of chitosan, dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrogen chloride.
3. The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the photoinitiator is one or more of Top-L photoinitiator (2, 4, 6-trimethyl benzoyl ethyl phosphate) and 184 photoinitiator (1-hydroxy-cycloethyl-phenyl ketone).
4. The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the solvent is one or more of water, absolute ethyl alcohol and acetone.
5. The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of acrylic resin, 5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 8 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 4 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 3 parts of a photoinitiator, 4 parts of an antibacterial agent and 80 parts of a solvent.
6. The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of acrylic resin, 6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 8 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 4 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 4 parts of photoinitiator, 5 parts of antibacterial agent and 80 parts of solvent.
7. The environment-friendly metal surface protective agent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of acrylic resin, 7 parts of polyethylene glycol, 9 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 5 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 3 parts of photoinitiator, 4 parts of antibacterial agent and 90 parts of solvent.
8. The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of acrylic resin, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 6 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 4 parts of photoinitiator, 5 parts of antibacterial agent and 100 parts of solvent.
9. A method for preparing the antibacterial hydrophilic non-woven fabric modifier according to any one of the claims 1 to 8, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following specific steps:
step 1, adding 3-5 parts of acrylic resin, 8-10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate) and 80-100 parts of solvent into a reaction kettle, stirring for 5-10 minutes until complete mixing, wherein 500-1000 r/min of solvent is added;
step 2, adding 4-6 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane and 5-8 parts of polyethylene glycol when the materials are completely mixed, stirring for 10 minutes at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute;
step 3, adding 3-4 parts of photoinitiator, stirring for 10 minutes at 500-1000 rpm;
step 4, adding 4-5 parts of antibacterial agent, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 500 revolutions per minute;
and 5, discharging and packaging to obtain a finished product.
