Abstract
The invention provides a dismounting device and a dismounting method of a connecting pin shaft for a distribution chute of a blast furnace, wherein the dismounting device comprises: the connecting screw comprises a threaded rod section and a screw flange, wherein the threaded rod section is in threaded fit with the connecting pin shaft; the pull rod is provided with a first end and a second end in the length direction, the first end of the pull rod is provided with a pull rod flange detachably connected with the screw rod flange, and the second end of the pull rod is provided with a pull ring; the sliding hammer is sleeved on the pull rod in a sliding manner, and two pull ropes are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the sliding hammer; and the blocking seat is matched with the traveling hammer in a collision way and is fixedly arranged on the rod section of the pull rod close to the pull ring. The invention can not only greatly reduce the time for overhauling the connecting pin shaft, but also improve the safety for disassembling the connecting pin shaft.

the sliding hammer is sleeved on the pull rod in a sliding manner, and two pull ropes are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the sliding hammer;
and the blocking seat is matched with the traveling hammer in a collision way and is fixedly arranged on the rod section of the pull rod close to the pull ring.
Preferably, the slide hammer comprises a slide pipe sleeved on the pull rod, two collision discs are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the slide pipe, two connecting rods are arranged between the two collision discs, and the two connecting rods are symmetrically distributed by taking the pull rod as a center.

the traveling hammer 3 is sleeved on the pull rod 2 in a sliding manner, and two traction ropes 31 are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the traveling hammer 3;
and the blocking seat 4 is matched with the traveling hammer 3 in a collision way, and the blocking seat 4 is fixedly arranged on the rod section of the pull rod 2 close to the pull ring 22.
In the invention, when a connecting pin shaft for mounting a blast furnace distribution chute needs to be removed, firstly, a threaded rod section 11 of a connecting screw rod 1 is screwed into a connecting hole of the connecting pin shaft; then, connecting the pull rod flange 21 of the pull rod 2 with the screw rod flange 12 of the connecting screw rod 1, and enabling the axis of the pull rod 2 and the axis of the threaded rod section 11 to be located on the same straight line; then, two workers are respectively positioned at two sides of the pull rod 2 and respectively hold one traction rope 31; finally, two workers pull the pulling rope 31 at the same time, so that the traveling hammer 3 hits the stopper 4 to remove the connecting pin shaft from the blast furnace. Therefore, the dismounting device of the connecting pin shaft for the distribution chute of the blast furnace can prevent workers from entering the blast furnace, reduce the labor load of the workers, reduce the operation risk of the workers, greatly reduce the time for overhauling the connecting pin shaft and improve the safety for dismounting the connecting pin shaft.
