本发明提供一种电池快换机构,包括汽车大梁和电池组主体,汽车大梁左端设有左固定板,汽车大梁右端设有右固定板,汽车大梁中间两侧都设有连接板,左固定板和左侧连接板之间设有左定位板,右固定板和右侧连接板之间设有右定位板,左定位板和右定位板上各设有两个安装孔;所述电池组主体下侧四边设有电池组锥度定位块,安装孔对应电池组锥度定位块设置,电池组主体通过电池组锥度定位块与安装孔并通过螺栓固定在定位板上,结构简单,电池更换便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车电池安装领域,尤其涉及一种电池快换机构。
背景技术
电动汽车(BEV)是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的车辆。随着石化资源的日益枯竭以及环保要求的逐渐提高,在各国产业政策的大力支持下,电动汽车已经逐渐进入我们的日常生活中。对于电动汽车而言,电池包是其核心动力核心。由于电池技术尚不成熟,现有的电池包能量密度有限,使得电动汽车的续航能力受到制约,这就需要经常性的对电池包进行充电和更换。而在现有技术中,电池包的固定大多采用高强度螺栓连接或是由机械设备操作的压紧锁止机构,其在拆装过程中工序复杂、费时,因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电池快换机构,通过将电池组主体下端的电池组锥度定位块与安装孔重合固定并通过螺栓固定在定位板上,解决了电池安装复杂,更换麻烦的问题。
本发明提供一种电池快换机构,包括汽车大梁和电池组主体,汽车大梁左端设有左固定板,汽车大梁右端设有右固定板,汽车大梁中间两侧都设有连接板,左固定板和左侧连接板之间设有左定位板,右固定板和右侧连接板之间设有右定位板,左定位板和右定位板上各设有两个安装孔;所述电池组主体下侧四边设有电池组锥度定位块,安装孔对应电池组锥度定位块设置,电池组主体通过电池组锥度定位块与安装孔并通过螺栓固定在定位板上。
进一步改进在于:所述连接板包括横连接板和竖连接板,横连接板设置在竖连接板中间后侧,竖连接板左右两侧设有加强筋。
进一步改进在于:右固定板外侧设有插头固定板,插头固定板上插接有电池组公块插组件。
进一步改进在于:左固定板、右固定板、汽车大梁中间都设有保护垫圈。
本发明的有益效果:通过固定板、连接板、定位板形成放置架结构,将电池组主体下端的电池组锥度定位块与安装孔重合固定并通过螺栓固定在定位板上,结构简单,放置稳定,可以快速对电池组主体进行更换;设置加强筋提高连接板强度,是电池放置更加稳定;设置保护垫圈减少电池组主体摩擦碰撞,对电池组主体进行保护。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1-2所示,本实施例提供一种电池快换机构,包括汽车大梁1和电池组主体2,汽车大梁1左端设有左固定板3,汽车大梁1右端设有右固定板4,汽车大梁1中间两侧都设有连接板5,左固定板3和左侧连接板5之间设有左定位板6,右固定板4和右侧连接板5之间设有右定位板7,左定位板6和右定位板7上各设有两个安装孔8;所述电池组主体2下侧四边设有电池组锥度定位块9,安装孔8对应电池组锥度定位块9设置,电池组主体2通过电池组锥度定位块9与安装孔8重合并通过螺栓固定在左定位板6和右定位板7上。所述连接板5包括横连接板10和竖连接板11,横连接板10设置在竖连接板11中间后侧,竖连接板11左右两侧设有加强筋12。右固定板7外侧设有插头固定板13,插头固定板13上插接有电池组公块插组件14。左固定板3、右固定板4、汽车大梁1中间都设有保护垫圈15。
左固定板3、左定位板6、连接板5、固定在汽车大梁1的左端,右固定板4、右定位板7、连接板5、固定在汽车大梁1的右端上,安装时要保证左定位板6、右定位板7四个安装孔8与电池组主体2上的四个电池组锥度定位块9位置重合,实际工作状态为,用叉车叉起电池组主体2慢慢的移动叉车使四个电池组锥度定位块9与左定位板6、右定位板7四个安装孔8重合然后让叉车慢慢下落是电池落在左上定位板4、右上定位板8上,然后用四个M8X25外六角螺栓、φ8大垫片、弹垫把电池固定在左定位板6、右定位板7上,保证电池组主体2不晃动,随后把电池组公快插组件14插到插头固定板13上,完成电池更换,保护垫圈15对电池组主体进行保护,拆除电池进行相反的操作。

1.一种电池快换机构,包括汽车大梁(1)和电池组主体(2),其特征在于:汽车大梁(1)左端设有左固定板(3),汽车大梁(1)右端设有右固定板(4),汽车大梁(1)中间两侧都设有连接板(5),左固定板(3)和左侧连接板(5)之间设有左定位板(6),右固定板(4)和右侧连接板(5)之间设有右定位板(7),左定位板(6)和右定位板(7)上各设有两个安装孔(8);所述电池组主体(2)下侧四边设有电池组锥度定位块(9),安装孔(8)对应电池组锥度定位块(9)设置,电池组主体(2)通过电池组锥度定位块(9)与安装孔(8)重合并通过螺栓固定在左定位板(6)和右定位板(7)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电池快换机构,其特征在于:所述连接板(5)包括横连接板(10)和竖连接板(11),横连接板(10)设置在竖连接板(11)中间后侧,竖连接板(11)左右两侧设有加强筋(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电池快换机构,其特征在于:右固定板(7)外侧设有插头固定板(13),插头固定板(13)上插接有电池组公块插组件(14)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种电池快换机构,其特征在于:左固定板(3)、右固定板(4)、汽车大梁(1)中间都设有保护垫圈(15)。
