Detailed Description
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1-7, a spray head based on a code spraying printer comprises a nozzle panel 1 and an ink bag 3, wherein the nozzle panel 1 is attached to a control panel 2 and fixed on the bottom surface of a spray head bracket 4; a plurality of ink inlet through holes 15 are formed in the bottom surface of the nozzle support 4, a blocking piece 5 is arranged between every two adjacent ink inlet through holes 15 to form an ink inlet separation groove 6, a needle tube device 7 for guiding ink is installed in the ink inlet separation groove 6, and the ink bag 3 supplies ink to the nozzles 8 on the nozzle panel 1 along the ink guiding needle tubes 12 on the needle tube device 7.
Specifically, the connection mode of the device is that the ink bag 3 is used for transmitting ink inside the cavity to the nozzle panel 1 through the ink guide needle tube 12 on the needle tube device 7, a plurality of ink cavities connected with the nozzles 8 are arranged on the nozzle panel 1, the outer wall of each ink cavity is provided with a piezoelectric unit, the piezoelectric units are mainly controlled by the control panel 2 connected with the piezoelectric units, and the ink is controlled to be sprayed into the nozzles 8 along the ink cavities in real time through compression of the ink cavities, so that the purpose of controlling the nozzles 8 to jet ink is achieved. The control panel 2 is powered and signal transmission is carried out through a control system arranged outside, the control system sends the pattern and size signals of the two-dimensional code to be sprayed and printed to the control panel 2, and the control panel 2 controls the corresponding nozzles 8 through the piezoelectric units to achieve the purpose of ink jetting.
The spray head based on the code spraying printer is mainly used for spray printing of commercial two-dimensional codes, and in order to adapt to spray printing of two-dimensional codes with different sizes, the number of the spray heads can be set to 6, 180 spray heads are arranged in each row, and the total number is 1080; alternatively, the nozzles may be arranged in 5 rows of 180 nozzles each, for a total of 900 nozzles. Accordingly, in order to supply ink to the nozzle panel 1 sufficiently, the number of the ink bags 3 can be increased accordingly.
As shown in fig. 4-9, the needle tube device 7 is arc-shaped, and two ends of the needle tube device are respectively provided with a buckle (7-1, 7-2); the nozzle support 4 is L-shaped, a flange 4-1 which can be buckled with the needle tube device is arranged along the bottom edge, and a notch 4-2 which can be buckled with the needle tube device is arranged along the side edge. In particular, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 9, the needle cannula assembly 7 is attached to the ink inlet compartment 6 by a body portion, and the latch includes a first latch 7-1 matching with the notch 4-2 and a second latch 7-2 matching with the flange 4-1, which allows the needle cannula assembly 7 to be stably connected to the ink inlet compartment 6 and is easy to disassemble and maintain. Correspondingly, an ink guide needle tube 12 arranged on the needle tube device 7 is used for connecting with the ink outlet end of the ink bag 3.
In order to facilitate the connection between the nozzle panel 1 and the control panel 2 and the later disassembly and maintenance, as shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, the nozzle panel 1 is connected to the control panel 2 through a nozzle hole cover 11. Specifically, the main body part of the nozzle hole cover 11 is matched with the nozzle panel 1, and the periphery of the nozzle hole cover is fixed with the control panel 2 through screws.
In order to better manage the nozzles 8 and the corresponding ink bags 3 (when a certain nozzle 8 cannot discharge ink, whether the corresponding ink bag 3 contains ink or not can be quickly known), a plurality of rows of nozzles 8 are regularly arranged on the nozzle panel 1, and each row of nozzles 8 supplies ink through one ink bag 3.
In order to prevent ink overflow and ink leakage, an ink pad (not marked in the figure) is arranged between the needle tube device 7 and the ink inlet through hole 15, is made of rubber, and is matched with the ink inlet separation groove 6 in shape.
As shown in fig. 10, in the inkjet printer-based inkjet head according to the present invention, the ink bag 3 is connected to the ink cartridge 10 through an ink tube. The ink cartridge 10 may facilitate external inking.

As a further optimization of the device, a lining seat 14 is arranged in the box body 10, and the lining seat 14 is used for arranging the ink tubes connected with the ink bags 3 in a non-flocked manner and is connected with the ink box 10 arranged outside through an ink tube hole 13 arranged at the top of the box body 10.
The spray head device can be used as a component and is arranged on a displacement driving device which can drive the spray head device to move along an X axis, a Y axis or a Z axis, and the displacement driving device controls the spray head device to move along the X axis, the Y axis or the Z axis by receiving an instruction sent by a control system.
