The present invention will be further described with reference to the following description and examples, which include but are not limited to the following examples.
Examples
The invention provides special production equipment for wine jars, and particularly relates to special production equipment for producing heavy wine jars of more than 200 kilograms. As shown in fig. 1-3, the special production equipment comprises a working vehicle 1, a steel rail 2, a turntable mechanism 3, a plaster lower die 4, a plaster upper die 5, a hoisting mechanism 6, a fixed workbench 7 and a roller mechanism.
The rotary table mechanism 3 is arranged on the working vehicle 1, and the gypsum lower die 4 is arranged on the rotary table mechanism 3 (the gypsum lower die can be placed on the rotary table mechanism and fixed through a travelling crane) and is driven to rotate by the rotary table mechanism. The turntable mechanism 3 adopts a structural form of a turntable, a belt pulley, a belt and a motor, the motor drives the belt pulley to rotate, then the belt drives the turntable to rotate, and then the lower gypsum mold is driven to rotate.
The gypsum upper die 4 is used for being matched with the gypsum lower die to form a gypsum die matched with the appearance of the wine jar, and the rotating disc mechanism is started by adding raw materials. In order to strictly control the feeding amount of the raw materials, a weighing device is arranged on the workbench 1, and in the process of adding the raw materials, the weighing device is used for measuring the weight in real time, so that the feeding amount in the gypsum mold is ensured to be accurate to within 1 kilogram.
The fixed workbench 6 is used for fixing the working vehicle after the wine jar outline is formed, in the embodiment, the working vehicle 1 runs on the steel rail 2, after the wine jar outline is formed, the gypsum upper die 4 is lifted away by the lifting mechanism 5 (such as a crane), and then the working vehicle 1 is controlled to run to the fixed workbench along the steel rail and fixed by the fixed workbench. In the invention, the fixed workbench can adopt fixing mechanisms in various forms to fix the working vehicle, for example, a set of clamping mechanism or a mechanical arm is adopted to clamp and fix the working vehicle, or the working vehicle is fixed by adopting a mode of a hydraulic cylinder, an eccentric wheel, a spring and a fixed groove, when the working vehicle enters the fixed workbench, the hydraulic cylinder is used for pushing the eccentric wheel to press the working vehicle downwards, so that the working vehicle is fixed in the fixed groove, and meanwhile, the spring is compressed, thereby fixing the working vehicle by using the fixed groove. When the eccentric wheel is moved away, the working vehicle is pushed away by the restoring force of the spring and leaves the fixed groove.
The roller mechanism is arranged on the fixed workbench 6 and is used for processing the inner cavity of the wine jar after the working vehicle is fixed. Specifically, the roller mechanism comprises upright posts 7 arranged at two sides of the fixed workbench 1, a balance beam 9 sleeved on the two upright posts, a hydraulic cylinder 8 connected with two ends of the balance beam and used for driving the balance beam to move up and down along the upright posts, a driving mechanism 10 arranged on the balance beam 9, and a roller 11 connected with the driving mechanism 10 and controlled by the driving mechanism to rotate.
In the roller mechanism, (1) a limiting balance beam is arranged between the two stand columns and used for realizing the position fixation of the two stand columns; (2) the driving mechanism can adopt the design form of a motor and a reduction gear box; (3) the balance beam can adopt a sliding double-shaft structural form to keep balance during work.
The process of producing the wine jar according to the present invention is described below with reference to the above apparatus structure:
(1) matching the upper gypsum mould with the lower gypsum mould to form a gypsum mould, and opening the turntable mechanism to enable the gypsum mould to rotate;
(2) adding raw materials into a gypsum mould, and gradually forming the outline of the wine jar under the action of centrifugal force; in the process of adding the raw materials, the weight is measured in real time by using a weighing device, so that the feeding amount in the gypsum mold is ensured to be accurate to within 1 kilogram;
(3) taking out the plaster upper die through the hoisting mechanism, controlling the working vehicle to move to the fixed working table along the steel rail, and fixing the fixed working table;
(4) the balance beam is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder to move along the upright post, so that the roller is contacted with the upper part of the wine jar;
(5) the driving mechanism is started to drive the roller to rotate, so that the inner cavity of the wine jar is machined; in the embodiment, the up-and-down movement distance of the roller is 1020 mm;
(6) taking out the wine jar, processing the jar mouth, further polishing and sealing glaze to obtain a finished product;
(7) and (5) circulating the steps (1) to (6) to realize the continuous production and processing of the wine jar.
The wine jar manufacturing and processing method has the advantages that the wine jar manufacturing and processing are realized through reasonable structure and process flow design, compared with the traditional manual manufacturing mode, the wine jar manufacturing and processing method has the characteristics of high automation degree and production efficiency and low cost, meanwhile, the wine jar manufactured by the method can control the diameter error of the jar opening to be about 2mm, and can be well matched with the wine jar sealing cover for use, so that the sealing performance of the wine jar and the storage of wine are guaranteed. Therefore, the method is very suitable for large-scale popularization and application in the wine jar production process.
The above-mentioned embodiment is only one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be used to limit the scope of the present invention, but all the insubstantial modifications or changes made within the spirit and scope of the main design of the present invention, which still solve the technical problems consistent with the present invention, should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Production equipment special for heavy wine jars of more than 200 kilograms is characterized by comprising a working vehicle (1), a turntable mechanism (3), a lower gypsum mold (4), an upper gypsum mold (5), a fixed workbench (7) and a roller mechanism; the rotary table mechanism (3) is arranged on the working vehicle (1), the lower gypsum mold (4) is arranged on the rotary table mechanism (3) and is driven to rotate by the rotary table mechanism, and the upper gypsum mold (5) is used for matching with the lower gypsum mold and forming the outline of the wine jar after raw materials are introduced into the lower gypsum mold and the lower gypsum mold; the fixed workbench (7) is used for fixing the working vehicle after the appearance contour of the wine jar is formed, and the roller mechanism is arranged on the fixed workbench (7) and is used for processing the inner cavity of the wine jar after the working vehicle is fixed.
