Abstract

The clamping device is simple in structure and convenient and fast to operate, and can clamp special-shaped curved surface structural workpieces with different shapes and sizes by adjusting the number and the installation positions of the supporting rods, the number and the positions of the universal pressing mechanisms and the curvature of the pressing plates in the universal pressing mechanisms, and the clamping device also has a good clamping effect on aluminum alloy special-shaped curved surface structural workpieces with the wall thickness of more than 1mm, is strong in universality, low in preparation cost and good in application prospect.

Background
In the processes of machining and product debugging experiments, parts to be machined need to be positioned and locked, the positioning is used for ensuring the machining and debugging precision, and the locking can prevent the parts from flying out in the machining or experiment processes and accidents. The conventional clamping device has strong universality for thick-wall workpieces with regular shapes, and has poor or even ineffective clamping and positioning effects for thin-wall workpieces with special-shaped curved surface appearance structures.

In view of the above, the invention provides a clamping device for a workpiece with a special-shaped curved surface structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and low manufacturing cost, and has a good clamping effect on an aluminum alloy workpiece with a wall thickness of more than 1mm, so that the problem of difficulty in clamping and positioning the workpiece with the thin-wall special-shaped curved surface structure can be solved.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
A clamping device for a workpiece with a special-shaped curved surface structure comprises an upper base, a lower base, a supporting rod and a universal pressing mechanism;
the upper base and the lower base are hollow structures with two open ends;
more than one mounting threaded hole is processed on the supporting rod along the length direction;
more than two supporting rods are arranged between the upper base and the lower base, one end of each supporting rod is fixedly connected with the upper base, and the other end of each supporting rod is fixedly connected with the lower base; more than one universal pressing mechanism is installed on each supporting rod, one end of each universal pressing mechanism is in threaded fit with the installation threaded hole in each supporting rod so as to control the pressing force of the special-shaped curved surface structure workpiece, and the other end of each universal pressing mechanism is attached to the special-shaped curved surface of the special-shaped curved surface structure workpiece along with the shape.
Furthermore, the clamping device also comprises a thrust screw, the support rod is also provided with limiting threaded holes communicated with the mounting threaded holes, and the limiting threaded holes correspond to the mounting threaded holes one to one; the thrust screw is arranged in a limiting threaded hole in the supporting rod and matched with a universal pressing mechanism in the mounting threaded hole, so that the compression force is prevented from being loosened in the clamping process.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the clamping device for the workpiece with the special-shaped curved surface structure comprises an upper base 1, a lower base 3, a support rod 2, a universal pressing mechanism and a thrust screw 6;
the upper base 1 and the lower base 3 are hollow circular ring structures with two open ends, and five threaded holes are processed on the end faces, as shown in fig. 1;
two mounting threaded holes and two limiting threaded holes are processed in the support rod 2 along the length direction, and the limiting threaded holes are communicated with the mounting threaded holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner, as shown in fig. 1;
as shown in fig. 2, the universal pressing mechanism comprises a universal screw 5, a pressing plate 4 and a rubber strip 8; one end of a universal screw 5 is processed into a ball head structure, a pressing plate 4 is an arc-shaped plate formed by connecting an upper pressing plate 9 and a lower pressing plate 7 through a screw 10, a hemispherical groove is respectively processed on the upper pressing plate 9 and the lower pressing plate 7, two hemispherical grooves are formed after the upper pressing plate 9 and the lower pressing plate 7 are combined together, a groove is processed on a concave arc surface of the pressing plate 4, a rubber strip 8 is installed in the groove of the pressing plate 4, the thickness of the rubber strip 8 protruding out of the concave arc surface of the pressing plate 4 is 1.5mm, and the curvature of the concave arc surface of the pressing plate 4 is equal to the curvature of a curved surface of a special-shaped curved surface structure workpiece 11 to be clamped;
the workpiece 11 with the special-shaped curved surface structure related to the embodiment is made of aluminum alloy, and the wall thickness is 2.5mm, as shown in fig. 4;
five supporting rods 2 are arranged between an upper base 1 and a lower base 3, one end of each supporting rod 2 is in threaded connection with the upper base 1, and the other end of each supporting rod 2 is in threaded connection with the lower base 3; two universal pressing mechanisms are mounted on each supporting rod 2, one end of a universal screw 5 of each universal pressing mechanism is in threaded fit with a mounting threaded hole in each supporting rod 2 to control the pressing force on the special-shaped curved surface structure workpiece 11, a ball head structure at the other end of the universal screw 5 is matched with a spherical groove of a pressing plate 4 of each universal pressing mechanism to realize flexible pressing of the pressing plate 4 along with the rotation of the special-shaped curved surface structure workpiece 11 (as shown in figure 3), and a concave arc surface of the pressing plate 4 is attached to the surface of the special-shaped curved surface structure workpiece 11 along with the shape (as shown in figure 4); thrust screw 6 installs in the spacing screw hole on branch 2, and cooperatees with universal screw 5 in the installation screw hole, prevents to press from both sides tight in-process pressure relaxation.
In the practical application process, the number of threaded holes larger than the number of the supporting rods 2 can be processed on the end surfaces of the upper base 1 and the lower base 3, and the number of mounting threaded holes processed on each supporting rod 2 is larger than the number of universal pressing mechanisms mounted on each supporting rod 2; according to the specific shape of the workpiece 11 with the special-shaped curved surface structure, the number and the installation positions of the supporting rods 2 can be changed, the number and the installation positions of the pressing mechanisms are changed, the curvature of the concave arc surface of the pressing plate 4 is changed, the thickness of the rubber strip 8 protruding out of the concave arc surface of the pressing plate 4 is changed, and the clamping reliability of the workpiece 11 with different special-shaped curved surface structures is guaranteed.
