In the present invention, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, a first feature "up" or "down" a second feature may be the first and second features in direct contact, or the first and second features in indirect contact via an intervening medium. Moreover, a first feature being "above," "over" and "on" a second feature may be a first feature being directly above or obliquely above the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is level higher than the second feature. The first feature being "under", "below" and "beneath" the second feature may be the first feature being directly under or obliquely below the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is less level than the second feature.
Compared with the existing medical touch operation equipment, the rocker type touch equipment has the advantages that the touch equipment is directly arranged on the surface of the touch panel in a split design mode of the touch equipment such as a capacitance pen and the touch panel, the problem that an operator directly operates the touch panel by hand and is inconvenient to operate when the touch equipment such as the capacitance pen is used is avoided, and the operation can be completed by one hand, so that the rocker type touch equipment is simple and convenient to use.
Specifically, the rocker touch apparatus 100 shown in fig. 1 to 3, 7 and 8 includes: the touch assembly 300 is arranged on the touch panel surface of the host in a penetrating way, and can rotate relative to the support 200, so that the touch assembly 300 can deflect around the intersection point of the touch assembly 300 and the support 200 at a certain angle; the end of the touch assembly 300 is abutted against the surface of the touch panel. When the conventional touch equipment such as a capacitive pen is used for operating the touch panel, the capacitive pen is relatively independent of the touch panel, the capacitive pen is required to be taken up for operation when the touch panel is used, and the capacitive pen is required to be put back to a specific position after the touch panel is used; in some cases in clinic, the capacitive pen is inconvenient to pick up and put down for a user, and the capacitive pen is in a falling risk during use, particularly during operation, and the falling of the capacitive pen can have serious consequences. In the rocker type touch device 100 provided by the invention, the touch assembly 300 and the touch panel are relatively fixed, so that the touch assembly 300 can be directly rotated to perform related operations during use, the touch assembly 300 does not need to be lifted, put down and held, and the operation is convenient.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the touch assembly 300 includes a swing handle 310 and a touch pen 320 connected by a first elastic member 330, and the touch pen 320 is closer to the touch panel than the swing handle 310. The touch module 300 and the stand 200 can rotate and move with a small amplitude, and the distance between the end of the stylus 320 and the touch panel changes when the touch module 300 rotates because the stand 200 is kept stationary. When the rotation angle of the touch pen 320 is smaller, the movement between the touch assembly 300 and the bracket 200 can be used for complement; the end of the stylus 320 may be out of contact with the touch panel when the rotation angle is too large. A first elastic member 330 is provided between the swing handle 310 and the stylus 320, and when the rotation angle is small, the first elastic member 330 is always in a compressed state; when the rotation angle is large, the first elastic member 330 is extended, so that the end of the stylus 320 is always in contact with the touch panel.
Further, the shaking handle 310 is provided with a mounting blind hole 311, the stylus 320 is disposed in the mounting blind hole 311, and the first elastic member 330 connects the end of the stylus 320 and the bottom surface of the mounting blind hole 311. Typically, the stylus 320 is generally small in size due to cost issues, while the size of the swing handle 310 is relatively large relative to the stylus 320 for ease of operation. In order to facilitate installation and ensure that the stylus 320 and the shaking handle 310 slide only in a certain direction and cannot rotate, the shaking handle 310 is provided with a mounting blind hole 311, the inner diameter of the blind hole is equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the stylus 320, the first elastic piece 330 is arranged between the end of the stylus 320 and the bottom surface of the mounting blind hole 311, and the movement of the stylus 320 and the first elastic piece 330 in the radial direction of the stylus 320 can be limited by the mounting blind hole 311.
For the shaking handle 310 provided with the mounting blind hole 311, the stylus 320 may not be directly connected with the first elastic member 330, but the stylus 320 is restricted from being separated from the mounting blind hole 311 by providing the nib fixing sleeve 360 at the opening of the mounting blind hole 311. Only when the first elastic member 330 is compressed, there is a force between the stylus 320 and the first elastic member 330.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 8, the rocking handle 310 is provided with a contact portion 313, the stand 200 is provided with a receiving portion 210, the receiving portion 210 forms a surrounding or semi-surrounding structure, the contact portion 313 is located in the receiving portion 210, and the receiving portion 210 and the contact portion 313 are mainly used to limit the rotation of the touch assembly 300 and limit the movement of the touch assembly 300 to a certain extent. In general, the touch panel faces upward or obliquely upward, and the accommodating portion 210 and the contact portion 313 are both located on a side surface of the support 200 facing away from the touch panel, so that the touch module 300 always has a tendency to approach toward the touch panel under the action of gravity; the cross-sectional dimension of the contact portion 313 is larger than the dimension of a through hole on the bracket 200 for threading the touch assembly 300, so as to limit the movement of the touch assembly 300 relative to the bracket 200; when the shaking assembly rotates to a certain angle, the accommodating part 210 contacts and stops the contact part 313, so that the shaking assembly cannot continue to rotate, and the end part of the touch pen 320 is prevented from being out of contact with the touch panel when the rotation angle is too large. In order to ensure smoothness of rotation of the touch assembly 300 and reduce wear between the components, an outer surface of the contact portion 313 is provided as a cambered surface, and an inner surface of the receiving portion 210 is provided as a cylindrical surface.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the swing assembly further includes a second elastic member 340, and the second elastic member 340 connects the swing handle 310 and the bracket 200. The second elastic member 340 mainly has two functions: one is to limit the rotation and play of the touch assembly 300 relative to the stand 200: the second elastic member 340 is in a relaxed state in the initial state, and when the touch assembly 300 rotates or moves under the action of an external force, the second elastic member 340 is stretched or compressed or twisted, which always has a tendency to return to the relaxed state, and the touch assembly 300 returns to the original position after the external force is removed; the greater the external force, the greater the obstructing effect of the second elastic member 340 on the movement to limit the rotation and the play of the touch assembly 300 with respect to the bracket 200. And secondly, the contact force between the touch pen 320 and the touch panel is further adjusted through the second elastic piece 340 so as to adjust the operation hand feeling during use.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in order to facilitate the installation and replacement of the second elastic member 340, the touch assembly 300 further includes a first fixing sleeve 350, the first fixing sleeve 350 is disposed between the bracket 200 and the touch assembly 300, a boss 312 is disposed on the swing handle 310, and two ends of the second elastic member 340 are respectively connected to the first fixing sleeve 350 and the boss 312. The first fixing sleeve 350 is connected to the swing handle 310 through the second elastic member 340, and is capable of moving and rotating with respect to the swing handle 310; after the assembly of the rocker type touch apparatus 100 is completed, the second elastic member 340 is positioned between the boss 312 and the first fixing sleeve 350, and the first fixing sleeve 350 is positioned between the second elastic member 340 and the bracket 200, i.e., the first fixing sleeve 350 is floatingly connected to the rocking handle 310 through the second elastic member 340. When the touch module 300 rotates, the distance between the end of the touch module 300 and the rotation center of the touch module 300 is adjusted by the second elastic member 340, so that the end of the touch module 300 always contacts the touch panel surface. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the touch assembly 300 in fig. 5 can be considered to be obtained by rotating the touch assembly 300 in fig. 4 by a certain angle, and the second elastic member 340 adjusts the relative position of the touch assembly 300 with respect to the bracket by self elasticity when rotating. Specifically, when the touch assembly 300 rotates from the center position to the periphery, the second elastic member 340 is compressed, the elastic force increases, so that the shaking handle 310 moves toward the touch panel or has a tendency to move toward the touch panel, the distance between the bottom of the mounting blind hole 311 and the touch panel and the deformation amount of the first elastic member 330 are reduced, the friction force between the end of the touch pen 320 and the touch panel is kept within a reasonable range, the force required for rotating the touch assembly 300 is adjusted, and the using feel of the rocker type touch device 100 is improved.
The invention also provides a touch operation device, which comprises the rocker type touch device in the embodiment of the host machine, wherein the host machine is provided with a touch panel, and the rocker type touch device is used for touching the touch panel and operating.
In one embodiment, the touch-controllable operation device further includes a triggering device, wherein the triggering device is used for selecting a preset program in the host, and the preset program is used for controlling a result generated when the rocker-type touch device performs a touch operation on the touch panel.
In one embodiment, the triggering device further includes a knob and/or a key, and the knob or the key may be disposed on the surface of the touch panel or the support, or sleeved on the touch assembly, or designed at other convenient locations on the host computer. Because the touch pen can only perform clicking, stroking and other operations, in order to increase the functions of the rocker type touch device, one or more knobs/keys are additionally arranged on or near the rocker type touch device, and various operations are performed on the host computer through the operation of the knobs or keys.
In the above embodiments, the touch panel and the touch pen may be capacitive screens or capacitive pens. The bracket or knob may be fixed to the touch panel surface by means of gluing.
The invention also provides a touch equipment operation method aiming at the touch equipment, which comprises the following steps:
S100, presetting a first program to an N-th program in a host;
s200, operating a triggering device, and selecting and triggering one or more of a first program to an N-th program;
and S300, operating the rocker type touch equipment to enable the rocker type touch equipment to contact the surface of the touch panel and stroke.
Since the joystick-type touch device can perform relatively simple sliding or pressing operations, various programs are preset in the host computer in order to increase the operability of the touch device. For example, when the first program is a painting brush program and the first program is triggered, the rocker type touch device strokes along the surface of the touch panel to display a corresponding cabinet on the panel; the second program is a highlighting program, and the rocker type touch device slides along the surface of the touch panel to highlight the character part which is marked.
Further, to facilitate the selection of the program, the triggering device comprises a knob and the following steps are added adaptively:
S210, dividing a first area to an N area according to angles by taking a rotation center of a knob as a reference;
s220, dividing the rotary knob into a first angle range to an Nth angle range according to the rotation angle of the rotary knob;
S230, rotating the knob to a designated angle or rotating the knob to a designated area, and triggering any one of the corresponding first program to the Nth program;
Step S210 and step S220 are alternatively performed.
It is understood that the knob is just one way to select a program, and other ways to select a program, such as a case, a switch, or directly dividing a region corresponding to the corresponding program on the touch panel, can be applied to the present invention.
Further, step S230 includes:
S231, after the knob is turned to a specified area or turned by a specified angle, the stay time exceeds a specified time;
S232, after the knob is turned to a designated area or turned by a designated angle, the touch assembly is operated to touch the surface of the touch panel on the host;
Step S231 and step S232 are performed alternatively.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the rocker type touch device, the touch device operation method and the touch operation device provided by the invention have at least the following advantages:
1. The touch equipment is fixed relative to the touch panel, can be operated by one hand, and is simple and convenient to use.
