Plastic pipes are used for drainage, waste water, chemicals, heating and cooling liquids, food, ultrapure liquids, slurries, gases, compressed air and vacuum systems.
PVC pipe is in the manufacturing process, for the convenience of mass production, often make unified length with the length of organizing PVC pipe, the PVC pipe all need carry the transfer in production and processing and work progress, current, the means of mainly adopting is binded to the PVC pipeline in carrying process, utilize rope or strapping to bundle many PVC pipes together, it extrudees PVC pipe outer wall to bundle many PVC pipes together easily, the outer wall atress that makes the PVC pipe is uneven, PVC pipe outer wall is squeezed the deformation easily, influence production and processing and later stage construction use.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a PVC pipeline conveying clamp for sewage discharge, which solves the technical problems that a plurality of PVC pipes are bundled together by using ropes or strapping tapes in the conveying and transferring process of the PVC pipes, the outer walls of the PVC pipes are easily extruded, the outer walls of the PVC pipes are unevenly stressed, the outer walls of the PVC pipes are extruded and deformed, and the production processing and the later-stage construction use are influenced.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: a PVC pipeline conveying clamp for sewage discharge comprises a base, a top fixing plate, side connecting rods and a top connecting rod, wherein the base is a square plate which is horizontally arranged, the front side and the rear side of the top end of the base are symmetrically hinged with the side connecting rods, the adjacent two side connecting rods on each side are equidistantly arranged, the top end of the side connecting rod on each side is hinged with the top fixing plate which is longitudinally installed, the top connecting rods are hinged between the top fixing plates on the two sides, the top connecting rods are arranged in a plurality in total, and the top connecting rods are equidistantly installed between the top fixing plates on the two sides;
the side connecting rod comprises a first side connecting rod and a second side connecting rod, a first hinge seat is hinged at the joint between the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod, the top end of the first side connecting rod is hinged at the bottom end of the top fixing plate, the bottom end of the second side connecting rod is hinged at the top end of the base, a step hole is formed in the circle center position of the right end of the first hinge seat, a first adjusting screw is installed in the step hole of the first hinge seat, a step shaft is arranged at the bottom end of the first adjusting screw, the step shaft of the first adjusting screw is embedded in the step hole of the first hinge seat in a sliding fit mode, a cylindrical first nut seat is installed on the outer wall of the first adjusting screw, first side supporting rods are symmetrically hinged on the outer wall of the first nut seat, the top end of the first side supporting rod on one side is hinged on the first side connecting rod, and the top end of the first side supporting rod, the top end of the first adjusting screw penetrates through the first nut seat and extends out of the first nut seat, and a cylindrical first adjusting knob is arranged at the top end of the first adjusting screw extending out of the first nut seat;
the top connecting rod comprises a first top connecting rod and a second top connecting rod, a second hinged seat is hinged at the joint between the first top connecting rod and the second top connecting rod, the top end of the first top connecting rod is hinged at the right side of the top fixing plate, the top end of the second top connecting rod is hinged at the left side of the top fixing plate, a step hole is arranged at the circle center of the top end of the second hinged seat, a second adjusting screw is arranged in the step hole of the second hinged seat, a step shaft is arranged at the bottom end of the second adjusting screw, the step shaft of the second adjusting screw is embedded in the step hole of the second hinged seat in a sliding fit mode, a cylindrical second nut seat is arranged on the outer wall of the second adjusting screw, first top supporting rods are symmetrically hinged on the outer wall of the second nut seat, the top end of the first top supporting rod on one side is hinged on the first top connecting rod, and the top end of the first top supporting rod on the other side is hinged on the second top connecting rod, the top end of the second adjusting screw penetrates through the second nut seat to extend outwards, and a second adjusting knob is arranged at the top end of the second adjusting screw extending out of the second nut seat.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a plurality of cushion blocks are arranged at the top end of the base, and each cushion block is arranged between four adjacent PVC pipelines.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the cushion block comprises a cushion block body, the cushion block body is designed into a square block structure, four corners of the cushion block body are symmetrically provided with concave arc-shaped sides, a square hole is arranged in the middle of each concave arc-shaped side, the bottom of the square hole of each arc-shaped side is provided with a spring hole, a square block-shaped guide block is embedded in the square hole of each arc-shaped side in a sliding fit manner, the bottom end of the guide block is embedded in the spring hole in a sliding fit manner, the bottom end of the guide block in the spring hole is provided with a spring, the top end of each guide block is provided with an arc plate with two sides bent towards the middle, and the arc surfaces of the arc plates are provided with a plurality of triangular teeth at equal intervals.
According to a preferable technical scheme of the invention, threaded holes are symmetrically formed in four side surfaces of the cushion block body, a threaded rod is mounted in each threaded hole, a cylindrical connecting column is arranged at the top end of each threaded rod, and a circular-sheet-shaped magnetic block is embedded in the center of the circle of the top end of each connecting column;
and two adjacent cushion blocks are connected through a magnetic block.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the left side and the right side of the top end of the base are symmetrically provided with a diamond-shaped telescopic net, the diamond-shaped telescopic net comprises rubber ropes, telescopic pieces and pull rings, the net surface of the diamond-shaped telescopic net is formed by intersecting a plurality of rubber ropes which are transversely arranged at equal intervals and a plurality of rubber ropes which are longitudinally arranged at equal intervals, the connecting part of the transversely arranged rubber ropes and the longitudinally arranged rubber ropes is provided with a circular-sheet-shaped telescopic piece, the telescopic pieces and the rubber ropes are arranged into an integral structure, and two ends of each transversely arranged rubber rope and two ends of each longitudinally arranged rubber rope are provided with circular-ring-shaped pull rings.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a conveying vehicle is arranged at the bottom end of the base, and universal wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the conveying vehicle.
As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, a clamping jaw is installed at the bottom end of each first hinged seat, a clamping jaw is installed at the bottom end of each second hinged seat, a square bottom fixed seat is installed at the top end of the base, and a clamping jaw is installed at the top end of the bottom fixed seat.
Compared with the prior art, the invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the PVC pipeline conveying clamp comprises a base, a plurality of side connecting rods, a top fixing plate, a top connecting rod, a side connecting rod and a clamping device, wherein the front side and the rear side of the top end of the base are symmetrically hinged with the plurality of side connecting rods, the top end of each side connecting rod is hinged with the top fixing plate which is longitudinally installed, the top connecting rods are hinged between the top fixing plates on the two sides, the clamping capacity of the PVC pipeline conveying clamp can be increased or reduced through relative movement between the top connecting rods and the side connecting rods, and the capacity of the clamp is adjusted.
Secondly, a plurality of cushion blocks are arranged at the top end of the base, arc plates for supporting the PVC pipelines are arranged at four edges of each cushion block, each cushion block is arranged between four adjacent PVC pipelines, the four PVC pipelines are supported through the arc plates on the four edges of each cushion block, the four PVC pipelines are isolated, and the installation firmness of the PVC pipelines is improved.
The top end of the base is provided with the plurality of cushion blocks, the four corners of each cushion block are provided with the arc plates for supporting the PVC pipelines, each cushion block is arranged between the four adjacent PVC pipelines, and the outer wall of the PVC pipeline arranged on the clamp is supported by the four cushion blocks through the installation of the plurality of cushion blocks, so that the stress of the outer wall of the PVC pipeline is uniform, and the PVC pipeline is prevented from being extruded and deformed due to uneven stress.
The arc plates for supporting the PVC pipelines are arranged at the four edges of the cushion block, the springs are arranged in the spring holes in the cushion block, so that the arc plates on the four edges of the cushion block are elastically telescopic, the cushion block is arranged between the four adjacent PVC pipelines through the springs, the outer walls of the PVC pipelines are damped, and the PVC pipelines are stably stressed during movement.
The four side surfaces of the cushion block body are provided with threaded rods, the top end of each threaded rod is provided with a connecting column, the distance between two adjacent cushion blocks is adjusted through the threaded rods, the two adjacent cushion blocks can be adjusted according to the diameter of the PVC pipe, the four side surfaces of the cushion block body are provided with the threaded rods, the four cushion blocks on the outer wall of the PVC pipe are enclosed into a square hole shape, the PVC pipe is covered, the PVC pipe is supported through the arc-shaped plates on the edges and corners of the cushion blocks, the stress of the PVC pipe is uniform, and the PVC pipe is prevented from being extruded and deformed.
Sixthly, the disc-shaped magnetic block is embedded in the center of the top of each connecting column; and two adjacent cushion blocks are connected through the magnetic block. The connecting columns of the two adjacent cushion blocks are quickly attracted through the magnetic blocks, so that the operation efficiency during installation is improved, the cushion blocks are quickly detached when the PVC pipeline is taken out of the clamp, and the installation operation simplicity of the cushion blocks is improved.

The diamond-shaped telescopic nets 6 are symmetrically installed on the left side and the right side of the top end of the base 3, hooks for hanging the diamond-shaped telescopic nets 6 are arranged on the outer sides of the leftmost side connecting rod 5 on the top end of the base 3 and the rightmost side connecting rod 5 on the top end of the base 3, the hooks are multiple in number and are distributed on the side wall of the side connecting rod 5 at equal intervals, hooks for hanging the diamond-shaped telescopic nets 6 are arranged on the outer sides of the leftmost top connecting rod 8 and the rightmost top connecting rod 8, the hooks are multiple in number and are distributed on the side wall of the top connecting rod 8 at equal intervals, and the diamond-shaped telescopic nets 6 are hung on the hooks of the side connecting rods 5 and the top; the net surface of the rhombic expansion net 6 is stretched and increased according to the adjustment of the side connecting rod 5 and the top connecting rod 8, the rhombic expansion net 6 comprises a rubber rope 601, an expansion sheet 602, a pull ring 603, the net surface of the rhombic expansion net 6 is formed by a plurality of rubber ropes 601 which are transversely arranged at equal intervals, and the plurality of rubber ropes 601 which are longitudinally arranged at equal intervals are crossed and formed, the joints of the transversely arranged rubber ropes 601 and the longitudinally arranged rubber ropes 601 are provided with a circular sheet-shaped expansion sheet 602, the expansion sheet 602 and the rubber ropes 601 are arranged into an integral structure, so that the expansion sheet 602 and the rubber ropes 601 are stretched synchronously, the mesh size of the net surface of the rubber ropes 601 after stretching is avoided, the expansion sheet 602 and the rubber ropes 601 are synchronously enlarged, the expansion sheet 602 blocks the mesh size of the rhombic expansion net 6, and the protection of a PVC pipe is improved. The annular pull ring 603 is respectively arranged at the two ends of each transversely-arranged rubber rope 601 and the two ends of each longitudinally-arranged rubber rope 601, so that the rhombic telescopic net 6 is convenient to mount and fix, and the mounting and dismounting operation simplicity of the rhombic telescopic net 6 is improved.
