Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a server system, and more particularly, to a server system capable of controlling network transmission rate and a method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the use demands of high-speed data transmission, such as wide application of cloud data operation and increasing of huge data processing, the stability of the high-speed network transmission rate performed by the server is important. In the server system, the conventional server uses a link network Switch (Switch) to perform high-speed data transmission through Ethernet (Ethernet). The network exchanger is connected with the server to form a network channel, and the network exchanger transmits a network communication signal to the server through the network channel, so that the server can perform high-speed data transmission through the network. Generally, if the server can support the 10G network connection rate, the network communication signal transmitted by the network switch can be used by the server to perform high-speed data transmission at the 10G network connection rate. However, if the network communication signal is unstable due to the unstable network interface connection of the server or other situations, the network switch weakens the network communication signal and reduces the network connection rate of the server (for example, 10G is reduced to 1G), but even if the network interface connection of the subsequent server is restored to be normal and stable, the network switch will not increase the network communication signal, so that the server can only perform data transmission at a lower network connection rate, and the applicability in use is not good, and the improvement is needed.

[ detailed description ] A
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of a server system for controlling network transmission rate according to the invention includes a network switching device 1 and a server device 2 connected to the network switching device 1.
The network switching device 1 comprises a transmitter 11 for transmitting a network communication signal.
The server device 2 includes a network signal receiver 21 connected to the transmitter 11, a programmable programmer 22 connected to the transmitter 11, and an antenna 23 connected to the programmable programmer 22.
The transmitter 11 is connected to the network signal receiver 21 to form a network channel 3, and the antenna 23 is adjacent to the network channel 3. The programmable programmer 22 is connected to the transmitter 11 and has a default table (not shown) built therein. During the process of transmitting the network communication signal to the network signal receiver 21 through the network channel 3, the antenna 23 is interfered by the network communication signal and coupled into the network communication signal, and the antenna 23 transmits the network communication signal received by coupling to the programmable programmer 22. Briefly, when the transmitter 11 is networked with the network signal receiver 21, the network communication signal interferes with the antenna 23, and the antenna 23 is coupled into the network communication signal and transmitted to the programmable programmer 22.
In this embodiment, the antenna 23 is a detecting antenna for detecting the network communication signal, and the antenna 23 needs to be close to the network channel 3 to ensure that the distance between the antenna 23 and the network channel 3 is within an effective range and the network communication signal can be coupled to the antenna 23 by Crosstalk (Crosstalk) noise interference coupling, but not limited thereto.
When the programmer 22 determines that the strength of the network communication signal does not reach a first reference value of the preset table, the programmer 22 transmits an enhanced signal message to the transmitter 11, and the transmitter 11 increases the strength of the network communication signal and transmits the increased strength of the network communication signal to the network signal receiver 21 through the network channel 3.
In the embodiment, the Programmable programmer 22 is a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), but not limited thereto, and may also be a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), and the Programmable programmer 22 is connected to the transmitter 11 (Inter-Integrated Circuit, I2C) by an Integrated communication bus, but not limited thereto.
It should be noted that the programmable programmer 22 has a digital/analog conversion unit 221 and a control unit 222 connected to the digital/analog conversion unit 221, in this embodiment, the antenna 23 couples the received network communication signal to be an analog signal, the programmable programmer 22 receives the network communication signal and converts the network communication signal into a set of digital codes through the digital/analog conversion unit 221 and transmits the set of digital codes to the control unit 222, and the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 determines whether the values corresponding to the set of digital codes reach the first reference value of the preset table. That is, the antenna 23 couples the received network communication signal to an analog signal, and the digital/analog conversion unit 221 of the programmable programmer 22 converts the network communication signal to a corresponding digital signal when receiving the network communication signal, for example, the communication signal received by the antenna 23 is an analog signal with a voltage ranging from 0v to 2v, and is converted to a corresponding digital code by the digital/analog conversion unit 221, such as: 0000 "," 0100 "or" 1100 ", the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 further compares the converted value of the set of digital codes in a decimal manner (not limited thereto, but also in a conversion manner such as hexadecimal) with the first reference value of the preset table, and if the converted value of the digital code corresponding to the network communication signal does not reach the first reference value of the preset table, the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 transmits the enhancement signal information to the transmitter 11 to notify the transmitter 11 of the enhancement signal, so that the transmitter 11 will increase the strength of the network communication signal and transmit the enhancement signal to the network signal receiver 21 through the network channel 3, thereby ensuring that the optimal network connection rate between the transmitter 11 and the network signal receiver 21 is maintained and high-speed data transmission is performed.
By the design that the antenna 23 is interfered by the network communication signal and the network communication signal is coupled to the antenna 23 in the process that the network communication signal is transmitted to the network signal receiver 21 of the server device 2 through the network channel 3, when the programmable programmer 22 judges that the strength of the network communication signal does not reach the first reference value of the preset table, the programmable programmer 22 transmits an enhanced signal message to the transmitter 11, and the transmitter 11 increases the strength of the network communication signal and transmits the enhanced signal message to the network signal receiver 21 through the network channel 3, the network connection speed of the network signal receiver 21 is effectively prevented from being reduced, and the purpose of stably transmitting high-speed data by the network signal receiver 21 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the first embodiment of the method for controlling the network transmission rate of the present invention is applied to the server system as described above. The method for controlling the network transmission rate comprises a step (A), a step (B), a step (C) and a step (D).
First, in the step (a), the transmitter 11 of the network switch device 1 transmits a network communication signal to the network signal receiver 21 of the server device 2 via a network channel 3. Then, in the step (B), during the process that the network communication signal is transmitted to the network signal receiver 21 through the network channel 3, the antenna 23 is interfered by the network communication signal and the network communication signal is coupled to the antenna 23, and the antenna 23 transmits the network communication signal received by coupling to the programmable programmer 22. In short, when the transmitter 11 is networked with the network signal receiver 21, the network communication signal interferes with the antenna 23, and the antenna 23 is coupled into the network communication signal and transmitted to the programmable programmer 22. In the present embodiment, the antenna 23 needs to be close to the network channel 3 to ensure that the distance between the antenna 23 and the network channel 3 is within an effective range and periodically and continuously couple the network communication signal to the antenna 23 in a Crosstalk (Crosstalk) noise interference coupling manner, but not limited thereto.
Then, in the step (C), the programmable programmer 22 analyzes and determines whether the strength of the network communication signal reaches the first reference value of the preset table. If the programmer 22 determines that the network communication signal has reached the first reference value of the default table, then the process returns to step (B). It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the network communication signal is an analog signal, and the programmable programmer 22 has the digital/analog converting unit 221 and a control unit 222 connected to the digital/analog converting unit 221, so that, further, the step (C) includes a step (C1) and a step (C2). In step (C1), the programmable programmer 22 receives the network communication signal and converts the network communication signal into a set of digital codes via the digital/analog conversion unit 221. In other words, the antenna 23 couples the received network communication signal to an analog signal, and the digital/analog conversion unit 221 of the programmable programmer 22 converts the network communication signal to a corresponding digital signal when receiving the network communication signal, for example, the communication signal received by the antenna 23 is an analog signal with a voltage ranging from 0v to 2v, and is converted to a corresponding digital code by the digital/analog conversion unit 221, such as: and "" 0000 "", "" 0100 "", or "" 1100 "".
In the step (C2), the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 analyzes and determines whether the value corresponding to the set of digital codes reaches the first reference value, and if so, returns to the step (B). In detail, in the embodiment, the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 compares the decimal-converted value of the set of digit codes (not limited thereto, or in hexadecimal-converted manner) with the first reference value of the preset table. If the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 determines that the value corresponding to the set of digital codes reaches the first reference value of the default table, indicating that the network connection rate between the transmitter 11 and the network signal receiver 21 is currently maintained at the optimal network connection rate, then the step (B) is performed. In addition, in this embodiment, the first reference value built in the preset table is a numerical value obtained by converting the network communication signal corresponding to the optimal connection rate of the network signal receiver 21 into a corresponding numerical code and performing decimal conversion, but not limited thereto.
If the determination in step (C2) is negative, finally, in step (D), the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 transmits an enhanced signal message to the transmitter 11, so that the transmitter 11 increases the network communication signal strength and transmits the enhanced network communication signal, and returns to step (B). That is, if the converted value of the digital code corresponding to the network communication signal does not reach the first reference value of the preset table, the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 transmits the enhancement signal information to the transmitter 11 to notify the transmitter 11 of the enhancement signal, so that the transmitter 11 increases the strength of the network communication signal and transmits the network communication signal to the network signal receiver 21 through the network channel 3, thereby ensuring that the optimal network connection rate is maintained between the transmitter 11 and the network signal receiver 21 and the high-speed data transmission is stably performed. In this embodiment, the enhancement signal information is to increase the network communication signal strength by 1dB, and when the transmitter 11 receives the enhancement signal information, the transmitter 11 increases the network communication signal strength by 1dB, but not limited thereto, and the signal strength required to be increased may be adjusted according to actual design requirements.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a second embodiment of the method for controlling a network transmission rate of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment of the method for controlling a network transmission rate, except that: the preset table of the programmable programmer 22 also has a second reference value greater than the first reference value, and the method for controlling the network transmission rate further includes a step (E1) and a step (E2) subsequent to the step (C2). If, in the step (C2), the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 determines that the value corresponding to the set of digital codes has reached the first reference value, then the steps (E1) and (E2) are performed.
In the step (E1), the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 determines whether the value corresponding to the set of digital codes exceeds the second reference value, and if not, returns to the step (B). In addition, in this embodiment, the first reference value of the preset table is a target value of the network link rate required to be achieved by the sender 11 and the network signal receiver 21, which is determined by the user, and the second reference value is a target upper limit value corresponding to the first reference value multiplied by 110%, but not limited thereto. To be more specific, the second embodiment is explained in that, in the step (C2), if the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 determines that the set of digital codes corresponds to the first reference value of the preset table, which indicates that the current network link rate of the transmitter 11 and the network signal receiver 21 is maintained above the optimal network link rate, then in the step (E1), it is further determined whether the second reference value is exceeded, and if the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 determines that the set of digital codes corresponds to the second reference value, which indicates that the current network link rate of the transmitter 11 and the network signal receiver 21 is within the target upper limit, the step (B) is returned to.
If the determination in step (E1) is no, then in step (E2), the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 transmits a reduction signal message to the transmitter 11, so that the transmitter 11 reduces the network communication signal strength and transmits the network communication signal after the reduction, and returns to step (B). That is, if the converted value of the digital code corresponding to the network communication signal exceeds the second reference value of the preset table, the control unit 222 of the programmable programmer 22 transmits the reduction signal message to the transmitter 11 to notify the transmitter 11 of the reduction signal, so that the transmitter 11 weakens the network communication signal strength and transmits the network communication signal strength to the network signal receiver 21 through the network channel 3, thereby ensuring that the connection rate of the transmitter 11 and the network signal receiver 21 can not exceed the target upper limit set by the user, in addition to maintaining the target network connection rate and performing high-speed data transmission. In this embodiment, the reducing signal information is to reduce the network communication signal strength by 1dB, and when the transmitter 11 receives the reducing signal information, the transmitter 11 reduces the network communication signal strength by 1dB, but not limited thereto, the signal strength required to be increased may be adjusted according to actual design requirements.
In summary, according to the server system and the method for controlling network transmission rate of the present invention, by the design that the antenna 23 is interfered by the network communication signal and the network communication signal is coupled to the antenna 23, when the programmable programmer 22 determines that the network communication signal does not reach the first reference value of the preset table, the programmable programmer 22 notifies the transmitter 11 to increase the strength of the network communication signal and transmit the network communication signal to the network signal receiver 21, so as to effectively avoid the network connection rate of the network signal receiver 21 from decreasing, and ensure that the network signal receiver 21 can stably perform high-speed data transmission.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily think of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and shall cover the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
