Knitting method of tubular knitted fabric with pocket
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of knitting, in particular to the technical field of flat knitting machines, and specifically relates to a knitting method of tubular knitted fabric with a pocket.
Background
Conventional knitted fabrics, particularly knitted garments such as tubular knitted fabrics and the like are generally formed by a plurality of knitted layers through artificial welts or stitches, and with the development of intelligent manufacturing techniques, seamless knitted fabrics such as full-fashioned knitwear, knitwear and the like have been integrally knitted using a flat knitting machine.
However, the pocket is used as a functional and decorative element in the knitted fabric, and because the pocket is not a necessary organizational structure in the knitted fabric, the traditional manufacturing process is still adopted at present, namely, the integrally formed base knitted layer, such as a sweater and the like, is formed and then the pocket knitted layer is sewn on the base knitted layer, on one hand, the sewn seam part is easy to wrinkle and lose shape due to the flexibility of the fabric, and the shape retention is poor, so that the quality of the knitted fabric product is influenced; on the other hand, the pocket sewing also needs independent procedures of pocket weaving layer manufacturing, pocket weaving layer sewing and the like, and corresponding manual work or machine equipment needs to be configured, so that the production efficiency is low, and the production cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of poor pocket shape retention, influence on quality of knitted fabric, low production efficiency and high production cost of the conventional pocket sewing process, the invention provides the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric with the pocket, which can effectively improve the quality of the tubular knitted fabric, and the knitted pocket has good shape retention, high production efficiency and low production cost.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme: the tubular knitted fabric is knitted by adopting a two-needle bed needle separation mode, and is characterized in that: knitting a base knitting layer of the tubular knitted fabric, directly knitting the pocket when meeting the pocket, knitting the base knitting layer to the position returning to the pocket after knitting the pocket for a half circle, and sequentially knitting the base knitting layer and the pocket for a half circle until the base knitting layer returns to the pocket again, and repeating the steps till the top of the pocket.
It is further characterized in that:

The front woven layer of the pocket can be wholly or partially woven by the reverse needle knitting structure according to actual working conditions, so that a rib stitch or a sweet osmanthus needle stitch and the like are formed, the occurrence of curling is prevented, and the shape retention of the pocket is further improved.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, still taking the left pocket 6 as an example, one circulation unit of the overlock sewing is shown at γ in fig. 11, the overlock sewing includes the steps of,
i: turning over needles of the 6n coils of the rear knitting layer of the pocket from the front needle bed to an empty needle position of the rear needle bed;
II: turning back 28 the adjacent pocket rear knitting layer coil 25 on the left side of the pocket front knitting layer coil 26 to be overlooked to the original needle position of the front needle bed from the rear needle bed, and left kicking the yarn guide 29;
III: weaving 30 front braid layer coils 26 of the pocket to be overlooked in the right row of the machine head;
IV: shaking a needle at the right side of the back needle bed and turning over the front knitting layer coil 26 passing through the pocket to be overlooked to the back needle bed by 31;
v: then the back needle bed shakes three needles to the right and turns over 32 the IV front knitting layer coil 26 of the pocket to be overlooked to the front needle bed, so that the front knitting layer coil 26 of the pocket to be overlooked is overlapped on the adjacent needle separating coil 27;
VI: repeating the steps II-V until all top width transverse rows of coils are subjected to stitch punching; the stitch on the top width row of the pocket can prevent the yarn from being loose and improve the shape keeping performance of the pocket.
After the method is adopted, when the base weaving layer of the tubular knitted fabric is woven to the pocket, the other half of the pocket and the base weaving layer are woven in sequence by weaving the base weaving layer and the pocket for half a week till the pocket returns to the position of the pocket, i.e. one cycle of pocket knitting involves knitting the front knitted layer of two rows of pockets and the back knitted layer of two rows of pockets, so that one or more pockets can be woven into the base knitted layer in a seamless one-shot manner during the process of integrally forming the base knitted layer, the pocket is prevented from being additionally arranged on the integrally formed tubular knitted fabric in a mode of sewing the pocket weaving layer, the production efficiency is effectively improved, the production cost is reduced, and the seamless pocket integrally formed with the tubular knitted fabric has the characteristic of a patch pocket, therefore, the knitted fabric has better shape retention, is not easy to wrinkle and lose shape, and effectively improves the quality of the tubular knitted fabric.
