Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt and application thereof in a waterproof bonding layer, belonging to the technical field of road materials, wherein the emulsified asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45-65% of matrix asphalt, 1-10% of reinforcing toughening agent, 1-5% of polymer viscosity reduction modifier, 1-10% of aqueous tackifying emulsion, 0.1-2% of emulsifying agent, 1-2% of pH regulator, 0.2-1% of stabilizing agent and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, mixing the matrix asphalt, the reinforcing toughening agent and the polymer viscosity reducer, heating to the temperature of 160-190 ℃, stirring and developing for 4-6h, (2) adding the asphalt emulsifier and the stabilizer into water, adjusting the pH value to 2-3, and adjusting the temperature to 50-70 ℃ to prepare soap liquid; (3) and shearing the prepared modified asphalt and the soap solution together by a colloid mill at a high speed to obtain emulsified asphalt, adding the aqueous tackifying emulsion, and uniformly stirring to obtain the high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt. The high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 45-65% of matrix asphalt, 1-10% of reinforcing toughening agent, 1-5% of polymer viscosity reduction modifier, 1-10% of aqueous tackifying emulsion, 0.1-2% of emulsifier, 1-2% of pH regulator, 0.2-1% of stabilizer and the balance of water; the polymer viscosity reducer is formed by mixing one or two of biological oil and thick oil in any proportion, and the weight average molecular weight is 500-2000.
2. The high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcing and toughening agent is one or a mixture of two or more of petroleum resin, vinyl resin or unsaturated resin.
3. The high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aqueous tackifying emulsion is one or a mixture of two or more of aqueous rosin emulsion, aqueous terpene resin or aqueous silicone emulsion.
4. The high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is one or a mixture of two of cationic fast-breaking emulsifier and nonionic emulsifier in any proportion.
5. The emulsified asphalt for high-temperature non-wheel-sticking wheel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base asphalt is petroleum asphalt, and the penetration degree of the petroleum asphalt is 20dmm-100 dmm.
6. The method for preparing high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH regulator is hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 36-38%.
7. The high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is one or a mixture of more than two of calcium chloride, methylcellulose or hydroxymethylcellulose.

The high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45-65% of matrix asphalt, 1-10% of petroleum resin, 1-5% of polymer viscosity reduction modifier, 110% of aqueous organosilicon emulsion, 0.1-2% of nonionic emulsifier, 1-2% of hydrochloric acid, 1-0.2% of hydroxymethyl cellulose and the balance of water; the polymer viscosity reducer is formed by mixing one or two of biological oil and thick oil in any proportion, and the weight average molecular weight is 500-2000.
9. The preparation method of the high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, mixing the matrix asphalt, the reinforcing toughening agent and the polymer viscosity reducer, heating to 160-190 ℃, and stirring for development for 4-6h;
s2, adding the asphalt emulsifier and the stabilizer into water, adjusting the pH value to 2-3, and adjusting the temperature to 50-70 ℃ to prepare soap liquid;
and S3, shearing the prepared modified asphalt and the soap solution together by a colloid mill at a high speed to obtain emulsified asphalt, and adding the aqueous tackifying emulsion into the emulsified asphalt when the prepared emulsified asphalt is cooled to 50-70 ℃ and stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain the high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt.
10. The application method of the high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt is characterized in that the high-temperature wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt is used as a bridge deck waterproof bonding layer.
