Abstract
本发明公开了一种电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具,包括机架、夹具、固定架、绕线夹、电机驱动机构一和电机驱动机构二;夹具和固定架分别安装在机架两侧,用于定位绝缘杆;绕线夹安装在绝缘杆侧部,其上设有输送接地线的滑轮组;电机驱动机构一和电机驱动机构二均安装在机架上,电机驱动机构一用于驱动夹具转动以带动绝缘杆旋转,电机驱动机构二用于驱动绕线夹沿绝缘杆轴向运动。本发明的电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具,可大大降低接地线绕制时间,绕制更为美观、高质量,并且可实现单人操作,大大提高效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高压输电技术领域,具体涉及一种电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具。
背景技术
在换流站日常业务中,接地线使用频率很高,为保证使用后接地线保存良好,存放美观且节约存储空间,一般需将接地线沿绝缘杆进行绕制。目前接地线绕制一般采用手动方式进行,一人负责固定绝缘杆,一人负责绕制,此方式存在以下缺点:
1、绕制质量差,导致摆放凌乱,绕制不规范,多次使用大概率会损坏接地线,接地线一旦损坏,若使用前未被发现,可能造成因感应电引起的人身伤亡事故。因接地线检验周期为6年,损坏后通过检验手段发现的周期很长,又加大了该事故发生的概率。
2、耗时长,消耗人力多,人工绕制从一般需要15-25分钟一组,且需两个人同时配合,效率极低。据悉,南方电网所辖站点均存在此问题,累计统计,消耗人力极大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具。
采取的技术方案是:一种电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具,包括机架、夹具、固定架、绕线夹、电机驱动机构一和电机驱动机构二;夹具和固定架分别安装在机架两侧,用于定位绝缘杆;绕线夹安装在绝缘杆侧部,其上设有输送接地线的滑轮组;电机驱动机构一和电机驱动机构二均安装在机架上,电机驱动机构一用于驱动夹具转动以带动绝缘杆旋转,电机驱动机构二用于驱动绕线夹沿绝缘杆轴向运动。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的机架靠近夹具的一侧还设有沿绝缘杆轴向伸缩的定位架,用于定位绝缘杆的其中一个端部。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述机架的底部设有多个用于移动的脚轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的绕制工具,可大大降低接地线绕制时间,绕制更为美观、高质量,并且可实现单人操作,大大提高效率。增设可移动式功能,实现现场与工具房均可使用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
请参照图1所示,一种电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具,包括机架1、夹具2、固定架3、绕线夹4、电机驱动机构一5和电机驱动机构二6。
机架1为框架式结构,分为上下二层,上层的前后两端分别设有安装板,底部设有带脚刹的脚轮8,便于整个绕制工具的移动,实现现场与工具房均可使用。
夹具2和固定架3分别安装在机架1前后两端的安装板上。夹具2可以采用常规的抱箍或者爪夹结构,用于固定绝缘杆9,便于带动其旋转。固定架3可以采用普通的支撑架,也可以采用抱箍结构,用于支撑和辅助固定绝缘杆9,以使绝缘杆9保持水平。
绕线夹4则安装在机架1的侧面,包括支撑板和固定在其上的滑轮组,接地线的一端绕过滑轮组后与绝缘杆9固定,滑轮组可以使得在整个绕制过程,保持接地线,防止其缠绕。
电机驱动机构一5包括电机一和转动件,转动件固定在夹具2的侧面,二者同轴心设置,且转动件中心设有供绝缘杆9穿过的通孔。电机一安装在机架1上,转动件通过支架安装在机架1前端的安装板上,电机一与转动件之间可以通过皮带传动、齿轮传动或蜗轮蜗杆传动的方式进行连接,实现夹具2的转动,进而带动绝缘杆9旋转。
电机驱动机构二6则包括电机二和滑动件,电机二安装在机架上,其通过丝杆、电缸等直线传动结构与滑动件连接,实现滑动件沿绝缘杆9轴向来回运动,绕线夹4固定在滑动件上,如此,即可实现绕线夹4沿绝缘杆9轴向来回运动。
优选的,由于绝缘杆9较长,接地线一般缠绕在绝缘杆9的中部,因此,为了更好的固定住绝缘杆9,机架1的前端还设有可向前伸缩的定位架7,平时,定位架7伸入机架1内部,当绕制接地线时,将其拉出,通过定位架7将绝缘杆9端部固定。定位架7的结构可以同固定架3,也可以较为简单,只需在其上开设与绝缘杆9外形相适配的通孔或盲孔即可。定位架7的抽拉方式采用常规的抽屉使用的导轨结构即可。
使用时,先将绝缘杆9固定在夹具2、固定架3和定位架7上,然后将接地线的一端绕过绕线夹4上端的滑轮组后绑定在绝缘杆9上,启动电机驱动机构一5和电机驱动机构二6,在绝缘杆9旋转的同时,绕线夹4来回运动,即可将接地线均匀多层的绕制在绝缘杆9上。

1.一种电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、夹具(2)、固定架(3)、绕线夹(4)、电机驱动机构一(5)和电机驱动机构二(6);夹具(2)和固定架(3)分别安装在机架(1)两侧,用于定位绝缘杆(9);绕线夹(4)安装在绝缘杆(9)侧部,其上设有输送接地线的滑轮组;电机驱动机构一(5)和电机驱动机构二(6)均安装在机架(1)上,电机驱动机构一(5)用于驱动夹具(2)转动以带动绝缘杆(9)旋转,电机驱动机构二(6)用于驱动绕线夹(4)沿绝缘杆(9)轴向运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具,其特征在于:所述的机架(1)靠近夹具(2)的一侧还设有沿绝缘杆(9)轴向伸缩的定位架(7),用于定位绝缘杆(9)的其中一个端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动辅助式高压接地线绕制工具,其特征在于:所述机架(1)的底部设有多个用于移动的脚轮(8)。
