Preferably, the machine head is connected with a holding part, a motor bin is arranged in the holding part, a motor is arranged in the motor bin, and heat dissipation holes are formed in the side wall of the motor bin; the motor is characterized in that a circuit bin is connected to the rear of the motor bin, a switch is arranged in the circuit bin, the switch is started by a starting button, and the starting button partially extends out of the holding portion.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an angle grinder comprises a housing, wherein the housing comprises a machine head 1, and the machine head 1 is made of plastic. The plastic material uses one or more combination of the following raw materials: glass fiber reinforced nylon, PC, ABS, PC and ABS alloy materials, PP, glass fiber reinforced PP and the like. Current engineering grade plastics have achieved the strength of common steel, and there are also many strengths that far exceed that of steel. Engineering plastics have many other characteristics that cannot be achieved by steel, such as: 1. chemical resistance: the chemical corrosion resistance of engineering plastics to acid, alkali and the like is much better than that of metals; 2. light specific gravity: the low density is a great advantage of plastics, so that the cost is reduced and the weight is reduced; 3. self-lubricating: the lubricating device is not used for lubricating maintenance, so that the maintenance cost can be reduced, and the accident rate can be reduced; besides, the material has many characteristics of resistance, high temperature resistance and the like, and is a good material for replacing steel and the like.
The aircraft nose 1 includes left aircraft nose shell 101 and right aircraft nose shell 102, be provided with a plurality of bolt hole on left aircraft nose shell 101 with right aircraft nose shell 102, both connect the installation by the bolt.

The hand-held part 2 is divided into a left shell 201 and a right shell 202, wherein a plurality of bolt holes are formed in the left shell 201 and the right shell 202, and the left shell 201 and the right shell 202 are connected and installed through bolts.
A first-stage gear assembly 6 and a second-stage gear assembly 7 are arranged in the machine head 1, the first-stage gear assembly 6 and the second-stage gear assembly 7 are kneaded with each other, and the second-stage gear assembly 7 is connected with the grinding plate 3.
A heat dissipation port 12 is formed in the side wall of a first-stage gear assembly 6 arranged in the machine head 1, a fan 61 which rotates synchronously is arranged on the first-stage gear assembly 6, and heat in the machine head 1 is blown out of the heat dissipation port 12 by the fan 61.
The end of the second-stage gear assembly 7 is provided with a clamp ring 71, and the clamp ring 71 fixedly mounts the grinding plate 3 to the second-stage gear assembly 7.
A disassembly button 8 is arranged at the top of the machine head 1, the disassembly button 8 can drive the locking rod 81 to move downwards, and the locking rod 81 moves downwards to block the rotation of the second-stage gear assembly 7; the bottom of the disassembly button 8 is provided with a return spring, and the end part of the locking rod 81 is clamped in the disassembly button 8, so that the two can move upwards together under the action of the return spring.
A protective cover 31 is detachably connected below the machine head 1.
The tail part of the hand holding part 2 is provided with a battery connecting part 4, and the battery connecting part 4 is connected with a battery which supplies power for the device.
The device provides a technical scheme of an angle grinder, and metal materials in the prior art, such as a machine head 1 supported by aluminum materials, are changed into plastic materials. In addition, the shell of the angle grinder comprises a hand holding part 2, and the existing angle grinder adopts different materials, so that the machine head 1 and the hand holding part 2 are two separated parts.
By adopting the scheme, the machine head 1 and the hand holding part 2 can be two separated independent parts or can be an integral part which is divided into a left part and a right part, and the two parts are integrated by adopting bolt refining.
When the angle grinder is assembled, the circuit part and the motor can be firstly arranged in the left shell 201, then the first-stage gear assembly 6 and the second-stage gear assembly 7 are arranged in the left machine head shell 101, then the right shell 202 and the right machine head shell 102 are covered, finally, screws are screwed in, and the two petals are combined. Or the circuit part and the motor are firstly arranged in the right shell 202, then the first-stage gear assembly 6 and the second-stage gear assembly 7 are arranged in the right head shell 102, then the left shell 201 and the left head shell 101 are covered, finally the screw is screwed in, and the two petals are combined. The installation sequence has no influence on the assembly, and other tools are not needed, so that the assembly efficiency is improved.
The plastic material is adopted to replace a metal material, so that the material cost can be reduced, the production difficulty can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Engineering plastics can be used as engineering materials and plastics for replacing metal to manufacture machine parts and the like. The engineering plastic has excellent comprehensive performance, high rigidity, small creep, high mechanical strength, high heat resistance and high electric insulating property, may be used in harsh chemical and physical environment for long period, and may be used to replace metal as engineering structure material.
