Background
A terminal is an accessory product for realizing electrical connection, and is classified into a category of connectors. Along with the increasingly higher degree of industrial automation and the increasingly strict and accurate industrial control requirements, the use amount of the wiring terminal gradually rises, and the variety of the wiring terminal is also increasing. The ground ring terminal is a common wiring terminal, also called a ring terminal, and consists of a circular wiring ring at one end and a sleeve pipe at the other end, wherein a lead is inserted into the sleeve pipe, and then the sleeve pipe is pressed by using a terminal clamp to flatten and fix the lead by the sleeve pipe.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present designer is actively making research and innovation to create a new type of terminal for connecting wires, so that the terminal has more industrial utility value.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a wiring terminal for connecting a wire, which is convenient to connect with the wire, can be reused after being used once, and improves the resource utilization rate.
The invention relates to a connecting terminal for connecting a lead, which comprises a fixed clamping seat, wherein the fixed clamping seat comprises a cylindrical annular fixed sleeve seat, a notch is formed in the middle of the fixed sleeve seat, a connecting plate is formed on one side of the fixed sleeve seat, a supporting seat is formed at one end of the connecting plate, a groove communicated with the notch is formed in the middle of the supporting seat, a movable clamping seat is inserted in the groove and the notch, the movable clamping seat comprises a cylindrical annular movable sleeve seat inserted in the notch and staggered with the fixed sleeve seat, a supporting plate with one end inserted in the groove is formed on one side of the movable sleeve seat, a pair of guide rods are formed on two sides of the supporting plate, one end of each guide rod penetrates through the supporting seat and is connected with a handle rod, two ends of each handle rod are fixed on the corresponding guide rods, a pressure spring is inserted and sleeved on the corresponding guide rod, and two ends of the pressure spring are respectively pressed on the inner wall, the end part of the support plate is formed with a limiting block, the inner wall of the groove is formed with a guide groove parallel to the guide rod, and the limiting block is inserted in the guide groove.
By means of the technical scheme, when the wire clamping device is used, the movable clamping seat is pulled or pushed by the handle rod, the movable sleeve seat of the movable clamping seat and the fixed sleeve seat of the fixed clamping seat are overlapped, the pressure spring deforms at the moment to store elastic potential energy, then a wire is inserted into the fixed sleeve seat and the movable sleeve seat, finally the handle rod is released, the movable clamping seat rises or falls under the action of the elastic potential energy released by the pressure spring, and the movable sleeve seat and the fixed sleeve seat are staggered to clamp the wire. After the connecting terminal is used, the movable clamping seat is pulled or pushed by the handle rod again, so that the movable sleeve seat and the fixed sleeve seat are overlapped, the lead can be pulled out, then the pulling rod is released, and the connecting terminal can be used again.
Through the scheme, the wiring terminal for connecting the wires is convenient to connect with the wires, and can be reused after being used once, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved.
Preferably, a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove are formed in the inner walls of the support plate and the groove respectively, a first support shaft and a second support shaft are formed at two ends of the pressure spring respectively, the first support shaft is inserted into the first clamping groove, and the second support shaft is inserted into the second clamping groove.
Preferably, an L-shaped guide rod is formed on the handle rod, the guide rod is inserted into the support seat, one end of the guide rod extends into the groove, and a baffle is formed at one end of the guide rod extending into the groove.
Preferably, the inner walls of the fixed sleeve seat and the movable sleeve seat are respectively provided with a plurality of clamping rings with triangular sections.
Preferably, the inner hole diameter of the fixed sleeve seat is equal to the inner hole diameter of the movable sleeve seat.
Preferably, an extension plate is formed at one end of the fixed clamp seat, and a wiring ring is formed at one end of the extension plate.

The invention relates to a connecting terminal for connecting a lead, which comprises a fixed clamping seat 1, wherein an extension plate 12 is formed at one end of the fixed clamping seat, a wiring circular ring 13 is formed at one end of the extension plate, the fixed clamping seat comprises a cylindrical annular fixed sleeve seat 11, a notch 111 is formed in the middle of the fixed sleeve seat, a connecting plate 3 is formed on one side of the fixed sleeve seat, a supporting seat 4 is formed at one end of the connecting plate, a groove 41 communicated with the notch is formed in the middle of the supporting seat, a movable clamping seat 2 is inserted in the groove and the notch, the movable clamping seat comprises a cylindrical annular movable sleeve seat 21 which is inserted in the notch 111 and is staggered with the fixed sleeve seat 11, the aperture of an inner hole of the fixed sleeve seat is equal to the aperture of an inner hole of the movable sleeve seat, a plurality of clamping rings (not shown in the figure) with triangular sections are formed on the inner walls of the fixed sleeve seat and the movable sleeve seat, a support plate 22 with one end inserted in the groove is formed on one, a pair of guide rods 23 are formed on two sides of the support plate, one end of each guide rod penetrates through the support seat and is connected with a handle rod 24, two ends of each handle rod are fixed on the guide rods, an L-shaped guide rod 25 is formed on each handle rod, the guide rods are inserted into the support seat 4, one end of each guide rod extends into the corresponding groove 41, a baffle 251 is formed at one end of each guide rod extending into the corresponding groove, a pressure spring 5 is inserted and sleeved on each guide rod 23, two ends of each pressure spring are respectively pressed against the inner wall of the corresponding groove 41 and the support plate 22, a limiting block 221 is formed at the end part of each support plate, a guide groove 411 parallel to each guide rod is formed on the inner wall of each groove, the limiting blocks are inserted into the guide grooves, a first clamping groove 61 and a second clamping groove 62 are respectively formed on the inner walls of the support plates and the grooves, a first fulcrum shaft 51 and a second fulcrum shaft 52 are respectively formed at two ends of each, the second fulcrum is inserted into the second clamping groove 62.
When the wire clamping device is specifically implemented, the movable clamping seat 2 is pulled or pushed by the handle rod 24, so that the movable sleeve seat 21 of the movable clamping seat is overlapped with the fixed sleeve seat 11 of the fixed clamping seat 1, the pressure spring 5 is deformed at the moment to store elastic potential energy, then a wire is inserted into the fixed sleeve seat and the movable sleeve seat, finally the handle rod is released, the movable clamping seat rises or falls under the action of the elastic potential energy released by the pressure spring, and the movable sleeve seat 21 and the fixed sleeve seat 11 are staggered to clamp the wire. After the use is finished, the movable clamping seat 2 is pulled or pushed by the handle rod 24 again, so that the movable sleeve seat 21 and the fixed sleeve seat 11 are overlapped, the lead can be pulled out, then the pulling rod is released, and the connecting terminal can be used again.
In summary, the wiring terminal for connecting the wires is convenient to connect with the wires, and can be reused after being used once, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved.
