The first-aid repair method of the repair and emergency device for the lining repair pipe comprises the following steps:
(1) opening a leakage point of the outer steel pipe, connecting a steel sheet to the lower end of the plug through threads, placing a PU rubber piece on the steel sheet, plugging the plug into a hole of the leakage point, and enabling the PU rubber piece to enter the lining repair pipe until the horizontal line of the steel sheet is consistent with the axial line of the outer steel pipe;
(2) wrapping the bushing outside the plug, fixing the anchor ear at the periphery of the bushing, and embedding the elastic conical block at the lower half part of the bushing into the upper plane of the rubber part;
(3) rotating a nut on the plug, pressing the bushing downwards to expand the outer circle of the PU rubber part, and enabling the elastic conical block to upwards press a leakage point;
(4) removing the nut and the bush, penetrating the plug screw through the upper hole of the hoop, and fixing the hoop;
(5) and screwing the nut on the plug, performing a compression test under the pressure of 2.5Mpa, and observing whether the medium leaks.
