Abstract

The camshaft support is one of key components of a braking system and is a core part for ensuring whether the camshaft can ensure efficient brake force transmission and flexible return during braking. The mounting hole 3 comprises first installation cavity 31, second installation cavity 32, third installation cavity 33 and fourth installation cavity 34 that communicate in proper order from the front to the back, first installation cavity 31, second installation cavity 32 and third installation cavity 33 are the echelonment arrangement that the aperture increases progressively, the aperture of fourth installation cavity 34 is greater than the aperture of second installation cavity 32 and is less than the aperture of third installation cavity 33.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: during assembly, the radial spherical plain bearing 5 is firstly put into the second mounting cavity 32 from the fourth mounting cavity 34 at the rear side, then the snap spring 8 for drilling is arranged in the third mounting cavity 33, and after the assembly is finished, the first oil seal 6 is arranged in the first mounting cavity 31, and the second oil seal 7 is arranged in the fourth mounting cavity 34.
