In a most preferred embodiment, the emulsifier of the present invention is hydrogenated lecithin.
In experiments, the inventor of the application finds that the hydrogenated lecithin is selected as the main emulsifier, so that unique skin feel can be brought. The reason why it may exist is that lecithin is an important component of biological membranes, has excellent compatibility with the skin, is an indispensable substance for stratum corneum cells, and can help the skin to reestablish a natural moisture barrier. The hydrogenated lecithin selected by the invention is prepared by hydrogenating and saturating natural lecithin from soybean, the content of hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine is not less than 70%, the stability is high, and the smell is low. The hydrogenated lecithin can form a unique bionic lamellar structure of the phospholipid in the cream, and has good skin-attaching property and affinity. It forms a protective film on the stratum corneum, building a good moisture barrier. Meanwhile, the composite material can be used as a conveying carrier for substances inside and outside the membrane, and can improve the absorption of active substances.
Because the hydrogenated lecithin has selectivity when emulsifying the grease, and the emulsifying capacity to the silicone oil and the vegetable oil is general, the inulin lauryl carbamate of natural source is selected as the auxiliary emulsifying agent, the emulsifying capacity is superior, and the oil is not selective. The two emulsifiers are compounded for use, different types of grease can be selected, the skin feel of the product is enriched, and the stability of the cream product is improved. Due to the addition of inulin lauryl carbamate, emulsion droplets with smaller sizes can be obtained, the adhesion degree of the product is further increased, and the permeability of active substances is increased;
hydrogenated lecithin has poor solubility in water and is not suitable for long-term heating. The component A is a water phase, and the component B is an oil phase, and the temperature is required to be heated to 80-85 ℃, so that the component A cannot be dissolved in the water phase or the oil phase firstly. According to the invention, hydrogenated lecithin is dispersed in the polyhydric alcohol in advance and is put into the emulsion before emulsification, so that the situation of discoloration and odor change caused by long-time high-temperature heating can be avoided. Wherein, the alcohol phase is the compound of glycerol and dihydric alcohol, which is beneficial to dispersion, and when the proportion of the polyhydric alcohol and the hydrogenated lecithin is controlled to be (15-19): (1.2-1.87), the dispersion effect of the hydrogenated lecithin in the polyol is best.
