A method of metrological verification as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the automatically generated verification certificate for verification specifically comprises: and generating a verification certificate for verification according to the verification original record table with the same verification indication value as the verification original record table.
5. A method of metrological verification as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the automatically generated certification certificate for approval specifically includes:
and importing basic information of the verification measuring instrument in the measuring instrument database into an original record table template, importing verification indication values in the verification original record table into the original record table template to obtain a verification original record table for approval, and generating a verification certificate for approval according to the verification original record table for approval.
6. A method of metrological verification as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the step of judging whether the verification indication value and the basic information of the verification measuring instrument are standard or not specifically comprises the following steps of:
judging whether the verification indication value and the basic information of the verification measuring instrument meet the threshold condition or not, and if not, the verification indication value of the verification measuring instrument cannot be input;
the threshold condition comprises the conditions of detecting indication value, division value of basic information of the detecting measuring instrument, accuracy grade, atmospheric pressure value, temperature value and humidity value, and whether the range is exceeded or not.
7. A metrological verification system, characterized by: the system comprises a measuring instrument database unit, a verification unit, a certificate verification unit, an approval unit, a data verification unit and a data normalization unit;
the measuring instrument database unit is used for inputting basic information of the verified measuring instrument;
the verification unit is used for judging whether the data in the verification original record table is correct or not and uploading the verification original record table to the verification unit;
the verification unit is used for comparing whether the data in the original record table for verification and the data in the verification original record table are the same or not, further generating a verification certificate to be verified and uploaded to the certificate verification unit;
the certificate verification unit is used for comparing whether the verification certificate for verification is the same as the data in the verification certificate to be verified, generating the verification certificate to be approved and uploading the verification certificate to the approval unit;
the approval unit is used for comparing whether the data in the certificate for approval and the certificate to be approved are the same or not so as to generate a certificate or certificate result notice;
the data checking unit is used for checking basic information and a verification indication value of the verification measuring instrument in the original recording table and the verification certificate again;
the data standard unit is used for judging whether the filled verification indicating value and the verification measuring instrument basic information meet threshold conditions or not, and simplifying the verification step of the verification measuring instrument basic information.
8. A metrology calibration method, comprising: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
establishing a meter instrument database, wherein the meter instrument database comprises basic information of a calibration meter instrument;
the calibration unit is used for importing basic information of the calibration measuring instrument in the measuring instrument database into a calibration original record table template, manually filling a calibration measured value of the calibration measuring instrument in the calibration original record table template, judging whether the manually filled calibration measured value of the calibration measuring instrument is standard or not, if not, not allowing entry, if so, further judging whether an abnormal value exists in the calibration measured value of the calibration measuring instrument, if so, removing the abnormal value according to requirements, evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the calibration measured value of the calibration measuring instrument, and further generating a calibration original record table and uploading the calibration original record table to the first verification unit;
logging in a first verification unit, comparing a first calibration original record table for verification generated automatically with a calibration original record table uploaded to the verification unit, judging whether data in the calibration original record table and the calibration original record table for verification are the same or not, if not, uploading the calibration original record table to a data verification unit, and if so, generating a calibration certificate to be verified according to the calibration original record table and uploading the calibration certificate to the first certificate verification unit;
logging in a first certificate verification unit, comparing an automatically generated calibration certificate for verification with a calibration certificate to be verified uploaded to the certificate verification unit, judging whether data in the calibration certificate to be verified and the data in the calibration certificate to be verified are the same, if not, uploading the calibration certificate to be verified to a data verification unit, and if so, generating a calibration certificate to be approved and uploading the calibration certificate to be approved to a first approval unit;
logging in a first approval unit, comparing an approval calibration certificate automatically generated by a background with a to-be-approved calibration certificate uploaded to the approval unit, judging whether data in the to-be-verified calibration certificate and the data in the to-be-verified calibration certificate are the same, if not, uploading the to-be-verified calibration certificate to a data verification unit, and if so, generating a calibration certificate or a calibration result notice.
9. A metrology calibration method according to claim 8 wherein: the determining whether an abnormal value exists in the calibration measurement value of the calibration measuring instrument specifically includes:
and judging whether abnormal values exist in the calibration measured values of the calibration measuring instruments by adopting a Grabas criterion and a Dixon criterion, if the abnormal values exist in the calibration measured values of the calibration measuring instruments by adopting the Grabas criterion and the Dixon criterion, judging that the abnormal values exist, and rejecting the abnormal values.
10. A metrology calibration system, characterized by: the system comprises a measurement uncertainty judgment unit, a first measuring instrument database unit, a calibration unit, a first verification unit, a first certificate verification unit, a first approval unit, a first data verification unit and a data normalization unit;
the measurement uncertainty judging unit is used for judging whether an abnormal value exists in the calibration measured values of the calibration measuring instrument or not and rejecting the abnormal value in the calibration measured values of the calibration measuring instrument;
the first metering appliance database unit is used for entering basic information of a calibration metering appliance;
the first calibration unit is used for judging whether the data in the calibration original record table is correct or not and uploading the calibration original record table to the first verification unit;
the first verification unit is used for comparing whether the data in the calibration original record table for verification and the data in the calibration original record table are the same or not, further generating a calibration certificate to be verified and uploading the calibration certificate to the first certificate verification unit;
the first certificate verifying unit is used for comparing whether the data in the calibration certificate for verification and the data in the calibration certificate to be verified are the same or not, generating a calibration certificate to be approved and uploading the calibration certificate to the first approving unit;
the first approval unit is used for comparing whether the data in the approval calibration certificate and the data in the to-be-approved calibration certificate are the same or not so as to generate a calibration certificate or a calibration result notice;
the first data checking unit is used for checking original basic information of the calibration measuring instrument in the calibration original recording table and the calibration certificate again;
the first data standard unit is used for judging whether basic information of the calibration measuring instrument and a calibration measured value of the calibration measuring instrument meet threshold conditions or not, and simplifying a measurement calibration verification step.
