The preset duration can be set according to a user, and automatically set by the cooking equipment according to statistics of historical cleaning records, and the specific value range can be determined according to the use characteristics of different cooking equipment. When the device is actually used, the preset duration can be accurate to any duration range. For example: cooking equipment such as an electric rice cooker, which is frequently used, can be generally selected from 1 to 7 days according to specific use conditions.
The use features may include: the cooking equipment is mainly used for cooking food materials; the different food materials produce different stains and have different effects on cleanliness.
The use features may also include: frequency of use, etc., the higher the frequency of use, the higher the frequency of cleaning, i.e., the frequency of use is positively correlated with the frequency of cleaning.
Optionally, the step 11 further includes: detecting a degree of foreign matter accumulation in the cooking apparatus.
The condition of the foreign matter accumulation can be represented by the following parameters or indexes:
refers to the amount of foreign matter accumulation;
a change amount or a humidity value of humidity inside the cooking apparatus caused by the foreign matter;
thickness of layer formed by accumulation of foreign matter
The weight of the foreign matter.
For example: the humidity in the cooking device can indicate the accumulation degree of steam foreign matters, and the distance thickness change between the upper cover and the movable cover plate of the cooking device can indicate the accumulation degree of solid/jelly/bubbles and other foreign matters.
In some embodiments, an induction capacitor is arranged between an upper cover and a movable cover plate of a cooking device, in the using process of the cooking device, substances such as food and water can generate foams, steam and other foreign matters in the cooking process, the foreign matters can pass through a gap between the upper cover and the movable cover plate of the cooking device and remain, the foreign matters remaining on the induction capacitor can change a capacitance medium, so that a capacitance value is changed, and the accumulation degree of the foreign matters on the upper cover of the cooking device and the accumulation degree of the foreign matters on the movable cover plate of the cooking device can be obtained by detecting the capacitance value variation of the induction capacitor.
In other embodiments, an infrared sensor is arranged between an upper cover and a movable cover plate of the cooking device, when the cooking device is used, substances such as food and water can generate foams, steam and other foreign matters in the cooking process, the foreign matters can pass through a gap between the upper cover and the movable cover plate of the cooking device and remain in the sensing range of the infrared sensor, the propagation efficiency of infrared rays can be influenced, the infrared sensor detects the foreign matters, and the accumulation degree of the foreign matters on the upper cover of the cooking device and the accumulation degree of the foreign matters on the movable cover plate of the cooking device can be obtained through the variation of the propagation efficiency of the infrared rays.
The degree of foreign matter accumulation includes: the degree of foreign matter accumulation on the upper cover of the cooking apparatus; and/or the degree of accumulation of foreign matter on a removable cover of the cooking apparatus.
Optionally, the step 12 further includes: and if the foreign matter accumulation degree reaches a preset value, outputting the cleaning prompt information. The preset value can be set automatically according to the user setting or according to the statistics of historical data,
an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing method of a cooking device, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 21: detecting a use condition parameter of the cooking equipment; the use condition parameter represents the timing duration of the cooking equipment from the timing starting moment to the current moment.
Step 22: and outputting cleaning prompt information of the cooking equipment according to the using condition parameters.
Step 23: detecting whether the relative position of a movable cover plate of the cooking equipment and an upper cover of the cooking equipment is changed in a preset mode.
In practical applications, the preset change of the relative position of the movable cover plate of the cooking device and the upper cover of the cooking device may be the separation of the movable cover plate of the cooking device and the upper cover of the cooking device, for example, the movable cover plate of a household electric cooker is directly detached; it is also possible that the position of the removable cover of the cooking device and the upper cover of the cooking device are physically connected, and the relative angle generated by the rotation of the rotating shaft part is changed, for example, some cooking devices are designed to be not completely disassembled, and the removable cover inside the cooking device can be pulled or opened within a certain angle range for cleaning.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a sensing module 301 is disposed on an upper cover 303 of a cooking device as one electrode plate of a capacitor, and a movable cover 302 of the cooking device as another electrode plate of the capacitor, and by sensing the capacitor, a medium of the capacitor changes and a capacitance value changes accordingly, so as to determine whether the movable cover 302 is removed or not by a capacitance value change of the capacitor.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a process for detecting whether a relative position between a movable cover plate of a cooking apparatus and an upper cover of the cooking apparatus is changed by a preset value is shown in fig. 4, and includes:
And 42, judging whether the capacitance value of the electrode reaches a preset value, if so, performing 43, and otherwise, performing 41.
And 43, judging that the relative position of the movable cover plate of the cooking equipment and the upper cover of the cooking equipment is changed, and finishing detection.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a flow of an information processing method of a cooking apparatus includes:
the cooking equipment is powered on and started, and the use condition detection of the cooking equipment is started.
And step 51, timing.
And detecting the timing duration of the cooking equipment from the timing starting time to the current time.
In practical applications, the timing start time may be one of the following: the output time of the previous cleaning prompt message; the time when the previous cleaning of the cooking device is completed; and the moment when the relative position of the movable cover plate of the cooking equipment and the upper cover of the cooking equipment is changed in a preset mode in the previous time.
And step 52, judging whether the timing time length reaches a preset time length.
In some embodiments, the preset time period may be set according to actual use characteristics of the cooking apparatus, for example: the preset time of the electric cooker and the pressure cooker can be set to be 1-7 days according to the use frequency.
If the determination result in the step 52 is negative, a step 53 is performed to determine whether the relative position between the movable cover plate of the cooking apparatus and the upper cover of the cooking apparatus is changed by a preset value.
In some embodiments, the induction module is arranged on the upper cover of the cooking device and serves as one pole plate of the capacitor, the movable cover plate of the cooking device serves as the other pole plate of the capacitor, and whether the relative position of the movable cover plate of the cooking device and the upper cover of the cooking device is changed in a preset mode or not is judged according to the change of the capacitance value by detecting the change of the capacitance value.
For example, the processor of the cooking device previously obtains a detection model that reflects: and detecting the corresponding relation between the capacitance parameter of the capacitor and the relative position between the movable cover plate and the upper cover. The capacitance parameter may include: capacitance and the variation of the capacitance. In this way, after receiving the capacitance parameter currently detected by the detection capacitor, the processor of the cooking apparatus may query the correspondence relation with the capacitance parameter as a reference to determine the relative position between the removable cover plate and the upper cover or whether the relative position is changed by a preset amount. Therefore, the cooking device can determine whether the relative position of the upper cover is changed in a preset mode or not based on the detection model.
If the determination result in step 53 is yes, step 54 is performed, in which the processing unit (e.g., processing circuit, processor, controller, or the like) of the cooking appliance sends a timer clear message to the timer, and the timer clears the timer duration after receiving the timer clear message, and step 52 is restarted.
If the determination result in step 53 is negative, the process proceeds to step 52.
If the determination result in step 52 is yes, the process proceeds to step 55, and cleaning prompt information is output.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a cooking apparatus, including:
the detection module is used for detecting the use condition parameters of the cooking equipment.
And the processing module is connected with the detection module and used for outputting the cleaning prompt information of the cooking equipment according to the use condition parameters.
Optionally, the cooking apparatus further comprises: an upper cover; the movable cover plate is movably connected to the upper cover; the detection module is positioned between the upper cover and the movable cover plate.
The movable connection comprises at least one of:
screwing connection through threads or thread-like structures;
the rotating shaft is connected;
and (4) buckling connection.
The movable range according to the movable connection can be divided into:
the first type is movable connection capable of being completely disassembled, and the movable cover plate can be completely separated from the upper cover in the movable connection mode; the movable connection mode can comprise: threaded connection, snap connection, and the like;
the second type is movable connection which can not be completely disassembled, and the movable cover plate can not be completely separated from the upper cover in the movable connection mode; the movable connection mode can comprise: a rotating shaft connection, etc.
Optionally, the detection module includes: detecting the capacitance; the detection capacitor includes: the first polar plate is positioned on the upper cover; and the second polar plate is positioned on the movable cover plate.
If the first polar plate is a positive polar plate, the second polar plate is a negative polar plate. And if the second polar plate is a positive polar plate, the second polar plate is a negative polar plate.
The position between the upper cover and the movable cover plate is changed, so that the distance between the first polar plate and the second polar plate is changed, the capacitance value of the detection capacitor is inversely proportional to the distance between the two polar plates, and the relative position or the relative position change between the upper cover and the movable cover plate can be known through the change of the distance.
The position between the upper cover and the movable cover plate is changed, the projection area between the first polar plate and the second polar plate is also changed, and the capacitance value of the detection capacitor is in direct proportion to the projection area between the two polar plates.
The main components of the foreign matter, such as steam or foam, are water, inorganic salts and organic matters, the relative dielectric constants of the water, the inorganic salts and the organic matters are all larger than the relative dielectric constant of air, the accumulation of the foreign matter changes the relative dielectric constant between the first polar plate and the second polar plate, and the capacitance value of the detection capacitor is in direct proportion to the relative dielectric constant between the two polar plates.
In some embodiments, the detection capacitor can also be used for multiplexing the relative positions of the upper cover and the movable cover plate. For example, when the relative position of the movable cover plate and the upper cover is changed by default, the distance between the first polar plate and the second polar plate is greatly increased, the projection area between the first polar plate and the second polar plate is reduced along with the change of the angle between the movable cover plate and the upper cover, and the capacitance value of the detection capacitor is greatly reduced. Therefore, when the capacitance value of the detection capacitor is greatly reduced, the upper cover and the movable cover plate can be detected to be in a disassembly state. If the movable cover plate completely covers the upper cover, the distance between the first polar plate and the second polar plate is a first distance; if the movable cover plate is separated from the upper cover, or the angle between the movable cover plate and the upper cover is increased, the distance between the first polar plate and the second polar plate is a second distance. The second pitch is greater than the first pitch.
In some embodiments, the second pitch is much larger than the first pitch, and the specific pitch value of the second pitch may not be on an order of magnitude, e.g., the pitch value of the first pitch is on the order of millimeters; while the second spacing may be on the order of centimeters, decimeters, or even greater.
If the movable cover plate completely covers the upper cover, the vertical projection area of the first polar plate to the second polar plate is maximum; if the movable cover plate is separated from the upper cover, or the angle between the movable cover plate and the upper cover is increased, the vertical projection area of the first polar plate to the second polar plate is reduced. The minimum vertical projected area is zero.
In order to implement the information processing method of the cooking device according to the embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an information processing apparatus of a cooking device, as shown in fig. 6, including:
a detection unit 61 for detecting a use condition parameter of the cooking apparatus;
and the processing unit 62 is used for outputting cleaning prompt information of the cooking equipment according to the use condition parameters.
Optionally, the detecting unit 61 is further configured to: and detecting the timing duration of the cooking equipment from the timing starting time to the current time.
Optionally, the processing unit 62 is further configured to: and if the timing time reaches the preset time, outputting the cleaning prompt information.
The timing starting time is one of the following: the output time of the previous cleaning prompt message; the time when the previous cleaning of the cooking device is completed; and the last time when the movable cover plate of the cooking equipment is separated from the upper cover of the cooking equipment.
Optionally, the detecting unit 61 is further configured to: detecting whether a movable cover plate of the cooking device is separated from an upper cover of the cooking device.
In some embodiments, the detection unit 61 may detect capacitance, but is not limited to detecting capacitance. For example, the detection unit 61 may further include: the pressure sensor is arranged on the upper cover or the cooker cover, and if the cooker cover is buckled on the upper cover, the pressure sensor is extruded to detect a first pressure value; if the pot cover is completely separated from the upper cover, or the pot cover is separated from the position where the pressure sensor is arranged, the second pressure value is detected when the pressure sensor is removed by the squeezing force. Therefore, the first pressure value and the second pressure value are different, and the processing component can determine the relative position between the upper cover and the pot cover and/or the change of the relative position according to the pressure sensor detected by the pressure sensor.
In order to implement the information processing method of the cooking apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention,
