The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic tile with three-dimensional texture, which comprises the following process steps: 1) uniformly mixing transparent granular materials and super white materials, then distributing the mixture at the bottom of a press mold core to form a mixed material layer, and then covering the mixed material layer with common ceramic brick materials until the press mold core is filled to form a base material layer; 2) adopting a reverse-beating cloth pressing and forming process to obtain a green body of the mixture under the upper common ceramic brick material; 3) and (4) polishing the green body, drying, printing by ink-jet printing, applying transparent glaze, and then firing in a kiln at high temperature to obtain a finished product. The invention leads the ink-jet printing pattern to form different color-developing effects in the areas of the transparent granular material and the super white material after the subsequent high-temperature firing, thereby leading the brick surface pattern effect of the ceramic brick to be varied and the line texture to be clear and highlighting the three-dimensional texture of the imitated natural marble. The preparation process is simple, and the surface of the green body can be directly subjected to ink-jet printing without applying overglaze, so that the color development of the printed pattern on the ultra-white material layer is natural and has no deviation, and the large-scale industrial production is facilitated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building ceramic tiles, in particular to a ceramic tile with three-dimensional texture.
Background
In recent years, due to the rapid popularization of ink-jet printing technology, glazed tiles gradually replace polished tiles to occupy the mainstream of the market by virtue of rich patterns and fine textures, and from the initial full glaze polishing to the subsequent ceramic tile polishing, sinking glaze, candy glaze and the like, the products are all designed to better realize the effect of glazed tile differentiation so as to be better suitable for the market. Some ceramic manufacturers realize the three-dimensional effect of the surface of the ceramic tile by adopting certain specific processes, so that the ceramic tile looks more like natural marble, for example, a permeation enhancer is used on the surface of the ceramic tile to enable patterns to permeate into the ceramic tile to realize the three-dimensional effect, but the diffusion of the permeation enhancer can reduce the resolution of the patterns and influence the decorative effect of the ceramic tile, and a die with concave-convex effect is adopted to press the ceramic tile with concave-convex texture on the surface to realize the three-dimensional effect, the method is more complicated in the actual use process, because different concave-convex dies need to be replaced when a batch of tiles are made, the cost of an enterprise is increased, the time and labor are wasted when the die cores are frequently replaced, and the other method is to make the transparent glaze into dry particles and then realize the three-dimensional texture on the surface of the ceramic tile by adding glue and the dry particles, the concave-convex effect formed by the process is that the ceramic tile surface is not wear-resistant, is easy to wear for a long time, and may have certain antifouling problems. In addition, Chinese patent CN106863572A discloses a preparation process of a microcrystalline glass brick imitating natural stone, which comprises the steps of firstly arranging block materials wrapped with slurry layers, then filling gaps among the block materials by using a surface material, preventing a bottom material from running to the surface material layer through the gaps, preventing the bottom material from influencing the color development of the surface layer after subsequent firing, and firing the blank at the later stage by polishing a transparent frit to obtain the microcrystalline glass brick with decorative particles with larger particle sizes, wherein the boundaries of the large particles are clear, and the decorative effect is rich. However, the ceramic tile product formed by the process only forms a bulk decorative effect by the particles, cannot form line textures of natural stones, and has an unnatural decorative effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a ceramic tile with three-dimensional texture, aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the prepared ceramic tile can have the line texture of natural stone and has natural decorative effect.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of a ceramic tile with three-dimensional texture comprises the following process steps:
1) preparing transparent materials into transparent granular materials with the grain diameter of 1-3 mm, uniformly mixing the transparent granular materials with the super white materials to obtain mixed materials, then distributing the mixed materials at the bottom of a press mold core to form a mixed material layer, and covering the mixed material layer with common ceramic bricks until the press mold core is filled to form a base material layer;
2) adopting a reverse-beating cloth pressing forming process, and turning over by a turning-over machine to obtain a green body with a mixture under an upper common ceramic brick material;
3) and (3) polishing, drying, ink-jet printing, spreading transparent glaze on the green body, and then putting the green body into a kiln to be fired at high temperature to obtain a ceramic tile finished product with three-dimensional texture.
The transparent granular material is a transparent material for the existing ceramic tile, and is in a transparent glass shape after being sintered at high temperature; the super white material is used for the existing ceramic tile, and the whiteness of the fired ceramic tile can reach over 65 ℃; the common ceramic brick material is an existing ceramic brick blank, and is not transparent after being fired at high temperature, and the whiteness is lower than 25 ℃; the transparent glaze is a known component of the existing ceramic tile transparent glaze, namely clay, feldspar, sand and the like are used as main raw materials, and pigments or additives are added according to different decoration requirements and performance requirements, so that the details are not repeated.
Specifically, the invention adopts a reverse cloth pressing and forming process, so that the mixed material can be better embedded in the green body, and the transparent granular materials in the mixed material are prevented from moving and being covered by the ultra-white material, thereby influencing the three-dimensional texture effect of the finished product. In addition, the transparent particle materials in the mixed material layer can obtain transparent color development effects with different colors in the high-temperature sintering process by directly carrying out ink-jet printing on the mixed material layer, and finally, a colorful and transparent particle decoration effect is formed, so that the three-dimensional texture of the ink-jet printing patterns is improved.
As a further improvement of the scheme, in the step 1), the transparent granular material accounts for 15-20% of the weight of the mixture. The invention effectively avoids the defect of brick surface deformation caused by the large melt range formed at high temperature by limiting the particle size range and the weight percentage of the transparent granular material.
As a further improvement of the scheme, in the step 1), the thickness of the mixed material layer is 3-5 mm, and the thickness of the base material layer is 8-10 mm. Specifically, the method does not need to apply overglaze, so that the requirement on the whiteness of the ceramic tile green body is high, the reasonable thickness of the mixed material layer and the base material layer is limited, and the green body with low production cost and remarkable whiteness can be obtained.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the depth of the polished blank in the step 3) is controlled within the range of 0.1-0.3 mm. Specifically, the depth of the blank polishing is limited, so that the transparent particle materials covered in the green blank can be exposed, the maximum section of the transparent particle materials is on the surface of the brick blank, and meanwhile, pits on the surface of the green blank are removed, so that the surface of the green blank is smooth, and the direct ink-jet printing can be realized without applying a cover glaze.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the drying in the step 3) adopts a microwave drying or kiln reverse drying mode. Specifically, the transparent granular material and the super white material have different components and have great difference in water retention performance, so that a special mode is needed for drying the green body. According to the invention, through limiting the drying mode, the surface delamination and even the dry cracking of the ceramic tile caused by too fast water evaporation of the transparent granular material are prevented.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, the pattern of the inkjet printing in step 3) is set according to the requirement of the decoration effect on the ceramic tile, and the selected printing pattern is exposed to a large amount of white to prevent the printing pattern from excessively covering the transparent particle material on the surface of the ceramic tile, so that the dislocation effect of the transparent particle material and the printing pattern and the transparent glaze applied subsequently supplement each other to form the decoration effect with a remarkable three-dimensional texture.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the transparent granular material and the super white material are used as the blank fabric of the ceramic tile, and the reverse printing cloth pressing forming and the ink-jet printing process are combined, so that the ink-jet printing pattern forms different color development effects in the transparent granular material and the super white material area after subsequent high-temperature firing, thus the tile surface pattern of the ceramic tile has various effects, the lines and the textures are clear, and the three-dimensional texture of the imitated natural marble is highlighted.
The preparation process is simple, and the surface of the green body can be directly subjected to ink-jet printing without applying overglaze, so that the color development of the printed pattern on the ultra-white material layer is natural and has no deviation, and the large-scale industrial production is facilitated.
