The invention belongs to the technical field of washing equipment, and particularly provides a support frame for washing equipment.
Background
With the continuous progress of science and technology, more and more washing equipment is continuously emerged in the market; therefore, users also put more and more demands on the overall performance of the washing apparatus. For example, not only the washing effect of the laundry but also the protection effect of the washing apparatus to the laundry are very much concerned by the present users, that is, the washing apparatus cannot cause significant damage to the laundry during the process of washing the laundry by the washing apparatus. Taking the process of cleaning shoes by using washing equipment as an example, various types of shoe washing machines are available on the market, but the existing shoe washing machines can not perform dewatering operation on the shoes. In order to shorten the drying time of the shoes, many users perform a dewatering operation on the shoes by using washing equipment such as a washing machine or a clothes dryer; in the process of spin-drying shoes by the washing equipment, the shoes can continuously collide with the wall of the washing drum under the action of inertia, and the collision phenomenon not only influences the dehydration effect of the shoes, but also easily damages the surfaces of the shoes; when the weight of the shoes is large, such a collision phenomenon may even cause a serious unbalance phenomenon of the washing drum, thereby causing damage to the washing apparatus.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new support frame for a washing apparatus that solves the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the existing washing equipment cannot spin-dry shoes well, the present invention provides a support frame for washing equipment, wherein the washing equipment comprises a washing drum, and the support frame comprises a mounting member and an elastic member connected with the mounting member; under the condition that the supporting frame is supported in place, the elastic member elastically abuts the mounting member mounted with the articles to be washed against the inner wall of the washing drum so as to fix the articles to be washed in the washing drum.
In the above preferred technical solution of the support frame for washing equipment, the articles to be washed are shoes, and the mounting member includes a fixed part and a moving part connected to the fixed part, wherein the fixed part is connected to the elastic member, and the moving part can move relative to the fixed part so as to adapt to shoes of different sizes.
In the above preferred technical solution of the supporting frame for a washing device, the mounting member further includes a connecting member, the moving member is connected to the fixed member through the connecting member, and the connecting member can be deformed to move the moving member relative to the fixed member.
In the above preferred technical solution of the support frame for the washing device, the connecting member is a spring.
In the above preferred technical solution of the supporting frame for the washing device, the number of the moving members is plural, and the plural moving members are respectively connected to the fixed member from different directions.
In the above preferred technical solution of the supporting frame for the washing device, the fixed part and the moving part are both plate-shaped structures, and the plurality of moving parts are respectively connected to the side surfaces of the fixed part from different directions.
In the above-described preferred embodiment of the support frame for a washing machine, the mounting member is detachably connected to the elastic member.
In the above-mentioned preferred technical solution of the supporting frame for the washing device, the number of the mounting members is two, and the two mounting members are respectively connected to two ends of the elastic member.
In the above preferred embodiment of the support frame for a washing machine, the elastic member is a plate spring.
In the above preferred embodiment of the support frame for a washing machine, at least a part of the plate spring is curved.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the technical solution of the present invention, the washing device comprises a washing drum, and the support frame for a washing device of the present invention comprises a mounting member and an elastic member connected with the mounting member, taking the article to be washed as a shoe as an example, the shoe can be fixed on the mounting member when the shoe needs to be dehydrated; meanwhile, the elastic member elastically abuts the mounting member, to which the shoe is mounted, against an inner wall of the washing tub with the support stand supported in place, so as to fix the shoe in the washing tub. Under the condition that the shoes are fixed and then are dehydrated, the shoes not only can obtain good dehydration effect, but also cannot be damaged due to collision with the cylinder wall; furthermore, since the items to be washed do not collide strongly with the wall of the drum, the drum will not be seriously unbalanced, and the washing machine will not be damaged. Furthermore, the support frame disclosed by the invention is also provided with the elastic component, so that the support frame can be well adapted to washing cylinders with different sizes, and the applicability of the support frame is improved to the greatest extent; and the support frame can firmly support the shoes against the wall of the washing drum through the elastic force generated by the elastic component, so that the fixing effect of the support frame is effectively ensured.
Furthermore, the mounting component of the invention can change the overall shape and size of the mounting component by arranging the moving part which can move relative to the fixed part, so that the mounting component can effectively adapt to shoes with different sizes; according to the invention, the mounting component can better adapt to different shoes through the arrangement, so that the applicability of the support frame can be effectively enhanced on the basis of effectively improving the mounting strength of the mounting component.
Furthermore, the connecting piece capable of generating deformation is arranged between the moving piece and the fixed piece, so that the shape and the size of the mounting component can be changed through the deformation of the connecting piece, and different shoes can be effectively adapted; meanwhile, the resilience force generated by the connecting piece can enable the moving piece to be tightly abutted to the inside of the shoe, so that the installation strength of the installation member is further effectively improved.
Still further, the connecting member is preferably a spring. Firstly, the spring belongs to a standard part, so that the purchasing is convenient and the cost is low; secondly, the spring has higher elasticity and higher rigidity; in addition, the adaptability of the spring is strong, and the spring is not easy to corrode; therefore, the spring is adopted as the connecting piece, the use requirement of the support frame can be effectively met, and the service life of the support frame is prolonged.
Furthermore, the plurality of moving parts are arranged and are respectively connected to the fixed part from different directions, so that each moving part can generate different displacements through the respective connecting part, the mounting member can have more kinds of variable forms, the mounting member can be better attached to the inside of the shoe, and the fixing effect of the mounting member is further effectively enhanced.
Furthermore, the moving part and the fixing part are both arranged into a plate-shaped structure, so that the mounting member can better adapt to shoes with lower internal height, the problem that the shoes are deformed due to excessive deformation of the shoes in the process of fixing the shoes by the mounting member is effectively avoided, and the shoes are better protected.
Further, the present invention allows a user to individually replace the mounting member and the elastic member by detachably connecting the mounting member to the elastic member; meanwhile, when the size of the shoe which needs to be supported by the user is too large different from the size of the mounting member, the user can meet the supporting requirement by replacing the mounting member with different sizes, so that the user experience is effectively improved.
Still further, the support frame of the present invention is provided with two of the mounting members; it can be understood that the two mounting members can be respectively supported at two sides of the washing drum, therefore, the washing drum can easily reach a balanced state in the rotating process, and a pair of shoes can be just mounted on the two mounting members, thereby being effectively convenient for users to use; and the stress condition of the elastic component is simpler, so that the external force applied to the cylinder wall by the elastic component can be effectively simplified, and the stable operation of the washing equipment can be effectively ensured.
Furthermore, the elastic member of the invention is a plate spring, compared with an elastic member such as a spring, the plate spring has higher strength, the shape of the plate spring is easier to control, and the stress condition is easier to analyze; therefore, the use of the plate spring as the elastic member of the present invention can effectively improve the stability and reliability of the support bracket.
Furthermore, the present invention provides at least a portion of the plate spring in a curved shape, and the plate spring provided with a curved section is more easily deformed than a straight plate spring, so that a user can deform the plate spring to fit the inner size of the washing tub without spending much effort; meanwhile, the plate spring cannot generate overlarge elastic force to damage the washing drum, so that the washing equipment is effectively protected.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the description has been made in connection with the case where the washing apparatus is a drum washing machine, it is obvious that the support frame of the present invention can also be used in other washing apparatuses, such as a pulsator washing machine, a clothes dryer, etc. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the basic principles of the invention and are intended to be within the scope of the invention. Meanwhile, although the preferred embodiment is described in connection with the case where the article to be washed is shoes; however, the articles to be washed may obviously be caps, bags and the like.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front", "rear", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are for convenience of description only, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "coupled" are to be construed broadly and may, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of a preferred embodiment of the support frame of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the support frame of the present invention includes a mounting member 11 and an elastic member 12 connected to the mounting member 11, the mounting member 11 is used for mounting shoes, and the elastic member 12 can be elastically adapted to the inner size of the inner tub of the washing machine. With the support in place, the resilient member 12 resiliently urges the shoe-mounted mounting member 11 against the inner wall of the washing machine drum to secure the shoe in the washing machine drum. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that although the support bracket described in the preferred embodiment includes only two mounting members 11; however, the number of the mounting members 11 may obviously be three or other numbers, as long as the technician can change the number of the end points thereof by adjusting the specific structure of the elastic member 12 so that the mounting members 11 can be connected with the elastic member 12. For example, the number of the mounting members 11 may be four, and the elastic member 12 may have a cross shape, and the four mounting members 11 are connected to four end points of the cross-shaped elastic member 12, respectively.
It will also be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention does not impose any limitations on the specific structure of the mounting member 11, although the mounting member 11 is shown in the preferred embodiment as being mounted to the shoe by being supported on the interior of the shoe; however, it is obvious that the mounting member 11 can be mounted by being snapped on the outside of the shoe, or other mounting methods can be adopted, and the specific structure of the shoe can be set by the skilled person according to the actual use requirement. Further, the present invention does not set any limit to the specific structure of the elastic member 12, although the elastic member 12 is a plate spring having a bent section in the preferred embodiment; however, the elastic member 12 may obviously be another member having elasticity such as a spring, as long as the elastic member 12 can elastically abut the shoe-mounted mounting member 11 to the washing machine drum. In addition, the technician can set the connection relationship between the mounting member 11 and the elastic member 12 according to the actual use requirement, for example, riveting, screwing, welding, etc. Preferably, the mounting member 11 is detachably connected to the elastic member 12, for example by screwing, snapping or the like.
Further, in the present preferred embodiment, the elastic member 12 is a plate spring structure, and the middle portion of the plate spring structure is curved, and both ends of the plate spring structure are flat, and the plate spring structure is connected to the mounting member 11 through both ends of the flat. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that although the leaf spring structure described in the preferred embodiment has a predetermined shape; however, it is obvious to a skilled person that the specific shape of the plate spring structure can be set according to actual use requirements, for example, the plate spring structure can also be straight, or the plate spring structure can also be provided with a multi-segment curved structure. Furthermore, although the support bracket described in the preferred embodiment includes two mounting members 11; however, the support frame may obviously also have other numbers of mounting members 11. In other words, the structure, number and distribution of the mounting members 11 may be set by the technician as long as the mounting members 11 can be connected to the elastic members 12.
Referring next to fig. 2, a schematic view of the overall structure of the mounting member of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mounting member 11 includes a fixed piece 111, a moving piece 112, and a connecting piece 113, wherein the fixed piece 111 is connected with the elastic member 12 so that the mounting member 11 can be connected with the elastic member 12; the moving member 112 is connected to the fixing member 111 through a connecting member 113, and the connecting member 113 can be deformed. During the process of mounting the shoe on the mounting member 11, the inside of the shoe can press the connecting member 113 to deform, so that the moving member 112 can move relative to the fixing member 111 to change the size and shape of the mounting member 11, so that the mounting member 11 can effectively adapt to different shoes.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention does not impose any limitation on the shape and size of the stationary member 111 and the movable member 112 as long as the mounting member 11 can be adapted to the inner shape of the shoe. Meanwhile, the mounting member 11 may not be provided with the connecting member 113, that is, a technician may directly connect the moving member 112 to the fixed member 111 in a movable manner, for example, a sliding slot is formed in the fixed member 111, and then connect the moving member 112 to the fixed member 111 in a movable manner through the sliding slot; of course, the technician can set the connection relationship between the fixed part 111 and the moving part 112 according to the actual use requirement, as long as the moving part 112 can move relative to the fixed part 111 to change the size and shape of the installation member 11. In addition, it should be noted that the present invention does not set any limit to the specific structure of the connecting member 113; preferably, the connecting member 113 is a spring.
Further, in the present preferred embodiment, the mounting member 11 includes one fixed piece 111 and four moving pieces 112 connected to the fixed piece 111, and the four moving pieces 112 are connected to the fixed piece 111 from four different directions, respectively. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that although the number of the fixed members 111 is one in the preferred embodiment, the number of the moving members 112 is four; however, it is obvious to a skilled person that the number of the fixed member 111 and the movable member 112 can be set by himself or herself according to actual use requirements. Meanwhile, although the moving members 112 are described in the preferred embodiment as being connected to the fixed member 111 in different directions in one plane; however, it is obvious that the moving part 112 can be connected to the fixed part 111 from a plurality of different directions in space, and the technician can set the direction according to the use requirement of the user.
Further, in the present preferred embodiment, the stationary member 111 is a square plate-shaped structure, four moving members 112 are respectively connected to four sides of the stationary member 111 from four mutually perpendicular directions, and two moving members 112 connected to the stationary member 111 from both the upper and lower directions are each an arcuate plate-shaped structure, and the moving members 112 connected to the stationary member 111 from both the left and right directions are each an elongated plate-shaped structure, so that the mounting member 11 can be better adapted to the inner shape of the shoe. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that although the fixed member 111 and the moving member 112 are described in the preferred embodiment as plate-shaped structures having specific shapes; however, it is obvious to the skilled person that the specific structure and shape of the fixed part 111 and the movable part 112 can be set by himself or herself according to the actual use requirement.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
