Background
At present, in order to improve the production efficiency, a double-feeding system, namely two sets of relatively independent feeding systems, is generally adopted by a feeding and flavoring machine in the tobacco industry. When one set of feeding system is used for production, the other set of feeding system can prepare materials. Therefore, in the cigarette brand changing process, the produced feeding system can be cleaned, and the other material preparing feeding system can continue to produce, so that the waiting time in the cigarette brand changing process is reduced.
In the related technology, the feeding mode of applying the feed liquid by utilizing the movable feed liquid tank is developed based on double feeding systems, namely, in order to realize the production of one feeding system and the preparation of the other feeding system, the function of pre-issuing the cigarette brand is designed. Before production, the central control machine can pre-issue the cigarette brand of the next batch for the stock preparation of the other set of feeding system.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventors have noted that the feeding mode of the related art is suitable for a discontinuous production mode, i.e. after one brand of cigarettes is produced, another brand of cigarettes is produced. For the continuous production mode, i.e. several batches of cigarettes of one brand, the following problems exist:

In some embodiments, the application of feed liquid to the first stationary feed liquid tank may be stopped in case the level of the first stationary feed liquid tank exceeds a preset level.
In step 306, after the first mobile feed liquid tank is controlled to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank, the second cigarette brand sent by the central control machine is received.
In step 308, a second license plate number of the cigarette to be authenticated carried by the second mobile feed liquid tank is obtained.
For example, after controlling the first mobile fluid reservoir to apply fluid to the first fixed fluid reservoir, the first mobile fluid reservoir may be removed and the second mobile fluid reservoir moved to the vicinity of the cigarette brand reading device. The cigarette brand reading device can actively send the cigarette brand to the controller after reading the second to-be-authenticated cigarette brand, or send the cigarette brand to the controller in response to an acquisition request of the controller.
In step 310, the second mobile feed liquid tank is controlled to apply feed liquid to a second fixed feed liquid tank of the feeder under the condition that the brand of the second cigarette to be authenticated is consistent with the brand of the second cigarette. It will be appreciated that the second stationary liquid tank at this point may be, for example, an empty tank.
Similarly, in the event that the second cigarette brand to be authenticated is not consistent with the second cigarette brand, no feed is applied to the second fixed feed reservoir of the charger, and an alarm may be raised.
In some embodiments, the application of feed liquid to the second stationary feed liquid tank may be stopped in case the level of the second stationary feed liquid tank exceeds a preset level.
In step 312, a third license plate number of the cigarette to be authenticated carried by the third mobile feed liquid tank is obtained.
For example, after controlling the second mobile fluid reservoir to apply fluid to the second stationary fluid reservoir, the second mobile fluid reservoir may be removed and a third mobile fluid reservoir may be moved to the vicinity of the cigarette brand reading device. The cigarette brand reading device can actively send the third cigarette brand to be authenticated to the controller after reading the third cigarette brand, or send the third cigarette brand to the controller in response to an acquisition request of the controller.
In step 314, the first cigarette brand bound with the first fixed feed solution tank is searched under the condition that the material level of the first fixed feed solution tank is smaller than a first preset material level. For example, the level of the first stationary liquid tank can be collected by a guided wave radar level sensor.
In step 316, the third mobile feed liquid tank is controlled to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank under the condition that the third cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the searched first cigarette brand.
For example, a first fixed feed tank can be connected to the first mobile feed tank and the third mobile feed tank by a pneumatic valve and a pneumatic pump, and a second fixed feed tank can be connected to the second mobile feed tank by the pneumatic valve and the pneumatic pump. The feed liquid can be controlled to be applied to the first stationary feed liquid tank and the second stationary feed liquid tank respectively by controlling the pneumatic valve and the pneumatic pump.
In the feeding method of the above embodiment, on the one hand, in the case where the feed liquid in the first fixed feed liquid tank is used for production, the feed liquid in the second fixed feed liquid tank can be reserved; on the other hand, the automatic continuous feed liquid application to the first fixed feed liquid tank can be realized. On the other hand, the problem of insufficient feed liquid caused by the fact that an operator forgets to continuously apply the feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the method of feeding may further comprise the steps of: acquiring a fourth cigarette brand to be authenticated carried by a fourth mobile feed liquid tank; binding a second cigarette brand with a second fixed feed liquid tank after controlling the second movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the second fixed feed liquid tank; under the condition that the material level of the second fixed feed liquid tank is smaller than a second preset material level, searching a second cigarette brand bound with the second fixed feed liquid tank; and under the condition that the fourth cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the searched second cigarette brand, controlling the fourth movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the second fixed feed liquid tank.
For example, the level of the second stationary liquid tank can be collected by a guided wave radar level sensor.
In the above embodiment, in the case of improving the charging efficiency, the liquid may be continuously applied to the first fixed liquid tank or the second fixed liquid tank.
In the present specification, the embodiments are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts in the embodiments are referred to each other. For the embodiment of the feeding device, the description is simple because the embodiment of the feeding method basically corresponds to the embodiment of the feeding method, and the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the embodiment of the method.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a charging device according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the charging device may include an acquisition module 401 and a control module 402.
The obtaining module 401 is configured to obtain a first to-be-authenticated cigarette brand number carried by a first mobile feed liquid tank; acquiring a second cigarette brand to be authenticated carried by a second mobile feed liquid tank; and acquiring a third license plate number of the cigarette to be authenticated carried by a third mobile feed liquid tank.
The control module 402 is configured to control the first mobile feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank of the charging machine and bind the first cigarette brand with the first fixed feed liquid tank when the first to-be-authenticated cigarette brand is consistent with the first cigarette brand issued by the central control machine; after controlling the first movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank, receiving a second cigarette brand number issued by the central control machine; under the condition that the brand of the second cigarette to be authenticated is consistent with the brand of the second cigarette, controlling a second movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to a second fixed feed liquid tank of the feeder; under the condition that the material level of the first fixed feed liquid tank is smaller than a first preset material level, searching a first cigarette brand bound with the first fixed feed liquid tank; and under the condition that the third cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the searched first cigarette brand, controlling the third movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a charging device according to further embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 of this embodiment includes a memory 501 and a processor 502 coupled to the memory 501, and the processor 502 is configured to execute the method of any one of the foregoing embodiments based on instructions stored in the memory 501.
The memory 501 may include, for example, a system memory, a fixed non-volatile storage medium, and the like. The system memory may store, for example, an operating system, application programs, a Boot Loader (Boot Loader), and other programs.
The apparatus 500 may also include an input-output interface 503, a network interface 504, a storage interface 505, and the like. The interfaces 503, 504, 505 and the memory 501 and the processor 502 may be connected by a bus 506, for example. The input/output interface 503 provides a connection interface for input/output devices such as a display, a mouse, a keyboard, and a touch screen. The network interface 504 provides a connection interface for various networking devices. The storage interface 505 provides a connection interface for external storage devices such as an SD card and a usb disk.
The disclosed embodiments also provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the method of any of the above embodiments.
In some embodiments, the charging system may include a cigarette brand reading device 11, a first level sensor 12, and a controller 13. The controller 13 may comprise the charging device of any of the embodiments described above.

Some details that are well known in the art have not been described in order to avoid obscuring the concepts of the present disclosure. It will be fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description how to practice the presently disclosed embodiments.

Accordingly, the present disclosure may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Claims (12)

1. A charging system, comprising:
the cigarette brand reading device is configured to read a first to-be-authenticated cigarette brand carried by the first mobile feed liquid tank, a second to-be-authenticated cigarette brand carried by the second mobile feed liquid tank and a third to-be-authenticated cigarette brand carried by the third mobile feed liquid tank;
the first liquid level sensor is configured to collect the material level of a first fixed material liquid tank of the feeder;
the controller is configured to receive a first cigarette brand number issued by the central control machine; under the condition that the first cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the first cigarette brand, controlling the first movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the empty first fixed feed liquid tank so as to enable a charging machine to produce by utilizing the feed liquid in the first fixed feed liquid tank, and binding the first cigarette brand with the first fixed feed liquid tank; after controlling the first movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank, receiving a second cigarette brand sent by a central control machine; under the condition that the brand of the second cigarette to be authenticated is consistent with the brand of the second cigarette, controlling the second movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to an empty second fixed feed liquid tank of the feeder for later use; under the condition that the material level of the first fixed feed liquid tank is smaller than a first preset material level due to the use of a charging machine, searching the first cigarette brand bound with the first fixed feed liquid tank; and under the condition that the third cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the found first cigarette brand, controlling the third movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
a second liquid level sensor configured to acquire a liquid level of the second fixed liquid level tank;
the cigarette brand reading device is also configured to read a fourth to-be-authenticated cigarette brand carried by a fourth mobile feed liquid tank;
the controller is further configured to: binding the second cigarette brand with the second fixed feed liquid tank after controlling the second movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the second fixed feed liquid tank; under the condition that the material level of the second fixed feed liquid tank is smaller than a second preset material level, searching the second cigarette brand bound with the second fixed feed liquid tank; and under the condition that the fourth cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the searched second cigarette brand, controlling the fourth movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the second fixed feed liquid tank.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the cigarette brand reading device comprises a radio frequency reader, and the first to-be-authenticated cigarette brand, the second to-be-authenticated cigarette brand, and the third to-be-authenticated cigarette brand are disposed in a radio frequency chip.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the first stationary feed tank is connected to the first mobile feed tank, the third mobile feed tank by a pneumatic valve and a pneumatic pump, and the second stationary feed tank is connected to the second mobile feed tank by the pneumatic valve and the pneumatic pump;
the controller is configured to control application of feed liquid to the first stationary feed liquid tank and the second stationary feed liquid tank, respectively, by controlling the pneumatic valve and the pneumatic pump.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein at least one of the first and second liquid level sensors comprises a guided wave radar level sensor.
6. A method of charging comprising:
acquiring a first to-be-authenticated cigarette brand carried by a first movable feed liquid tank;
under the condition that the first cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with a first cigarette brand issued by a central control machine, controlling the first mobile feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to an empty first fixed feed liquid tank of a feeding machine so that the feeding machine can utilize the feed liquid in the first fixed feed liquid tank to produce, and binding the first cigarette brand with the first fixed feed liquid tank;
after controlling the first movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank, receiving a second cigarette brand sent by a central control machine;
acquiring a second cigarette brand to be authenticated carried by a second mobile feed liquid tank;
under the condition that the brand of the second cigarette to be authenticated is consistent with the brand of the second cigarette, controlling the second movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to an empty second fixed feed liquid tank of the feeder for later use;
acquiring a third to-be-authenticated cigarette brand carried by a third mobile feed liquid tank;
under the condition that the material level of the first fixed feed liquid tank is smaller than a first preset material level due to the use of a charging machine, searching the first cigarette brand bound with the first fixed feed liquid tank;
and under the condition that the third cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the found first cigarette brand, controlling the third movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
acquiring a fourth cigarette brand to be authenticated carried by a fourth mobile feed liquid tank;
binding the second cigarette brand with the second fixed feed liquid tank after controlling the second movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the second fixed feed liquid tank;
under the condition that the material level of the second fixed feed liquid tank is smaller than a second preset material level, searching the second cigarette brand bound with the second fixed feed liquid tank;
and under the condition that the fourth cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the searched second cigarette brand, controlling the fourth movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the second fixed feed liquid tank.
8. The method according to claim 6, wherein the first stationary feed tank is connected to the first mobile feed tank, the third mobile feed tank by a pneumatic valve and a pneumatic pump, and the second stationary feed tank is connected to the second mobile feed tank by the pneumatic valve and the pneumatic pump;
and respectively controlling the feed liquid to be applied to the first fixed feed liquid tank and the second fixed feed liquid tank by controlling the pneumatic valve and the pneumatic pump.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein at least one of the level of the first stationary feed liquid tank and the level of the second stationary feed liquid tank is acquired by a guided wave radar level sensor.
10. A charging device, comprising:
the acquisition module is configured to acquire a first to-be-authenticated cigarette brand carried by a first mobile feed liquid tank; acquiring a second cigarette brand to be authenticated carried by a second mobile feed liquid tank; acquiring a third to-be-authenticated cigarette brand carried by a third mobile feed liquid tank;
the control module is configured to control the first mobile feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to a first fixed feed liquid tank of the charging machine and bind the first cigarette brand with the first fixed feed liquid tank under the condition that the first to-be-authenticated cigarette brand is consistent with a first cigarette brand issued by the central control machine; after controlling the first movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank, receiving a second cigarette brand sent by a central control machine; under the condition that the brand of the second cigarette to be authenticated is consistent with the brand of the second cigarette, controlling the second movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to a second fixed feed liquid tank of the feeder; under the condition that the material level of the first fixed feed liquid tank is smaller than a first preset material level, searching the first cigarette brand bound with the first fixed feed liquid tank; and under the condition that the third cigarette brand to be authenticated is consistent with the found first cigarette brand, controlling the third movable feed liquid tank to apply feed liquid to the first fixed feed liquid tank.
11. A charging device, comprising:
a memory; and
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform the method of any of claims 6-9 based on instructions stored in the memory.
12. A computer readable storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any of claims 6-9.
