After the heat shrinkable tube outer sheath is sleeved, the control device carries out cold welding butt joint on the two cables. The cold welding machine comprises a rack 1 and a cold welding structure arranged on the rack, wherein a support 2 is fixed on the top surface of the rack 1, the cold welding structure comprises a wire stripping mechanism, a butt joint mechanism and a welding mechanism, a master controller 11 is placed below the rack 1, and the master controller 11 is used for controlling the wire stripping mechanism, the butt joint mechanism and the welding mechanism. The master controller 11 is adjusted and controlled, the wire stripping mechanism, the butt-joint mechanism and the welding mechanism are operated, the first butt-joint slide rail 5 and the second butt-joint slide rail 6 of the butt-joint mechanism are moved to drive the first butt-joint rod 51 connected with the first butt-joint slide rail 5 and the second butt-joint rod 51 connected with the second butt-joint slide rail 5 to move, and further respectively drive the first butt-joint cylinder 52 connected with the first butt-joint rod 51 and the second butt-joint cylinder 62 connected with the second butt-joint rod 51 to move, when the master controller 11 is moved to a proper position, the adjusted master controller 11 controls the first butt-joint cylinder 52 and the second butt-joint cylinder 62 to respectively control the first butt-joint mechanical claw 53 and the second butt-joint mechanical claw 63 connected with the master controller through setting a command, two cables are clamped at a certain position away from the end part, it should be noted that the clamping position of the cables should be in the first butt-joint groove 54 of the first butt-joint mechanical claw 53 and the second butt-joint groove 64 of the second, therefore, the first butt-joint groove 54 of the first butt-joint mechanical claw 53 and the second butt-joint groove 64 of the second butt-joint mechanical claw 63 can be matched with the shapes of two cold-welded butt-joint cables, the cables can be well clamped, and the outer wrapping skin of the cables is prevented from being damaged when the cables are pulled in a welding mode, so that the quality of the cables is prevented from being influenced. After the first butt-joint mechanical claw 53 and the second butt-joint mechanical claw 63 clamp two cables, the first butt-joint air cylinder 52 and the second butt-joint air cylinder 62 are adjusted to be in fine adjustment, the first butt-joint groove 54 and the second butt-joint groove 64 are located on the same axis, the purpose is that the two cables are located on the same axis, the alignment and welding of the ends are facilitated, and after the positions are adjusted, the wire stripping mechanism is controlled to strip the ends of the two cables.
The master controller 11 controls the first slide rail 3 and the second slide rail 4 of the wire stripping mechanism to move, drives the first support rod 31 connected with the first slide rail 3 and the second support rod 41 connected with the second slide rail 4 to move, and then the second air cylinders 42 connected with the first air cylinder 32 and the second support rod 41 connected with the first support rod 31 are respectively driven to move, when the first air cylinders and the second air cylinders are moved to proper positions, the adjusted master controller 11 controls the first cylinder 32 and the second cylinder 42 through setting instructions to control the first gripper 33 and the second gripper 43 connected thereto respectively to grip the end positions of two cables, and it should be noted that the gripping positions of the cables should be in the first groove 34 of the first gripper 33 and the second groove 44 of the second gripper 43, so that the first groove 34 and the second groove 44 are adapted to the shape of the cables, and it is also necessary to adjust the first groove 34 and the second groove 44 to be on the same axis. After the first gripper 33 and the second gripper 43 clamp the cables to be cold-welded and butted, the general controller 11 adjusted and set at the moment sends out a control instruction, the first heating sheet 35 which is arranged on the first groove 34 and matched with the first groove 34 and the second heating sheet 45 which is arranged on the second groove 44 and matched with the second groove 44 are respectively electrified, the first heating sheet 35 and the second heating sheet 45 are heated to a certain temperature, the first sliding rail 3 and the second sliding rail 4 are controlled to move relatively, and the end clamping positions of the two cables are peeled by enabling the first gripper 33 and the second gripper 43 to move relatively.
Further, after peeling the two butt-jointed cables, butt-jointed cold welding treatment is carried out. The main controller 11 controls the first mechanical claw 33 and the second mechanical claw 43 to move and dislocate, so that the first butting mechanical claw 53 and the second butting mechanical claw 63 can conveniently convey two cables to the welding mechanism for welding. The first butt slide rail 5 and the second butt slide rail 6 are controlled to relatively approach towards the cold welding mechanism, and the two cables with stripped end heads move under the clamping of the first butt mechanical claw 53 and the second butt mechanical claw 64. In order to ensure that two cable ends capable of being subjected to cold welding butt joint are smoothly welded in a welding mechanism in an aligned mode, the welding mechanism comprises a cold welding machine body 7 and a cold welding table 8 capable of sliding on the top surface of a rack 1, the cold welding table 8 is arranged between a first mechanical claw 33 and a second mechanical claw 43, a notch parallel to the sliding direction of the cold welding table 8 is formed in the middle of the top surface of the cold welding table 8, the cold welding machine body 7 is arranged in the notch, welding grooves 9 are symmetrically formed in the top surface of the cold welding table 8 along the radial direction of the notch, the welding grooves 9 are used for conveying welding cables, crosspieces 81 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom end of the cold welding table 8, movable sliding rails 82 are arranged at the end portions of the two crosspieces 81, sliding grooves 83 matched with the movable sliding rails 82 are formed in the top surface of the rack 1, the sliding grooves 83 are vertically arranged with the notches, the movable sliding rails 82 are adjusted, the cold welding table 8 is moved to, ensuring that the two cold welded butted cable ends enter the weld groove 9 for alignment.
Further, the two cold-welding butted cables are conveyed to the cold welding machine body 7 along the welding grooves 9 which are symmetrically arranged for cold welding. The cold welding machine body 7 is provided with a welding handle 71 used for welding operation, the top end of the cold welding machine body 7 is provided with a top plate 72 capable of moving in a resetting way, a cold welding mould used for cold welding is arranged below the top plate, two cables in cold welding butt joint enter the cold welding mould of the cold welding machine body 7 through a welding groove 9, the welding handle 71 is controlled to carry out cold welding on two cable ends needing cold welding in the cold welding mould, after the cold welding of the cable ends is finished, the master controller 11 controls the first air cylinder 32 and the second air cylinder 42 to slide upwards relatively to drive the first mechanical claw 33 and the second mechanical claw 43 which are respectively connected with the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder to move upwards to stretch the welded cables upwards, because the top end of the cold welding machine body 7 is provided with the top plate 72 capable of moving in a resetting way, the welded cables are pulled out from the top plate 72 capable of moving in a resetting way, and the welded positions of the pulled out cables have certain unevenness, the wrapping sheath is influenced, so that one of the first gripper 33 or the second gripper 43 is controlled to clamp a cable at a welding position, the heating sheet is controlled to heat to a proper temperature to carry out high-temperature heating treatment on quality defects at the welding position, the quality requirements can be met, meanwhile, the welding position can be the same as the diameter of the cable, and the welding position is ground, so that the wrapping sheath can be conveniently wrapped, the shape of the wrapping sheath can be matched, for environmental protection and waste treatment, a channel 84 is formed below the cold welding table 8, a waste barrel 85 is arranged at the lower end of the channel 84, the waste barrel 85 is made of an insulating material, and cable waste after heating and grinding and waste during cold welding can enter the waste barrel 85 to be subjected to insulating recovery treatment. At the moment, moving the heating and polishing mechanical claw, controlling the butt joint mechanical claw sleeved with the heat shrinkable tube outer sheath, loosening and adjusting the position, clamping the cable, enabling the butt joint mechanical claw sleeved with the heat shrinkable tube outer sheath to move along the cable welding end, when the heat shrinkable tube outer sheath moves to the end of the cable which is far away from the welding end and is not too large in clamping force and just contacts the outer sheath optimally, so that the butt joint mechanical claw sleeved with the heat shrinkable tube outer sheath can push the heat shrinkable tube outer sheath to move along the welding end, controlling the butt joint mechanical claw to loosen when the heat shrinkable tube outer sheath moves to the end of the cable which is covered with the sheath, controlling one of the first mechanical claw 33 and the second mechanical claw 43 to clamp one end of the heat shrinkable tube outer sheath, enabling the corresponding groove to just clamp the cable, electrifying to heat the heating sheet to a proper temperature, and moving the mechanical claw, the outer sheath of the heat shrinkable tube is heated through the heating sheet, so that the cable at the peeling position can be protected.
In this embodiment, the first cylinder 32, the second cylinder 42, and the first docking cylinder 52 and the second docking cylinder 62 are all prior art, and the first cylinder 32 and the second cylinder 42 employ: a sliding table cylinder MXS 16A; the first docking cylinder 52 and the second docking cylinder 62 employ: the slide table cylinder MXS 25A. Meanwhile, the first gripper 33, the second gripper 43, and the second opposing gripper 53 and the second opposing gripper 63 are also existing tools, wherein the first gripper 33 and the second gripper 43 adopt an injection molding machine mechanical mouth clamp, and the parameters are as follows: 1615D/S; the mechanical arm mouth clamp of the injection molding machine adopted by the butt joint mechanical claw 53 and the second butt joint mechanical claw 63 has the parameters: 1615D/S. The first heating plate 35 and the first heating plate 35 can be replaced according to needs so as to meet different cold welding cables, the general control box 11 is designed in a modularized program mode, a control module program is arranged in the general control box, intelligentization is facilitated, the first sliding rail 3, the second sliding rail 4, the first butt-joint sliding rail 5 and the second butt-joint sliding rail 6 can move freely through respective motors of a given design module program controller of the general control box 11, the design effect is achieved, and excessive description is not needed.

Claims (6)
1. A cold welding machine for cable production comprises a rack (1) and a cold welding structure arranged on the rack (1), wherein a support (2) is fixed on the top surface of the rack (1), and the cold welding structure comprises a wire stripping mechanism, a butt joint mechanism and a welding mechanism;
the wire stripping mechanism comprises a first sliding rail (3) and a second sliding rail (4), the first sliding rail (3) and the second sliding rail (4) can slide on the support (2) and are symmetrically arranged along the vertical axis of the support (2), a first supporting rod (31) is arranged on the first sliding rail (3), a first air cylinder (32) is arranged at the other end of the first supporting rod (31), a movable first mechanical claw (33) for clamping a cable is arranged on the first air cylinder (32), a first groove (34) parallel to the sliding direction of the first sliding rail (3) is formed in the other end of the first mechanical claw (33), a first heating sheet (35) matched with the first groove (34) is mounted on the first groove (34), a second supporting rod (41) is arranged on the second sliding rail (4), a second air cylinder (42) is arranged at one end of the second supporting rod (41), the second cylinder (42) is provided with a movable second mechanical claw (43) for clamping a cable, the other end of the second mechanical claw (43) is provided with a second groove (44) parallel to the sliding direction of the second sliding rail (4), the second groove (44) is provided with a second heating sheet (45) matched with the second groove (44), and the first groove (35) and the second groove (45) are arranged on the same axial lead;
the butt joint mechanism comprises a first butt joint slide rail (5) and a second butt joint slide rail (6), the first butt joint slide rail (5) and the second butt joint slide rail (6) can slide on the support (2) and are symmetrically arranged along the vertical axis of the support (2), the first butt joint slide rail (5) and the first slide rail (3) are arranged on the same side and are far away from the first slide rail (3), a first butt joint rod (51) is arranged on the first butt joint slide rail (5), a first butt joint cylinder (52) is arranged at the other end of the first butt joint rod (51), a first butt joint mechanical claw (53) which can be movably used for clamping a cable is arranged on the first butt joint cylinder (52), a first butt joint groove (54) parallel to the sliding direction of the first slide rail (3) is formed at the other end of the first butt joint mechanical claw (53), and the second butt joint slide rail (6) and the second slide rail (4) are arranged on the same side and are far away from the second slide rail (4), the second butt joint sliding rail (6) is provided with a second butt joint rod (61), the other end of the second butt joint rod (61) is provided with a second butt joint cylinder (62), the second butt joint cylinder (62) is provided with a movable second butt joint mechanical claw (63) used for clamping a cable, the other end of the second butt joint mechanical claw (63) is provided with a second butt joint groove (64) parallel to the sliding direction (4) of the second sliding rail, and the first butt joint groove (54) and the second butt joint groove (64) are arranged on the same axial lead;
