Abstract
The invention relates to a combined connector accessory and application, wherein the combined connector accessory with an adjustable angle is divided into a primary component and a secondary component, the primary component is of a tubular structure, one end of the primary component is connected with a corresponding connector through threads, and the outgoing direction of the tail end of the primary component forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the central line of an original pipe structure and is connected with the secondary component through a quick-release mounting mode; one end of the secondary component is of a tube structure, the other end of the secondary component is of a single-arm structure, and the wire outlet direction at the tail end of the single-arm structure and the central line of the original tube structure form an included angle of 45 degrees. The combined connector accessory component for the multi-angle wire outgoing installation of the connector and the use method realize the change of the installation angle of the wire harness on the same connector accessory by adjusting different installation angles among the connector accessory components, so that the combined connector accessory component can adapt to different design installation angles such as a straight type, 45 degrees, 90 degrees and the like.

One end of the primary assembly, which is connected with the connector, is provided with a threaded lock ring for being connected with the corresponding connector, the outer side of the other end of the primary assembly is provided with four key position grooves, the middle part of the primary assembly is provided with three quick-release mounting bayonets, and the interval between every two bayonets is 120 degrees.
One end of the single-arm structure is integrally connected with a handle, and the handle is positioned on the opposite side of the outlet pipe.
Each key position groove is spaced by 90 degrees.
One end of the secondary assembly, which is connected with the primary assembly, is provided with a quick-release mounting lock ring, the top inside the tube structure of the secondary assembly is provided with a mounting key projection, and the other end of the single-arm structure is used for binding a wire harness. The inner side of the tube is provided with a mounting key position, the mounting key position is coupled with a key position groove of the primary assembly according to different wire outlet angle requirements during mounting, and the other side of the tube is provided with a single-arm type wire harness binding arm which forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the central line of the tube structure, so that the functions of wire harness binding and fixing and stress release are realized.

Detailed Description

One end of the primary assembly 1 connected with the connector 10 is provided with a threaded lock ring 3 for being connected with a corresponding connector, the outer side of the other end is provided with four key position grooves 4, the middle part of the primary assembly 1 is provided with three quick-release mounting bayonets 5, the interval between every two bayonets is 120 degrees, and the threaded lock ring arranged on the outer part of one end of the tube structure is connected with the connector. The line outlet end and the central line of the original pipe structure form an included angle of 45 degrees, the outer side of the edge is provided with a key position groove every 90 degrees, the total number of the key position grooves is four, and the upper parts of the key position grooves are provided with a quick-release mounting bayonet every 120 degrees, and the total number of the quick-release mounting bayonets is three.
One end of the single-arm structure 9 is integrally connected with a handle 9-1, and the handle 9-1 is positioned at the opposite side of the outlet pipe.
Each key position groove 4 is spaced by 90 degrees.
One end of the secondary assembly 2 connected with the primary assembly 1 is provided with a quick-release mounting lock ring 6, the top inside the tube structure of the secondary assembly 2 is provided with a mounting key projection 7, and the other end of the single-arm structure 9 is used for binding a wire harness 8. The inner side of the tube is provided with a mounting key position, the mounting key position is coupled with a key position groove of the primary assembly according to different wire outlet angle requirements during mounting, and the other side of the tube is provided with a single-arm type wire harness binding arm which forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the central line of the tube structure, so that the functions of wire harness binding and fixing and stress release are realized.
