According to the technical scheme, the cover plate heating device 3 is arranged on the cover plate assembly 2 to heat the cover plate 20, so that the temperature of the cover plate 20 is increased, the problem of condensate water of the cover plate 20 is solved, furthermore, in the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the cover plate heating device 3 is controlled to heat according to the heating power corresponding to the food material amount in the cooking cavity, and the adaptive heating power is selected according to the food material amount in the cooking cavity, so that adverse effects on food materials caused by too large or too small heating power are avoided.
The cooking appliance 100 may be an electric cooker, a cooking machine, or the like, and generally speaking, the cooking base 1 includes a pot body 1a and an inner pot 1b disposed in the pot body 1a, an inner cavity of the inner pot 1b is a cavity of the cooking appliance 100, and when the upper port of the cavity is covered by the lid assembly 2, the inner cavity and the inner cavity of the inner pot 1b form the cooking cavity together.
The pot cover main body is generally hinged to one side of the upper end of the cooking base 1, specifically hinged to one side of the upper end of the pot body 1a, and can further rotate around the hinged position to open and close the cooking cavity. Furthermore, the pot cover main part is except including apron 20, the pot cover main part still includes inner cup 21 and locates the face lid 22 of inner cup 21 top, inner cup 21 with face lid 22 encloses to close and forms the installation cavity, apron 20 locates the downside of inner cup 21, specifically, apron 20 exists with the form of subassembly, apron 20 and sealing washer 23 are in the same place through solid fixed ring fixed connection to form the apron subassembly, apron subassembly detachably installs the downside of inner cup 21 pot subassembly 2 lid fits when cooking seat 1 is last, sealing washer 23 with the last port sealing fit of cavity (for the inner chamber of electric rice cooker for interior pot 1 b), apron 20 with the cavity encloses to close and forms the culinary art chamber.
The cover plate heating device 3 is disposed in the pot cover main body, the structure of the cover plate heating device 3 is not limited, and may be a resistance wire, an infrared heating device, an electromagnetic heating device, and the like, in this embodiment, the cover plate heating device 3 is an electromagnetic heating device disposed in the pot cover main body, the electromagnetic heating device is configured to perform electromagnetic heating on the cover plate 20 when the pot cover is powered on, specifically, the electromagnetic heating device is disposed in the installation cavity, the electromagnetic heating device includes an electromagnetic heating coil 3a, the electromagnetic heating coil 3a is disposed in a ring shape, and in an embodiment of the present invention, a magnetic separation sheet (not shown) is disposed above the electromagnetic heating coil 3a in the pot cover main body.
When the cover plate heating device 3 heats the cover plate 20, so that the temperature of the cover plate 20 rises, the cover plate 20 will have a certain heat radiation to the food material below the cover plate, and further, when the heating control program is executed, the following operations are also executed: when the food material in the cooking cavity is the first food material quantity, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to work according to the first power corresponding to the first food material quantity; when the food material in the cooking cavity is a second food material amount, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to work at a second power corresponding to the first food material amount; wherein the first food material amount is larger than the second food material amount, and the first power is smaller than the second power.
When the food material amount in the cooking cavity is large, namely the food material distance is short between the cover plates 20, the heat radiation effect of the cover plates 20 on the food material is strong, and the loss of the moisture of the food material can be increased, therefore, the cover plate heating device 3 can select small heating power to reduce the loss of the moisture, when the food material amount in the cooking cavity is small, namely the food material distance is long between the cover plates 20, the heat radiation effect of the cover plates 20 on the food material is weak, at the moment, the heating power of the heating device can be increased, and the heat radiation effect of the cover plates 20 on the food material can be improved.
Specifically, the cooking appliance 100 is an electric cooker, and the cover plate heating device 3 is an electromagnetic heating device: in an electric rice cooker, generally, 2 cups of rice are used as a basic unit, i.e. 1-2 cups are used as a range, 3-4 cups are used as a range, 5-6 cups are used as a range, and 7-8 cups are used as a range, different heating powers of the cover plate 20 are used in different rice quantity ranges, for example, the cover plate heating device 3 is started to electromagnetically heat the cover plate 20 in a heat preservation stage, and the control device 6 selects the corresponding heating power of the cover plate heating device 3 according to different rice quantities to ensure the heat preservation effect of rice under different rice quantities: in the case of a rice quantity (for example, 8 cups of rice), the control device 6 selects low power to perform electromagnetic heating because the surface of the rice is closer to the cover plate 20 when the rice quantity is cooked, if the temperature of the cover plate 20 rises faster, the surface of the rice is easily baked, and then, the amount of heat stored inside the rice is large when the rice quantity is cooked, the heat is slowly dissipated, the temperature drops slower, and heating with low power is beneficial to maintaining the surface temperature of the rice relatively constant and also beneficial to saving energy; in the case of millet quantity (for example, 2 cups of rice), the control device 6 will select high power to perform electromagnetic heating because the distance between the surface of the rice and the cover plate 20 is relatively long during the millet quantity cooking, so that the surface of the rice is not easy to be baked, and the heat stored in the rice is relatively small at this time, so that a large amount of water vapor exists in the inner pot 1b, and the water vapor is easily discharged from a steam port, so that the heat is quickly dissipated, the temperature is quickly reduced, and therefore, the heating with high power is favorable for maintaining the relatively constant temperature of the surface of the rice, and the phenomenon that the rice is whitened due to more condensed water generated on the surface of the cover plate 20 after the temperature is reduced is; similarly, in the case of a medium meter (e.g., 4 cups of meter), a medium power may be selected for electromagnetic heating.
The heating opening condition of the cover plate 20 is not limited, and may be that the cover plate heating device 3 is opened when the cooking appliance 100 is started to heat, but since there is substantially no or little condensed water generated in the heating starting stage of the cooking appliance 100, there is a problem that energy is wasted when the cover plate heating device 3 is opened in this stage, in the embodiment of the present invention, the heating opening condition of the cover plate 20 is that when the cooking appliance 100 starts to enter the heat preservation stage, the temperature of the cover plate 20 tends to decrease in this stage, so that the condensed water is more easily generated.
The food material quantity acquisition mode is not limited, and the cooking appliance 100 may be provided with a weighing device to weigh the food material in the cooking cavity, or the user may directly input the food material quantity, and the food material containing liquid (for example, rice cooking) may be measured by setting an original component such as a level gauge, and the like. Further, the heating control program, when executed, further performs the following operations: in the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, before the step of controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to heat according to the heating power corresponding to the food amount in the cooking cavity, the method comprises the following steps: and acquiring the amount of the food materials in the cooking cavity.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a bottom temperature measuring device, the bottom temperature measuring device is used for detecting the bottom temperature of the cooking cavity, the control device 6 is electrically connected to the bottom temperature measuring device, the control device 6 determines the food material amount in the cooking cavity according to the change speed of the bottom temperature of the cooking cavity, specifically, the bottom temperature measuring device is arranged at the inner bottom of the cooker body 1a, and the bottom temperature measuring device is in contact with the bottom of the inner pot 1b in the cooker body 1a to detect the bottom temperature of the inner pot 1 b. Further, the heating control program, when executed, further performs the following operations: the step of obtaining the amount of food material in the cooking cavity comprises: and judging the amount of the food in the cooking cavity according to the change speed of the bottom temperature of the cooking cavity. Of course, the step of obtaining the amount of the food material in the cooking cavity may also be to determine the amount of the food material in the cooking cavity by receiving a signal detected by the weighing device; or the quantity of the food in the cooking cavity is judged by receiving a signal of an input device.
In the embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 further comprises a first temperature detecting device 4 and a second temperature detecting device 5, the first temperature detecting device 4 is used for detecting the steam temperature T1 of the cooking cavity, the second temperature detecting device 5 is used for detecting the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20, the control device 6 is electrically connected with the first temperature detecting device 4 and the second temperature detecting device 5, further, when the heating control program is executed, the heating control program further performs the following operation that after the step of controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to start heating when the heating opening condition of the cover plate 20 is reached, the heating control program further comprises the steps of obtaining the temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 during the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, and controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to make T2-T1 be △ T, wherein the T △ T > 0 ℃.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the operation of the cover plate heating device 33 is controlled, so that T2-T1 is △ T > 0, namely the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 is higher than the temperature T1 of steam, and the problem of condensed water of the cover plate 20 can be further improved.
△ T is theoretically larger, that is, the higher the temperature of the cover plate 20 is, the less condensed water is formed, but the temperature of the cover plate 20 is too high, which wastes energy on the one hand, and on the other hand, causes the amount of heat radiated downwards by the cover plate 20 to be too high, and further, when the heating of the cooking appliance 100 is in the heat preservation stage, the cover plate 20 with too high temperature has a bad influence on food materials below the cover plate 20, such as rice, for example, rice, quickly loses moisture, and the like, so that the temperature of △ T is not too high, in the embodiment of the present invention, △ T is less than or equal to 6 ℃, preferably, △ T is less than or equal to 3 ℃, and considering that the second temperature detection device 5 has a measurement error, △ T is not too small, otherwise, it is difficult to ensure that the actual temperature of the cover plate 20 is higher than the steam temperature.
First temperature-detecting device 4 is used for detecting the steam temperature in culinary art chamber, first temperature-detecting device 4 sets up the position and does not do the restriction, can set up on the culinary art seat 1, also can set up the pot cover main part, in this embodiment, first temperature-detecting device 44 install in the pot cover main part, just the temperature sensing portion of first temperature-detecting device 4 stretch into to culinary art chamber or locate with the position of culinary art chamber intercommunication.
The second temperature detecting device 5 is used to detect the temperature of the cover plate 20, and the arrangement of the second temperature detecting device 5 is not limited in theory, but in this embodiment, the second temperature detecting device 5 is disposed in the pot cover main body and contacts with the upper side of the cover plate 20 to directly detect the temperature of the cover plate 20.
Further, the heating control program, when executed, further performs the following operations:
after the step of controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to start heating when the set cover plate 20 heating opening condition is reached, the method further comprises the following steps:
the lid heating means 3 are controlled to continue heating during the keep warm phase of the cooking appliance 100.
During the heat preservation stage of the cooking appliance 100, at this time, the heating power of the cooking appliance 100 is smaller, the temperature inside the cooking appliance 100 is gradually decreased, the temperature of the lid assembly 2 is decreased first, and further, in this stage, the cover plate 20 is most likely to generate condensed water due to the temperature decrease, so in this embodiment, the cover plate heating device 3 is controlled to continuously heat to the heat preservation stage of the cooking appliance 100, and what degree of the heat preservation stage is specifically continued according to the actual design requirement.
Further, △ T is a range of values, such as △ T ≦ 3℃, which when executed, performs the following:
during the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, acquiring the steam temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20, and controlling the operation of the cover plate heating device 3 to enable T2-T1 to be △ T > 0, wherein the steps comprise:
and in the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, acquiring the steam temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20, and controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to reduce the heating power or suspend heating when the difference value of the T2-T1 exceeds the upper limit value of the range value.
By controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to reduce the heating power or suspend heating, the temperature T2 and the steam temperature T1 of the cover plate 20 are kept within a set value of △ T, so as to avoid adverse effects, such as energy waste, caused by over-high temperature, or adverse effects on rice caused by over-high temperature in the case of an electric rice cooker, which has been described in detail above and will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, the cooking device 100 is illustrated as an electric cooker, and the cooking process of the electric cooker is divided into a temperature rising stage, a water absorption stage, a boiling stage, a rice stewing stage and a heat preservation stage when △ T is less than or equal to 3 ℃, wherein the cover plate heating device 3 starts to perform in the heat preservation stage, selects the upper cover heating power according to the rice quantity when being turned on, and controls T2-T1 within 3 ℃ by turning off the upper cover IH coil.
Fig. 4 to 9 are embodiments of a heating control method of a cooking appliance provided by the present invention, and the heating control method of a cooking appliance provided by the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 4 to 9 and fig. 1 to 3 together:
fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a heating control method of a cooking appliance provided by the invention, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 1 to 3, the heating control method of the cooking appliance 100 includes:
step S10, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to start heating when the cover plate 20 heating start condition is reached;
the heating opening condition of the cover plate 20 is not limited, and may be that the cover plate heating device 3 is opened when the cooking appliance 100 is started to heat, but since there is substantially no or little condensed water generated in the heating starting stage of the cooking appliance 100, there is a problem that energy is wasted when the cover plate heating device 3 is opened in this stage, in the embodiment of the present invention, the heating opening condition of the cover plate 20 is that when the cooking appliance 100 starts to enter the heat preservation stage, the temperature of the cover plate 20 tends to decrease in this stage, so that the condensed water is more easily generated.
Step S20, in the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to heat according to the heating power corresponding to the amount of the cooking cavity food.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of a heating control method for a cooking appliance according to the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, the difference between the step S20 and the first embodiment is that, when the cover plate heating device 3 is heating, the temperature of the cover plate 20 is raised, and the cover plate 20 has a certain amount of heat radiation to the food material therebelow, and step S20 includes:
step S21, when the food material in the cooking cavity is the first food material amount, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to operate at a first power corresponding to the first food material amount;
step S22, when the material in the cooking cavity is a second material amount, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to operate at a second power corresponding to the first material amount;
wherein the first food material amount is larger than the second food material amount, and the first power is smaller than the second power.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of a heating control method of the cooking appliance, and referring to fig. 6, the difference from the first embodiment is that, before step S20, step S30 is further included to obtain the amount of food material in the cooking cavity.
The food material amount acquisition mode is not limited, and the cooking appliance 100 may be provided with a weighing device to weigh food materials in the cooking cavity, and the food materials (for example, cooked rice) containing liquid may be measured by setting an original such as a level gauge. Further, step S30 is specifically: and judging the amount of the food in the cooking cavity according to the change speed of the bottom temperature of the cooking cavity.

in the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 are obtained in step S40, and T2-T1 is △ T by controlling the cover plate heating device 3, and △ T is greater than 0 ℃.
△ T is theoretically larger, that is, the higher the temperature of the cover plate 20 is, the less dew is formed, but the temperature of the cover plate 20 is too high, which wastes energy on the one hand, and on the other hand, causes the amount of heat radiated downwards by the cover plate 20 to be too high, and further, when the heating of the cooking appliance 100 is in the heat preservation stage, the cover plate 20 with too high temperature has a bad influence on food materials below the cover plate 20, such as rice, for example, rice can quickly lose moisture, and the temperature of △ T is not too high, in the embodiment of the present invention, △ T is not greater than 6 ℃, preferably, △ T is not greater than 3 ℃, and considering that the second temperature detection device 5 has a measurement error, so △ T is not too small, otherwise, it is difficult to ensure that the actual temperature of the cover plate 20 is higher than the steam temperature, and therefore, in the embodiment, △ T.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a fifth embodiment of a method for controlling heating of a cooking appliance according to the present invention, and referring to fig. 4, the method differs from the first embodiment in that after step S10, the method further includes:
step S11, controlling the lid heating device 33 to continue heating until the cooking utensil 100 keeps warm.
During the heat preservation phase of the cooking apparatus 100, the heating power of the cooking apparatus 100 is smaller, the temperature inside the cooking apparatus 100 is gradually decreased, the temperature of the lid assembly 22 is decreased first, and further, during this phase, the lid 20 is most likely to generate condensed water due to the temperature decrease, so in this embodiment, the lid heating device 33 is controlled to continuously heat to the heat preservation phase of the cooking apparatus 100, and what degree of the heat preservation phase is specifically continued according to the actual design requirement.

and step S20a, acquiring the steam temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 in the heating process of the cover plate heating device 33, and controlling the cover plate heating device 33 to reduce the heating power or suspend heating when the difference value between the T2 and the T1 exceeds the upper limit value of the range value.
By controlling the cover heating device 33 to reduce the heating power or suspend heating, the temperature T2 and the steam temperature T1 of the cover 2020 are kept within a set value of △ T, so as to avoid adverse effects caused by over-high temperature, such as wasting energy, or, in case of an electric rice cooker, adverse effects on rice due to over-high temperature, as mentioned above.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, in the present embodiment, a cooking device 100 is illustrated as an electric cooker, and for example, △ T is less than or equal to 3 ℃, the electric cooker is divided into a temperature rising stage, a water absorption stage, a boiling stage, a rice stewing stage, and a temperature keeping stage during a rice cooking process, the cover plate heating device 3 starts to operate in the temperature keeping stage, selects an upper cover heating power according to a rice quantity when being turned on, and turns off the upper cover IH coil to control T2-T1 within 3 ℃.
