Abstract
The invention provides a wall-mounted furnace, wherein a combustor comprises a first heating unit and a second heating unit, when heating and preparation of domestic hot water are required to be carried out simultaneously, high-temperature water flowing out through the first heating unit flows into a heat exchanger, cold water flowing into a domestic hot water inlet of the heat exchanger is heated, and hot water flows out through a domestic hot water outlet. The low-temperature water generated after heat exchange in the heat exchanger returns to the second heating unit, is further heated in the second heating unit, and enters the heater equipment through the heating water outlet to perform indoor heating operation. A fourth pipe 11 is disposed between the first water inlet 101 and the heating return water port 3, and one end of the sixth pipe 14 is connected to the fourth pipe 11.
Meanwhile, a temperature limiter 15 is provided on the second pipe 8. The temperature of the hot water heated by the second heating unit is prevented from being excessively high by providing the temperature limiter. Meanwhile, a water pump 16 is provided on the fourth pipe 11, and the water pump 16 is provided at the rear end of the connection portion of the fourth pipe 11 and the sixth pipe 14 in the flow direction of the water flow. By providing the water pump 16, water flowing in through the heating return water port can stably flow into the inside of the first heating unit.
In this embodiment, a domestic hot water outlet pipe 17 is provided on the domestic hot water outlet 502, and a temperature sensing bulb 18 is provided on the domestic hot water outlet pipe 17. On the heat exchanger 5, a domestic hot water inlet 501 and a domestic hot water outlet 502 are connected at the same time, and the water heated by the first heating unit and the second heating unit at the same time exchanges heat with the domestic hot water in the heat exchanger 5, so that the water temperature of the domestic hot water is ensured.

Meanwhile, the water flowing out of the heat exchanger 5 flows into the third three-way valve 13, then flows into the second heating unit 2 through the second water inlet 201 to be reheated, the reheated water flows out of the second water outlet 202 and flows into the second pipe 8, and after the water flows into the second three-way valve 9, the third three-way valve 13 is controlled to enable the water to directly flow into the heating water outlet, so that the heating water is prepared.
In this embodiment, the preparation of domestic hot water and heating water can be simultaneously realized through the control of the first three-way valve, the second three-way valve, the third three-way valve, the first heating unit and the second heating unit.
