Abstract
The invention relates to an application of an environment-friendly fluorine-free waterproof agent with improved continuous processing stability and good coating fastness on umbrella surface cloth, wherein in the finishing step, 45-50g/L of fluorine-free waterproof agent solution is added into a tank liquor, the padder pressure is 2 kg, the setting vehicle speed is 60-65m/min, and a setting machine is dried. In the invention, the acidic regulator is added to maintain the pH value of the processing liquid to be between 5 and 6, so that the continuous processing stability of the waterproof agent is greatly improved; on the premise of ensuring that the waterproof effect meets the requirement, the probability of preventing the water from sticking to the roller is reduced, and meanwhile, the condition that the cloth is rolled into a roll and slips is reduced; after folding for 30 times, comparing, the umbrella made of the umbrella fabric has normal glue film fastness and smooth hand feeling, PFOS, PFOA and APEO are not detected, and the water resistance can reach more than 90 parts.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile production, in particular to application of an environment-friendly fluorine-free waterproof agent with improved continuous processing stability and good coating fastness to umbrella cloth.
Background
The composition of water repellents for textile fibres has long been known in the art. In general, the most market-share water repellent is typically a fluorine-containing water repellent. Fluorine-based water repellents are generally composed of oligomers or polymers having a large number of fluorine-containing groups, and can impart good water and oil repellency to fiber materials. However, in recent years, as concerns about environmental ecology caused by fluorine-containing compounds have been increased, there is a need for a substitute which does not contain fluorine and provides a fiber with good water-repellent properties.
The fluoride PFOA (perfluorooctane sulfonyl compound) and PFOS (perfluorooctanoic acid ammonium) in the common waterproof agent at present belong to environment, human and animal unfriendly compounds, and have the advantages of bioaccumulation, genetic toxicity, stable performance and difficult degradation. With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the environmental protection requirements on the waterproof agent are higher and higher, and the application of the waterproof agent is from 8-carbon waterproof agent to 6-carbon waterproof agent to fluorine-free waterproof agent. Especially, the products exported in Europe and America are always required to be free of fluorine. The existing fluorine-free waterproof agent usually contains active hydrogen or amino, and the fluorine-free waterproof agent is easily oxidized due to high processing temperature in the processing process, so that the waterproof agent is difficult to attach to umbrella cloth, and the waterproof performance of the product is finally reduced.

CN103628324A discloses a waterproof agent compounded by alkyl methacrylate polymer and paraffin wax, which achieves the waterproof performance through long-chain hydrophobic polymer. The end-capped polyurethane compound or the alkyl methacrylate polymer dispersion liquid which is adopted only can bring about good initial waterproof effect and certain washing fastness, but has the defects of poor running stability in use, hard hand feeling of the finished fabric and the like. The alkyl acrylate waterproof agent also has the defects of complex preparation process, higher requirement on equipment, poor product reproducibility and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an application of an environment-friendly fluorine-free waterproof agent to umbrella cloth, which overcomes the defects that the existing waterproof agent is difficult to attach to the umbrella cloth and finally reduces the waterproof performance of a product.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an application of environment-friendly fluorine-free water-proofing agent in umbrella surface cloth is characterized by that in the finishing step, 45-50g/L of fluorine-free water-proofing agent solution is added into the bath liquor, the padder pressure is 2 kg, the setting vehicle speed is 60-65m/min, and the setting machine is dried.
In the technical scheme, on the basis of the existing umbrella fabric production process, the formula of the waterproof agent is adjusted, and compared with the conventional fluorine-free waterproof agent, the proportion of the stabilizer is increased, the softener is cancelled, and the proportion of the stabilizer is increased, so that the chemical balance is kept, the surface tension is reduced, and the environment-friendly fluorine-free waterproof agent can be better and more firmly combined on the umbrella fabric in the subsequent setting process; on the premise of ensuring that the waterproof effect meets the requirement, the probability of preventing the water from sticking to the roller is reduced, and meanwhile, the slipping condition of the cloth roll is reduced. By adding a proper amount of citric acid and acetic acid and maintaining the pH value of the processing liquid at 5-6, the continuous processing stability of the waterproof agent can be greatly improved.
Preferably, the fluorine-free waterproof agent solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of silicon-carbon compound copolymer waterproofing agent mother liquor, 15-25 parts of stabilizing agent, 1 part of acidity regulator and 40-50 parts of water.
Preferably, the acidity regulator consists of acetic acid and citric acid in a mass ratio of 1: 1.
Preferably, the silicon-carbon compound copolymer waterproof agent mother solution is prepared by mixing 15-20 parts by weight of methyl hydrogen-containing siloxane emulsion, 15-20 parts by weight of hydroxyl silane emulsion and 5-10 parts by weight of carboxyl silane emulsion.
Preferably, the stabilizer is formed by mixing 2-4 parts by weight of ethanolamine, 2-4 parts by weight of isopropanol and 2-4 parts by weight of cross-linking agent.
Preferably, the temperature of each section of oven of the setting machine is respectively as follows: 195 deg.C, 205 deg.C, 215 deg.C, and 200 deg.C.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the invention, the acidic regulator is added to maintain the pH value of the processing liquid to be between 5 and 6, so that the continuous processing stability of the waterproof agent is greatly improved; on the premise of ensuring that the waterproof effect meets the requirement, the invention reduces the probability of waterproof roller sticking and reduces the slipping condition of the cloth roll; the umbrella made of the umbrella fabric prepared by the invention is compared with an umbrella made of a conventional umbrella fabric after being folded for 30 times, and the umbrella made of the umbrella fabric prepared by the invention has normal glue film fastness and smooth hand feeling; PFOS, PFOA and APEO are not detected; the waterproof performance of the umbrella made of the umbrella surface cloth can reach more than 90 parts.

The raw materials used in the present invention are all commercially available.
The crosslinking agent used in the present invention may be any of DCP, BPO, DTBP or DBHP.
Example 1
An application of environment-friendly fluorine-free waterproof agent on umbrella surface cloth, in the finishing step, 45g/L fluorine-free waterproof agent solution is added into a tank liquor, the padder pressure is 2 kg, the setting vehicle speed is 65m/min, the setting machine is dried, and the temperature of each section of drying oven of the setting machine is respectively as follows: 195 deg.C, 205 deg.C, 215 deg.C, and 200 deg.C.
The fluorine-free waterproof agent solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of silicon-carbon compound copolymer waterproof agent mother liquor, 15 parts of stabilizer, 1 part of acidity regulator and 40 parts of water; wherein the silicon-carbon compound copolymer waterproof agent mother liquor is prepared by mixing 15 parts by weight of methyl hydrogen-containing siloxane emulsion, 15 parts by weight of hydroxyl silane emulsion and 5 parts by weight of carboxyl silane emulsion; the stabilizer is formed by mixing 2 parts by weight of ethanolamine, 4 parts by weight of isopropanol and 3 parts by weight of cross-linking agent; the acidity regulator consists of acetic acid and citric acid in a mass ratio of 1: 1.
Example 2
The application of the environment-friendly fluorine-free waterproof agent to the umbrella surface cloth comprises the steps of adding 50g/L of fluorine-free waterproof agent solution into a tank liquor in a finishing step, wherein the padder pressure is 2 kg, the setting vehicle speed is 65m/min, and the setting machine dries, wherein the drying oven temperature of each section of the setting machine is respectively as follows: 195 deg.C, 205 deg.C, 215 deg.C, and 200 deg.C.
The fluorine-free waterproof agent solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of silicon-carbon compound copolymer waterproof agent mother liquor, 20 parts of stabilizer, 1 part of acidity regulator and 39 parts of water; the silicon-carbon compound copolymer waterproof agent mother liquor is prepared by mixing 17 parts by weight of methyl hydrogen-containing siloxane emulsion, 18 parts by weight of hydroxyl silane emulsion and 8 parts by weight of carboxyl silane emulsion; the stabilizer is formed by mixing 3 parts by weight of ethanolamine, 3 parts by weight of isopropanol and 4 parts by weight of cross-linking agent; the acidity regulator consists of acetic acid and citric acid in a mass ratio of 1: 1.
Example 3
In the finishing step, 48g/L of fluorine-free water-proofing agent solution is added into bath solution, the padder pressure is 2 kg, the setting vehicle speed is 65m/min, the setting machine is dried, and the drying oven temperature of each section of the setting machine is respectively as follows: 195 deg.C, 205 deg.C, 215 deg.C, and 200 deg.C.
The fluorine-free waterproof agent solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45 parts of mother liquor of a silicon-carbon compound copolymer waterproof agent, 25 parts of a stabilizer, 1 part of an acidity regulator and 50 parts of water; wherein, the silicon-carbon compound copolymer waterproof agent mother solution is prepared by mixing 20 parts by weight of methyl hydrogen-containing siloxane emulsion, 20 parts by weight of hydroxyl silane emulsion and 10 parts by weight of carboxyl silane emulsion; the stabilizer is formed by mixing 4 parts by weight of ethanolamine, 3 parts by weight of isopropanol and 2 parts by weight of cross-linking agent; the acidity regulator consists of acetic acid and citric acid in a mass ratio of 1: 1.
