The invention relates to the technical field of pickled product storage containers, in particular to a pickled product storage container.
Background
At present, the containers for preserving products commonly used by people comprise plastic bottles, glass bottles, jars, cans and the like, and when the foods are preserved, the bottle openings are sealed by the method to avoid air leakage and air suction. Because the pickled products can generate a large amount of fermentation gas at the initial stage of production and storage, the gas is isolated from the outside by the bottle cap under the sealed condition, thereby protecting the fermentation environment of the pickled products, being not interfered by the outside air and achieving the aim of preservation; along with the lapse of time, the gas that the continuous fermentation produced gathers together, reach certain intensity, break the bottle lid and leak gas finally; after the air leakage is generated, the air inside and outside the bottle is communicated, and is influenced by temperature difference, the bottle can suck the outside air through the gap of the prior air leakage, so that the fresh-keeping environment in the bottle is damaged, and the freshness of the pickled products is influenced. Therefore, the problem of sealing the bottle mouth is always troubled.

In response to the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a marinade receptacle.
A container for pickled products comprises a cover body and a container body, wherein the cover body is detachably connected with the container body, and a closed accommodating space is formed after the cover body is connected with the container body; the cover body comprises a bulge part and an air valve, the bulge part is integrally arranged on the wall surface of the cover body, an air hole is formed in the free end of the bulge part, the air hole communicates the inside and the outside of the cover body, and the bulge part is of a conical structure; the air valve is provided with an outline matched with the inner wall surface structure of the protruding portion, is arranged on the inner side of the air hole and is used for being abutted and sealed with the inner side wall of the air hole, and is made of rubber materials.
Preferably, the valve comprises a first end portion, a second end portion and a gradually widening section, the gradually widening section is arranged between the first end portion and the second end portion, and the first end portion outline size is larger than the second end portion outline size.
Preferably, the valve further comprises a straight section, the straight section is arranged between the second end portion and the gradually widening section, and the straight section is used for extending out of the air hole.
Preferably, the second end is provided with an explosion vent, and the explosion vent is communicated with the outside of the container body under the action of pressure difference and reaches a pressure difference threshold value.
Preferably, the marinade reservoir further includes a sealing ring disposed between the lid and the reservoir body.
Preferably, the marinade reservoir further includes a housing, the housing being located externally of the lid.
Preferably, the marinade storage device further comprises a threading device, the threading device comprises a holding end and a drawing end, the holding end and the drawing end are integrally arranged, the holding end is of a conical structure matched with the inner contour of the air valve, and the drawing end is of a rod-shaped structure.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cover of the common container bottle is provided with the air valve and the bulge matched with the air valve, and the bulge is provided with the air hole, so that the air valve and the conical bulge can be perfectly matched, and the accommodating space formed after the cover body is connected with the container body is relatively isolated from the external environment, therefore, the inside of the accommodating space is ensured to be relatively independent from the external environment of the container under the condition of a certain pressure difference threshold value, the self fermentation environment of the pickled product is protected, the pickled product is not interfered by the external air, and the aim of keeping fresh is fulfilled; meanwhile, as time goes on, when the amount of fermentation gas continuously increases and the pressure difference between the air pressure of the containing space in the container and the air pressure of the environment outside the container exceeds a pressure threshold value, the explosion hole on the air valve is pressed and broken, so that the purpose of pressure relief is achieved; along with the reduction of the amount of the fermentation gas, the pressure difference between the air pressure of the containing space inside the container and the air pressure of the external environment of the container is reduced, and when the pressure difference is smaller than the pressure threshold value for opening the explosion hole under the pressure, the explosion hole is closed due to the elastic recovery of the rubber material, and the containing space inside the container is in a closed state at the moment. Therefore, the invention can ensure the safe operation of the storage and avoid the uncertain danger caused by the high air pressure state. On the other hand, the invention is suitable for storing various pickled products, is suitable for containers with various shapes and various materials, has easily obtained and produced raw materials, and is suitable for popularization and application; the invention is used for storing various salted products and transporting logistics; the invention can be reused without discarding.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a reservoir configuration, as shown in FIG. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention; the invention provides a pickled product container which comprises a cover body 13 and a container body 12, wherein the cover body 13 is detachably connected with the container body 12, and a closed accommodating space is formed after the cover body 13 is connected with the container body 12; the cover 13 comprises a convex part 131 and the air valve 10, the convex part 131 is integrally arranged on the wall surface of the cover 13, the free end of the convex part 131 is provided with an air hole which communicates the inside and the outside of the cover 13, and the convex part 131 is in a conical structure; the protruding portion 131 is a tapered structure, and the expanding portion thereof is connected to the lid 13, and the contracting portion is a free end; from the knowledge of hydrodynamics, when fermentation gas is generated in the pickled product in the accommodating space, the pressure of the air inside the accommodating space is greater than the pressure of the external space of the container body 12, so that a pressure collecting end is formed at the conical cover 13.
Further, the valve 10 has an outline matched with the inner wall surface structure of the protruding portion 131, the valve 10 is disposed inside the air hole and used for abutting against and sealing the inner wall surface of the air hole, and the valve 10 is made of a rubber material. It should be noted that the valve 10 made of rubber has a characteristic of opening under pressure and closing without pressure.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a valve 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the valve 10 includes a first end portion 103, a second end portion 104, and a gradually widening section 101, where the gradually widening section 101 is disposed between the first end portion 103 and the second end portion 104, and a contour dimension of the first end portion 103 is larger than a contour dimension of the second end portion 104.
Further, the valve 10 further comprises a straight section 102, the straight section 102 is disposed between the second end 104 and the gradually-widening section 101, and the straight section 102 is used for protruding from the air hole.
Further, the second end 104 is provided with an explosion vent 105, and the explosion vent 105 is under the action of pressure difference and reaches a pressure difference threshold value, so that the accommodating space is communicated with the outside of the reservoir body 12. It should be noted that, the air valve 10 and the convex part 131 matched with the air valve 10 are arranged on the cover of the common container bottle, and the convex part 131 is provided with the air hole, the air valve 10 and the conical convex part 131 can be perfectly matched, so that the accommodating space formed after the cover body 13 is connected with the container body 12 is relatively isolated from the external environment, the inside of the accommodating space and the external environment of the container are relatively independent under the condition of a certain pressure difference threshold value, the self fermentation environment of the pickled product is protected, the pickled product is not interfered by the external air, and the purpose of keeping fresh is achieved; meanwhile, as time goes on, when the amount of fermentation gas continuously increases and the pressure difference between the air pressure of the accommodating space in the container and the air pressure of the environment outside the container exceeds a pressure threshold, the explosion hole 105 on the valve 10 is pressed and broken, so that the purpose of pressure relief is achieved; along with the reduction of the amount of the fermentation gas, the pressure difference between the air pressure of the containing space in the container and the air pressure of the external environment of the container is reduced, when the pressure difference is smaller than the pressure threshold value of the pressure opening of the explosion vent 105, the explosion vent 105 is closed due to the elastic recovery of the rubber material, and the containing space in the container is in a closed state at the moment.
Further, the marinade container also includes a sealing ring 14, and the sealing ring 14 is disposed between the cover 13 and the container body 12.
Further, the marinade container further comprises a housing 11, and the housing 11 is sleeved outside the cover 13. The cover 11 can protect the lid 13 from long-term use of the reservoir.
Further, the marinade container further comprises an applicator 15, the applicator 15 comprises a holding end 151 and a pulling end 152, the holding end 151 and the pulling end 152 are integrally arranged, the holding end 151 is a conical structure matching with the inner contour of the air valve 10, and the pulling end 152 is a rod-shaped structure.
Further, the pulling end 152 is smaller in size than the air hole.
Before bottling the salted product, the air valve 10 is guided to the air hole by the guider 15, and the air hole is tightly plugged by pushing, and the guider 15 is withdrawn, as shown in fig. 3 and 4; and (3) inverting the cover body 13, pasting the sealing ring 14 on the edge of the cover body 13, then buckling the container body 12, and screwing. And (4) checking whether the container body 12 filled with the pickled products is screwed down or not, and judging that the container body 12 filled with the pickled products is qualified because the container body is not water-tight.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cover of the common container bottle is provided with the air valve and the bulge matched with the air valve, and the bulge is provided with the air hole, so that the air valve and the conical bulge can be perfectly matched, and the accommodating space formed after the cover body is connected with the container body is relatively isolated from the external environment, therefore, the inside of the accommodating space is ensured to be relatively independent from the external environment of the container under the condition of a certain pressure difference threshold value, the self fermentation environment of the pickled product is protected, the pickled product is not interfered by the external air, and the aim of keeping fresh is fulfilled; meanwhile, as time goes on, when the amount of fermentation gas continuously increases and the pressure difference between the air pressure of the containing space in the container and the air pressure of the environment outside the container exceeds a pressure threshold value, the explosion hole on the air valve is pressed and broken, so that the purpose of pressure relief is achieved; along with the reduction of the amount of the fermentation gas, the pressure difference between the air pressure of the containing space inside the container and the air pressure of the external environment of the container is reduced, and when the pressure difference is smaller than the pressure threshold value for opening the explosion hole under the pressure, the explosion hole is closed due to the elastic recovery of the rubber material, and the containing space inside the container is in a closed state at the moment. Therefore, the invention can ensure the safe operation of the storage and avoid the uncertain danger caused by the high air pressure state. On the other hand, the invention is suitable for storing various pickled products, is suitable for containers with various shapes and various materials, has easily obtained and produced raw materials, and is suitable for popularization and application; the invention is used for storing various salted products and transporting logistics; the invention can be reused without discarding.
