Abstract
The invention relates to a calcium sulfate scale cleaning agent for a reverse osmosis membrane and a cleaning method, belonging to the technical field of water treatment. 0.5 to 2 percent of alkali liquor, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of pH regulator, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of dispersant, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of surfactant, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of chelating agent and the balance of reverse osmosis water. The pickling cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 to 10 percent of acid liquor, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of pH regulator, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of surfactant, 0.05 to 0.25 percent of chelating agent, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of bactericide and the balance of reverse osmosis water. The method has the advantages that the removal rate of calcium sulfate scale can reach 98.8%, the differential pressure of the first stage and the second stage of reverse osmosis is reduced by 46% and 62.5%, the desalination rate is improved to more than 98%, the water production flow is improved by 44%, and the method can be widely applied to reverse osmosis membranes on the market and can also be applied to cleaning ultrafiltration membranes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water treatment, and relates to a reverse osmosis cleaning agent and a cleaning method thereof, in particular to a cleaning method for calcium sulfate scale dirt blockage of a reverse osmosis membrane.
Background
The reverse osmosis technology is a technology which uses pressure as driving force and realizes substance separation by utilizing the selective permeability of a membrane. In the water treatment of a thermal power plant, reverse osmosis is commonly used for pre-desalting of ion exchange so as to reduce the salt content of inlet water of ion exchange equipment, prolong the operation period and reduce the discharge of waste acid and waste alkali.
In systems with poor pretreatment, reverse osmosis membranes are gradually contaminated with inorganic substances, microorganisms, metal oxides, colloids and insoluble organic substances in the concentrate. After pollutants in water are deposited in a water flow channel of the membrane component, the water flow resistance is increased, the water yield is reduced, and the pressure drop is increased. The contaminants also plug the membrane pores and permeate the membrane under pressure into the fresh water, causing the quality of the fresh water to degrade. The reverse osmosis membrane scale is mainly carbonate scale, sulfate scale and silicate scale, and a small amount of iron-aluminum-silicon compounds exist, wherein the sulfate scale and the silicate scale are the most difficult to remove. The choice of reverse osmosis cleaning agent and cleaning method has important influence on the performance recovery and the expected life of the reverse osmosis membrane after pollution, so as to avoid long-term irreversible damage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a calcium sulfate scale cleaning agent and a cleaning method for a reverse osmosis membrane, and aims to clean the pollution conditions of a reverse osmosis system, including system scaling, microbial pollution, organic matter particle adhesion and the like, particularly the pollution and blockage conditions of calcium sulfate scales, so as to improve the desalination rate of the reverse osmosis membrane, reduce the pressure difference of a first stage and a second stage, improve the service condition of the reverse osmosis system, prolong the service life of the membrane and reduce the production cost.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: the cleaning agent comprises an alkali washing cleaning agent and an acid washing cleaning agent, wherein the alkali washing cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass according to solute: 0.5 to 2 percent of alkali liquor, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of pH regulator, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of dispersant, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of surfactant, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of chelating agent and the balance of reverse osmosis water; the pickling cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 to 10 percent of acid liquor, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of pH regulator, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of surfactant, 0.05 to 0.25 percent of chelating agent, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of bactericide and the balance of reverse osmosis water.
The alkali liquor is Na2CO3And Na (PO)4)3Prepared in a ratio of 1: 2.
The acid solution is one or more of citric acid, glycolic acid, formic acid and sulfamic acid.
The pH regulator in the alkaline cleaning agent is one of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide; the pH regulator in the acid cleaning agent is one of hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.
The dispersant is one or more of polyethylene glycol and polyacrylic acid; the surfactant is one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium sulfamate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; the chelating agent is one or more of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA disodium salt), ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt (EDTA tetrasodium salt), ethylene glycol diethyl ether diamine tetraacetic acid dipotassium salt (EGTA dipotassium salt) and nitrilotriacetic acid; the reducing agent is sodium erythorbate; the bactericide is one or more of isothiazolinone and dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.
The pH value of the alkaline cleaning agent is 10-12, and the pH value of the acid cleaning agent is 2-4.
A method for cleaning calcium sulfate scale of reverse osmosis membrane comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing an alkaline washing cleaning agent, fully dissolving the cleaning agent by using reverse osmosis produced water, and placing the cleaning agent in an alkaline washing cleaning box; starting a cleaning pump, injecting an alkali cleaning agent into the reverse osmosis membrane system, adjusting the water temperature, controlling the flow rate of a cleaning solution, circularly cleaning for 1h, then soaking for 30min, and repeatedly cleaning and soaking for 2-3 times;
step two, after the alkaline cleaning is finished, washing the system by using reverse osmosis produced water until the pH value is close to 7;
step three, preparing a pickling cleaning agent, fully dissolving the pickling cleaning agent by using reverse osmosis produced water, and placing the pickling cleaning agent in a pickling cleaning box; starting a cleaning pump, injecting a pickling cleaning agent into the reverse osmosis membrane system, adjusting the water temperature, controlling the flow rate of a cleaning solution, circularly cleaning for 1h, then soaking for 2h, and repeatedly cleaning and soaking for 2-3 times;
and step four, after the acid washing is finished, washing the system by using reverse osmosis produced water until the pH value is close to 7.
In the first step of the invention, the water temperature is 30-45 ℃, and the flow rate of the cleaning fluid is 0.1-0.2 m/s; in the third step, the water temperature is 30-45 ℃, and the flow rate of the cleaning solution is 0.15-0.3 m/s.
The method has the advantages of low cost, simple and convenient operation and short process time, the removal rate of calcium sulfate scale can reach 98.8 percent, the differential pressure of the first reverse osmosis stage and the second reverse osmosis stage is reduced by 46 percent and 62.5 percent, the desalination rate is improved to more than 98 percent, the water production flow is improved by 44 percent, the service life of equipment is prolonged, the production cost is saved, meanwhile, the cleaning waste liquid can be discharged after acid-base neutralization, and the method has small environmental pollution.

step one, preparing an alkaline washing cleaning agent with the pH value of 10:
0.5% alkali solution: na (Na)2CO3:Na(PO4)3=1:2;
0.2% pH adjuster: KOH;
0.05% dispersant: polyethylene glycol;
0.02% surfactant: sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate;
0.08% chelating agent: nitrilotriacetic acid;
fully dissolving the mixture by reverse osmosis produced water, and placing the mixture in an alkaline washing and cleaning box; starting a cleaning pump, injecting an alkaline cleaning agent into the reverse osmosis membrane system, adjusting the water temperature to 45 ℃, controlling the flow rate of a cleaning solution to be 0.2m/s, circularly cleaning for 1h, soaking for 30min, and repeatedly cleaning and soaking for 2 times;
step two, after the alkaline cleaning is finished, washing the system by using reverse osmosis produced water until the pH value is close to 7;
step three, preparing an acid washing cleaning agent with the pH value of 4:

fully dissolving the mixture by reverse osmosis produced water, and placing the mixture in an acid washing and cleaning box; starting a cleaning pump, injecting a pickling cleaning agent into the reverse osmosis membrane system, adjusting the water temperature to 35 ℃, controlling the flow rate of the cleaning agent to be 0.3m/s, circularly cleaning for 1h, then soaking for 2h, and repeatedly cleaning and soaking for 2 times;
and step four, after the acid washing is finished, washing the system by using reverse osmosis produced water until the pH value is close to 7.

0.025% surfactant: fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether;
0.1% chelating agent: EDTA tetrasodium salt;
fully dissolving the mixture by reverse osmosis produced water, and placing the mixture in an alkaline washing and cleaning box; starting a cleaning pump, injecting an alkaline cleaning agent into the reverse osmosis membrane system, adjusting the water temperature to 35 ℃, controlling the flow rate of the cleaning agent to be 0.1m/s, circularly cleaning for 1h, soaking for 30min, and repeatedly cleaning and soaking for 3 times;
step two, after the alkaline cleaning is finished, washing the system by using reverse osmosis produced water until the pH value is close to 7;
step three, preparing an acid washing cleaning agent with the pH value of 3.5:

fully dissolving the mixture by reverse osmosis produced water, and placing the mixture in an acid washing and cleaning box; starting a cleaning pump, injecting a pickling cleaning agent into the reverse osmosis membrane system, adjusting the water temperature to 45 ℃, controlling the flow rate of a cleaning solution to be 0.25m/s, circularly cleaning for 1h, then soaking for 2h, and repeatedly cleaning and soaking for 2 times;
and step four, after the acid washing is finished, washing the system by using reverse osmosis produced water until the pH value is close to 7.
