Detailed Description
The invention provides a mobile terminal which can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, a game machine, a learning machine or a wearable device. Of course, the mobile terminal may also be another mobile terminal having an image capturing function, and is not limited in particular herein. The mobile terminal includes a housing assembly 100.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the housing assembly 100 includes:
a battery cover 10, the battery cover 10 being provided with a mounting hole 10a for mounting the camera module;
the decoration 30, the decoration 30 is limited in the mounting hole 10a, the decoration 30 has limiting parts 33; and
and the connecting piece 50 is provided with a clamping hole 51a, and the connecting piece 50 is connected with the decorating piece 30 through the matching of the limiting part 33 and the clamping hole 51a and connects the decorating piece 30 with the battery cover 10.
Specifically, the decoration 30 is limited to the mounting hole 10a, so that the connection member 50 can connect the decoration 30 with the battery cover 10. The limiting mode can be various, for example, the decorating part 30 or the battery cover 10 is respectively provided with an alignment structure, such as a limiting column and a limiting hole, or a protrusion and a groove, for limiting, so that the decorating part 30 blocks the mounting hole 10 a. The camera module (not shown) can be selected to have different models according to the requirement. The decorative member 30 may be made of stainless steel or metal, and may be made of a light material such as an alloy material in order to reduce the weight of the entire device.
The number of the connecting members 50 is one or more, when there are a plurality of connecting members 50, the connecting members 50 can be uniformly or symmetrically disposed on the periphery of the decoration 30, the connecting members 50 are connected to the decoration 30, and the decoration 30 is connected to the battery cover 10, and the connecting manner can be a fixed connection or a detachable connection, such as a welded fixed connection, or a detachable connection of a snap and screw connection. And is not particularly limited herein.
The shell assembly 100 comprises a battery cover 10 and a decorating part 30, wherein the battery cover 10 is provided with a mounting hole 10a for mounting a camera module, the decorating part 30 is limited in the mounting hole 10a, the decorating part 30 is provided with a limiting part 33, the connecting part 50 is provided with a clamping hole 51a, the connecting part and the decorating part are connected through the matching of the limiting part 33 and the clamping hole 51a, the decorating part 30 is connected with the battery cover 10, the problem that glue overflow easily occurs to influence the product qualification rate when the decorating part 30 is connected with the battery cover 10 in a glue dispensing mode is avoided, the product qualification rate can be greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.
The decoration 30 is mounted to the battery cover 10 in two ways, that is, the decoration 30 is mounted from the exterior surface and the non-exterior surface of the battery cover 10. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, the decoration 30 is installed from an external surface of the battery cover 10, and the concrete structure of the decoration 30 is as follows, the decoration 30 includes a decoration cover 31, and the limiting portion 33 is disposed on a side of the decoration cover 31 close to the connecting member 50;
the connecting element 50 comprises a bottom plate 51 and a connecting arm 53, the bottom plate 51 is provided with a clamping hole 51a, the connecting arm 53 is arranged on one side of the bottom plate 51 close to the decorative cover 31, and the connecting arm 53 and the bottom plate 51 enclose a containing space 20;
at least part of the limiting part 33 penetrates through the clamping hole 51a and is limited in the accommodating space 20 to fixedly connect the connecting piece 50 and the decorating piece 30, and the bottom plate 51 abuts against one side of the battery cover 10 close to the connecting piece 50 to fixedly connect the decorating piece 30 to the battery cover 10.
It can be understood that the decoration 30 includes a decoration cover 31 and a limiting portion 33, and the number of the limiting portion 33 is one or more, corresponding to the number of the connecting members 50, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the decoration frame 30 and the battery cover 10. The projected area that the outer periphery of dress trim 31 encloses to close and forms is greater than or equal to the open pore area of mounting hole 10a, and one or more spacing portion 33 are located the same surface of dress trim 31, and in this embodiment, spacing portion 33 is equipped with four, and four spacing portions 33 interval are arranged in the relative both sides of dress trim 31, and connecting piece 50 corresponds and is equipped with four, fixes ornamental 30 and battery cover 10 through connecting piece 50.
Wherein, connecting piece 50 includes bottom plate 51 and connecting arm 53, connecting arm 53 is for having certain elastic arm, be formed with accommodation space 20 between connecting arm 53 and the surface of bottom plate 51, at least part of spacing portion 33 wears to locate card hole 51a and spacing in accommodation space 20, this spacing mode can be that spacing portion 33 and connecting arm 53 and bottom plate 51 butt carry on spacingly, when the part that spacing portion 33 wore to locate card hole 51a is greater than accommodation space 20's volume, spacing portion 33 is when exerting the effort to connecting arm 53, connecting arm 53 can take place certain deformation. When the portion of the limiting portion 33 passing through the fastening hole 51a is smaller than the volume of the accommodating space 20, the limiting portion can be limited by a limiting structure, such as a buckle or a screw.
The bottom plate 51 and the connecting arm 53 can be formed separately or integrally, and in order to simplify the forming steps and the processing technology, the bottom plate 51 and the connecting arm 53 are formed integrally, for example, by injection molding. In addition, the bottom plate 51 abuts against the inner surface 11 of the battery cover 10 to fixedly connect the decoration 30 to the battery cover 10, and the bottom plate 51 may be directly welded and fixed with the battery cover 10, or the bottom plate 51 may be indirectly fixedly connected with the battery cover 10 through other components.
In one embodiment, the bottom plate 51 is fixedly connected to the battery cover 10 by an elastic member 70. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the elastic member 70 is interposed between the base plate 51 and the battery cover 10.
It can be understood that the elastic member 70 is disposed on the inner surface 11, which does not affect the aesthetic property of the housing assembly 100, and when the elastic member 70 is pressed by the bottom plate 51, it will deform to some extent, and at this time, the decoration 30 is fixedly connected to the battery cover 10 through the connection member 50. The elastic member 70 is made of a material having a certain elastic function, such as a foam pad or plastic.
In order to ensure that the position-limiting portion 33 cannot fall out of the card hole 51a after being limited in the accommodating space 20, in an embodiment, the card hole 51a includes a first through hole 511a and a second through hole 513a communicated with the first through hole 511a, a lateral dimension of the first through hole 511a along an extending direction of the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a is smaller than a lateral dimension of the second through hole 513a along an extending direction of the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a, and the position-limiting portion 33 is disposed through the second through hole 513a and can slide into the first through hole 511a in the second through hole 513a for limiting and fixing.
The direction shown by the arrow in fig. 5 is the extending direction of the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513 a. For convenience of processing, the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a may be regular openings, such as circular, elliptical, or square, and when the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a are circular holes or elliptical holes, the extending direction of the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a is the extending direction of a straight line connecting the centers of the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513 a. When the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a are square holes, the extending direction of the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a is a direction in which the central axes of the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a are parallel. The limiting portion 33 is disposed through the second through hole 513a and can slide in the second through hole 513a to the first through hole 511a for limiting and fixing, that is, the cross-sectional area formed by the surrounding of the outer periphery of the limiting portion 33 is smaller than the opening area of the second through hole 513a and larger than the opening area of the first through hole 511 a. The stopper 33 slides into the first through hole 511a to be fixed.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first through hole 511a and the second through hole 513a may have other shapes, and all of them are within the protection scope of the embodiment of the invention.
There are various ways of limiting the limiting portion 33 by the connecting member 50, and referring to fig. 2 and 5, in an embodiment, the connecting arm 53 includes:
a first connecting section 531, one end of the first connecting section 531 being connected to a surface of the base plate 51 adjacent to the decorative cover 31;
and a second connecting section 533 bent and extended from the first connecting section 531; and
a position-limiting section 535, wherein the position-limiting section 535 is disposed at an end of the second connecting section 533 away from the first connecting section 531, an end of the position-limiting section 535 away from the second connecting section 533 is disposed toward the bottom plate 51, and the first connecting section 531, the second connecting section 533, the third connecting section, the fourth connecting section, the fifth connecting section, the sixth connecting section, the seventh connecting section, and the seventh connecting section 533,
The second connecting section 533, the limiting section 535 and the bottom plate 51 enclose to form an accommodating space 20.
It is understood that the first connecting section 531, the second connecting section 533 and the position-limiting section 535 may be separately or integrally formed, and in order to simplify the forming step and the processing process, the first connecting section 531, the second connecting section 533 and the position-limiting section 535 are integrally formed, such as injection molding.
The connecting arm 53 includes a first connecting section 531, a second connecting section 533 and a limiting section 535, two ends of the first connecting section 531 are respectively connected with the bottom plate 51 and the second connecting section 533, and joints of the two ends of the first connecting section 531 with the second connecting section 533 and the bottom plate 51 are respectively in smooth transition, so that the overall aesthetic property is stronger. In order to facilitate the sliding of the position-limiting portion 33, the second connecting section 533 is parallel to the bottom plate 51, the position-limiting section 535 is disposed at an end of the second connecting section 533 departing from the first connecting section 531, and when the position-limiting portion 33 is limited in the accommodating space 20, the position-limiting section 535 abuts against the position-limiting portion 33.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in order to reinforce the overall structure of the connecting member 50, the bottom plate 51 is provided at its periphery with a reinforcing member 55, and the reinforcing member 55 is protruded from the side of the bottom plate 51 where the connecting arm 53 is provided. The reinforcing member 55 may be a segmented structure disposed at a segment interval, or a plate-like structure, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to accurately dispose the decoration 30 in the mounting hole 10a, the decoration 30 further includes a limiting rib 35, the limiting rib 35 is disposed on a side of the decoration cover 31 where the limiting portion 33 is disposed, and the limiting rib 35 is disposed in the mounting hole 10 a. In one embodiment, the limiting rib 35 may be provided in a plurality of segments at intervals, or in a plate shape, and the limiting rib 35 is annularly provided on the periphery of the trim cover 31. The outer side surface of the limiting rib 35 is connected with the hole wall of the mounting hole 10a in an abutting mode, or a certain gap is reserved for facilitating mounting.
Further, in order to enhance the structural strength of the limiting rib 35, the limiting portion 33 is connected to the side of the limiting rib 35 away from the hole wall of the mounting hole 10 a. The portion of the position-limiting portion 33 accommodated in the accommodating space 20 is not connected to the position-limiting rib 35, so as to prevent the connecting member 50 from interfering with the position-limiting portion 33.
The position-limiting portion 33 slides in the mounting hole 10a for limiting position, and the structure of the position-limiting portion 33 has various structures, referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the position-limiting portion 33 includes:
a connection post 331, the connection post 331 is convexly arranged at one side of the decoration cover 31; and
the boss 333 is arranged at the end part of the connecting column 331, which is far away from the decorative cover 31, a clamping space 40 is formed between the boss 333 and the surface of the decorative cover 31, the boss 333 is arranged in the clamping hole 51a in a penetrating way and is in sliding connection with the bottom plate 51, and at least part of the bottom plate 51, which is adjacent to the clamping hole 51a, is clamped in the clamping space 40.
It can be understood that the cross-sectional area of the connecting column 331 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the boss 333, a clamping space 40 is formed between the boss 333 and the surface of the decorative cover 31, that is, the clamping space 40 is formed between the boss 333 and the surface of the decorative cover 31, the boss 333 is inserted into the clamping hole 51a and slidably connected with the bottom plate 51, and at least a portion of the bottom plate 51 adjacent to the clamping hole 51a is clamped in the clamping space 40, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the connecting element 50 and the decorative element 30.
In order to protect the camera head and make it not easy to damage, referring to fig. 3, the housing assembly 100 further includes a glass plate 90, and the glass plate 90 is disposed on the surface of the decoration cover 31 departing from the limiting portion 33 and covers the camera head.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the connecting member 50 is welded to the surface of the decoration member 30 away from the battery cover 10 and is welded to the battery cover 10.
It can be understood that the connecting member 50 is a strip-shaped structure, one end of the connecting member 50 is welded to the decoration 30, and the other end of the connecting member 50 is welded to the battery cover 10, so that the welding surface of the connecting member 50 has a certain length, and the welding is firmer. The connecting member 50 is provided on the non-exterior surface of the battery cover 10 to ensure a better overall aesthetic appearance of the housing assembly 100.
The present invention further provides a mobile terminal, which includes a housing assembly 100, and the specific structure of the housing assembly 100 refers to the above embodiments, and since the mobile terminal adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, the mobile terminal at least has all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 7, the present invention also provides a method of assembling a garnish, comprising:
s1, providing a battery cover 10, wherein the battery cover 10 is provided with a mounting hole 10a, the battery cover 10 is provided with an inner surface 11 and an outer surface 13 which are oppositely arranged, and the mounting hole 10a penetrates through the inner surface 11 and the outer surface 13;
in the technical scheme of the invention, the inner surface 11 of the battery cover 10 is a surface for mounting structures such as a battery, a circuit board and the like, and the outer surface 13 of the battery cover 10 is arranged in parallel and opposite to the inner surface 11. The mounting hole 10a is used for mounting the camera module.
S2, providing a decoration 30, wherein the decoration 30 is provided with a limiting part 33, the decoration 30 is installed in the installation hole 10a from the outer side of the battery cover 10 and limited in the installation hole 10 a;
referring to fig. 3, the decoration member 30 includes a decoration cover 31 and a position-limiting portion 33 protruding from the decoration cover 31 on a side close to the battery cover 10, in consideration of production cost, the position-limiting portion 33 and the decoration cover 31 are integrally formed, the decoration member 30 is installed in the installation hole 10a from an outer side of the battery cover 10, and the outer side of the battery cover 10 is an outer surface 13 of the battery cover 10.
And S3, providing a connecting piece 50, wherein the connecting piece 50 is provided with a clamping hole 51a, assembling the connecting piece 50 from the inner side of the battery cover 10, clamping the connecting piece 50 on the limiting part 33 of the decorating part 30 through the clamping hole 51a, and fixedly connecting the connecting piece 50 with the inner surface 11 of the battery cover 10.
In this embodiment, the position-limiting part 33 of the decoration 30 passes through the clamping hole 51a and is clamped with the clamping hole, and then the connecting member 50 is fixedly connected with the inner surface 11 of the battery cover 10, which may be directly abutted or provided with an intermediate member, such as an elastic member 70. The inner side of the battery cover 10 is a non-exterior surface, i.e., an inner surface 11, of the battery cover 10. Thus, the decoration member 30 and the battery cover 10 are mounted, the assembly is convenient, and the overall stability is stronger.
