An electric water heater with earth leakage protection function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the signal processor (21), the electromagnetic control valve (27), the electromagnetic three-way valve (28), the first heating rod (17), the second heating rod (18), the temperature sensor (15) and the water level sensor (16) are electrically connected.
9. An electric water heater with earth leakage protection function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the water outlet (25) is arranged at the lowest end of the sectional heating chamber (6) and the lowest end of the rapid heating chamber (7).
